The hot tub is really hot and steamy at night. Breakfast options are ok.

Over all a good place to stay for the price. Pros Clean, adequate continental breakfast, shaded pool in the evening. Great price for the area. Cons Right next to the highway, so traffic can be loud while at the pool. Out of OJ, but that's understandable with the current prices.

Very clean. Staff member, Sandy was great. Pool closed too long. Juice & soda machine broken. Getting renovated and needs that.

The room had outlets that didn’t work, but the shower was great, the fridge did its job, and the bed was super comfortable. I appreciate that the a/c can turn off the display so there are fewer lights in the room. It's quiet and the pool is nice.

Check in was quick and easy, room was easy to find. Parking lot was well lit, however, there were homeless tented and sleeping in the corner of the parking lot at night.

When we arrived hotel took payment right away for my 2 night stay. For my stay first thing i observed was the carpet was old and dirty. The room i stayed in had a smell of either cigarettes/ mold which made my family feel like if we were sick. They didn't have enough blankets to spare only 1 for a family of 4. The room felt humid and had a water stain on the ceiling. At night we noticed there were roaches roaming around the sink/microwave. It was a nightmare and we will never stay there again.. they were one of the cheapest hotels nearby for our vacation plans and even then it was pricey for only 2 nights.

This place was about 50 years out datrd. The parking lotvwas a joke. It was very sketchy neighborhood. Our room had a strange smell. When i went to pick up my suitcase a cockroach was smashed on the bed. The towles were dinghy white. I really believe it was way over priced for what we had to sleep in.

Everything was great from our arrival to our departure. The staff were friendly and courteous. The facility and room were clean. I would stay at this location again in the future.

The window opened to a brick wall. There was nothing spectacular about the room but there was really nothing wrong with it either, other than the view.

Its a nice quiet place to stay at if your just looking for some peace and quiet. Beds a little stiff but you'll sleep fine. Ive stayed twice and the wifi signal has problems with how far it can go. I couldnt connect or it was spotty at best. Kind of inconvenient if you have computer work to do and you need the internet. Hopefully they find a solution.

The staff was very nice, but that was all about this place. The walls are SO thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. A little disturbing. The towels are so paper thin, it barely dries you and leaves lint all over your body. The panel my chain lock was on, completely fell off. I would not stay here again. Love the staff, but not the hotel.

Overall, Triplodge was clean and there weren't all kinds of crazy people standing around outside. Hotel was quiet. But what was more important to me was the staff. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. I had been driving straight for 12-13 hours and was exhausted and she allowed me to check in super early (of course there was a charge but it wasn't crazy at all).

Too noisy and when checking out one day early (2 day, instead of 3 days), the Indian women at the desk in the morning said I'd have to pay for the 3rd day, even though I'm not staying. I've never heard of any Hotel charging for a day anyone is not staying, I couldn't believe I was being charged for the 3 day I wasn't going to be their. I tried asking for her name and she didn't want to give me her name, only tell me she was the supervisor, then finally after I said I would be complaining to the Manager did she give me her name. And then all of a sudden she said okay I didn't need to pay for the 3rd day! Watch out, seems as if she's done them before. Calling later in the evening to complain anyway, I spoke to the Assistant Manager and she said there policy is NOT charging for the 3rd day, since I'm checking out early it would be okay. I'm not sure this was resolved internally or not, I had to call back after 4 or 5 days to find out. The Assistant Manager said once the owner got back from India they would be firing her, but they at this time they needed her as to not be short handed. Who knows if this will happen or not. She did offer me a 20% discount on my bill, yay, hum. Doesn't seem like much after what I had to go through. The reason I was checking out early for 2 nights I couldn't get to sleep till 3am because of the refrigerator with loud motor next to the bed. I finally did get a voice message from the owner apologizing for my experience and basically that was it.

The night check-in lady was very accommodating. On another note, the morning lady was a Rude Indian front desk inhumane tyrant. The time moved up an hour and we thought we had an extra hour to decide on extending. She called the room mad acting like we were squatters. I was away from the room and told her in good faith. I could give her the card over the phone or book an extension with Expedia pending my return to the room. She was Unreasonable and combative while I was trying to extend the reservation. She gave my disabled guest in the room 5 minutes to leave or pay in cash while the original reservation was booked and paid through Expedia She didn't want to extend through expedia and was so nasty and rude I didnt push the issue and booked a new room at a different location. So I decided to return the nastiness and cuss her out. That was a weird and uncustomer service-friendly experience from a supposed hospitality business. She must be the owner because surely an employee would not be that rude. I dont recommend anyone stay here! Good luck if you have to interact with this insensitive, argumentative cold cold-blooded poor excuse for a human being.

For the rate they offering, it’s not worth it. This hotel should not be more than 65 dollar a night. And font desk were very nasty attitude. I only asked and want to know why she need my card, I already paid through Orbits, she were saying it’s for incidentals, which I understand, but for that room, their is nothing to be incident of, and their she were really mean as I am so tired after long drive checking in midnight. She were not for customers confort, she is seeking some rudeness and very direct, she even told me I told you we don’t have no elevator as I was going wrong way to my room. As I am checking out she were the were there and I asked for receipts, she is your or it’s going to give you. Wow. I will not have this hotel in my list if I were you Orbits. Your reputation is at ricks in my opinion.

This is the nicest hotel in canyon country. It is clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The breakfast is simple, the exterior is simple. We stay 4 or more days and the room is serviced every day. The location is excellent for us eliminating the traffic of the other hotels near the freeway. You won’t find this much for the lowest price anywhere in this area. We will be back!

This an older, somewhat dated property but very reasonably priced and the staff were really accommodating. I stayed there because it was very close to an event I was going to at the community center.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Not many dining options nearby besides Toppers. Staff was friendly.

We are return guests. We find the room to be very comfortable and has everything you need. It doesn’t have curb appeal but the location is wonderful. The price can’t be beat.

We stay in Canyon Country 5 or more times a year and always stay at the Triplodge. Although it is not a high end hotel it is clean and always comfortable. This is the closet hotel near our family so it is very convenient. Easy check in and out. It is a great value for sure.

I found this gem a year ago and have been seriously tight lipped about it. I didn't want everyone to know. Selfish, right? Well, they're remodeling so everyone's gonna know anyways. I guess I'll be kind and fill you all in... This property it the perfect price, CHEAP!, clean & within 5 minutes of food, movie theaters or the north side of the San Fernando Valley. There...I did my good deed of the day.

I was there for one night(5/3). Check in was easy. Front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and got all I need. Breakfast need to improve. I was there for a OCR race and look for some protein items for breakfast but they were not much selection. Glad that I brought my own. I will stay there next year if I run the race again

The room was clean and the pool and jacuzzi area were very nice. A little close to the road, but no noise in the room at all. The breakfast was not great, but they had coffee, muffins, and cereal.

Well, that’s not really breakfast. He only made old cereal with milk, two apples, and coffee—no fruit juice, no granola, no bread, no cakes for the kids, nothing good.!!and the tv was nos working all day and the finally ask me to move to other room at midnight, and the other room was no working the microwave so they need to check the rooms before the clients arrive
