St Augustine Hotel By At Mine Hospitality

This is an excellent smaller boutique hotel for a great price. The room was clean and spacious enough two people. Amenities were nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC was super cold. The area around the hotel is so walkable!! Beach is about 3 blocks and hotel provided beach towels. There are several excellent restaurants within a couple blocks. Altho this was not an issue for us be advised there is no elevator so 2nd floor rooms (ours was) are via staircase. We stayed in a room at the front of hotel and street noise was present but NOT excessive. What stood out most was the staff!! Anna was exceptional and even made a personal call to check in during our stay. That's a first for us and really stood out as above and beyond guest service.

Achei boa a localização , cama e chuveiro bons , a única coisa que realmente me incomodou foi o cheiro ao entrar no hotel, então toda vez ao entrar sentíamos esse cheiro, muito forte e ruim, dava dor de cabeça E , pior, o cheiro do quarto , parecia ser cheiro de cigarro com algum produto misturado , o resultado era um cheiro ainda pior que o da recepção . Check in foi prático feito por WhatsApp , estacionamento a dois quarteirões 20 dólares a diária.

A localização do hotel é excelente!! Pertinho da Ocean drive, e de fácil acesso. Além disso, o quarto é muito limpo e espaçoso, e o gerente, Sr Oscar, foi muito atencioso e receptivo. Recomendamos!!!

Great little room nice location

The guy at the front desk was awesome. The location was very convenient. The beach, food, CVS, and parking was all within very reasonable walking distance. The layout of the room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The showers could most definitely use some TLC. Knobs fell off, mold/mildew issues in some of the shower joins. For a quick stay or spring break type thing this would be sufficient. I wouldn’t stay agin, but for a lot of people this will work.
