Hotel todo limpíssimo, equipe treinada, uma das melhoras academia em hotel em sp ampla com ótimos aparelhos, ótimo café da manhã com frutas escolhidas e otimo suco de laranja, spa excelente e quarto limpos, únicos pontos pra ter nota 11 seria ter recarga pra carro elétrico/hibrido no estacionamento e uma coisa que incomodou um pouco foi que no meio da estadia pediram pra descer e acertar os extras antes do final das estadias (realmente chato) no mais tudo ótimo

Stayed at the JW Marriott Sao Paolo for 5 nights on our first ever visit to Brazil - and this was a fabulous start to the holidays. Room was spacious with a great view. Had all the amenities expected of a 5-star hotel, strong WiFi and was within 45 mins drive from the GRU airport (was R$155-R$192/CA$40-$50 one way fare). Uber is plentiful, arriving within a few mins and relatively cheap for transport anywhere for sightseeing. The lobby is beautiful with a very pleasant fragrance as you enter the space. We really appreciated the night manager Richard, who was quick with responses and made sure we were looked after well with a seamless experience, even as we got in with a very late flight almost at the end of the midnight check-in time. We also had access to the 12th floor VIP lounge for breakfast and afternoon happy hour. The lounge had friendly service but breakfast was very light, so we ended up going for breakfast in the lobby Neto restaurant (included with the room booking). Restaurant's breakfast was standard hot items, fruits, bakery and dairy items every day but they have a made-to-order menu with selection of Western, Brazilian and Asian options. Dhonne was our friendly, helpful and attentive server who greeted us with a bright smile each day. We definitely used the lounge for the happy hour which was excellent with appetizers, soup, wines, beer, and soft drinks and a peaceful view of the Pinheiros river. Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

O hotel é muito bom, ótima localização. O atendimento é excelente, e o café da manhã muito bom. O spa é muito bom, academia excelente. A única queixa é o banheiro que exala o cheiro de fossa. Na primeira noite, tivemos que trocar de quarto porque estava impossível ficar lá com o cheiro, mas eles prontamente nos trocaram de quarto, e o banheiro estava bem melhor, mas ainda com um leve cheiro ruim.
O hotel é muito bom, ótima localização. O atendimento é excelente, e o café da manhã muito bom. O spa é muito bom, academia excelente. A única queixa é o banheiro que exala o cheiro de fossa. Built initially by The Four Seasons Hotel chain, this is a beautiful property with high quality design and decor elements. But the wear and tear is already visible in the wall paper, wall corners and edges where luggage and other things are bruising the paint and stucco, even stains in the room's furniture as well as noisy mini bar fridges.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane. We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

Excelente hotel! Serviço profissional sem frieza, instalações espetaculares, café da manhã da melhor qualidade. Ótimo quarto: espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro amplo e bem equipado. Muito bem insonorizado: não dava para ouvir os carros na Marginal. Único porém: o exaustor no banheiro que fica ligado sempre. Mas um pequeno porém do lado da excelência geral.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane. We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

The location is not the best, traffic-wise. The area is safe, and the hotel needs to check how to order Ubers there; it is pretty annoying that Uber keeps changing the pickup area. The staff is nice but needs to be faster and pay more attention to customers and details - Front Desk and Restaurant as well. The cleaning staff is great and pays a lot of attention to detail.

Eu e meu esposo sempre ficamos hospedados neste hotel(no ano passado cerca de 8 vezes) mas temos nos decepcionado seriamente com o atendimento,onde Falta calor humano e receptividade,oque é inadmissível considerando o “suposto” nível do hotel e o valor da diária.Nesta estadia estávamos comemorando 21 anos juntos.Mandei mensagem para o hotel falando dá ocasião.Obviamente esperava receber algum tipo de amenidade.Inclusive solicitei que me colocassem em um andar alto.Pois bem,fomos recebidos com frieza e nos colocaram no quinto andar . Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

Stayed at the JW Marriott Sao Paolo for 5 nights on our first ever visit to Brazil - and this was a fabulous start to the holidays. Room was spacious with a great view. Had all the amenities expected of a 5-star hotel, strong WiFi and was within 45 mins drive from the GRU airport (was R$155-R$192/CA$40-$50 one way fare). Uber is plentiful, arriving within a few mins and relatively cheap for transport anywhere for sightseeing. The lobby is beautiful with a very pleasant fragrance as you enter the space. We really appreciated the night manager Richard, who was quick with responses and made sure we were looked after well with a seamless experience, even as we got in with a very late flight almost at the end of the midnight check-in time. We also had access to the 12th floor VIP lounge for breakfast and afternoon happy hour. The lounge had friendly service but breakfast was very light, so we ended up going for breakfast in the lobby Neto restaurant (included with the room booking). Restaurant's breakfast was standard hot items, fruits, bakery and dairy items every day but they have a made-to-order menu with selection of Western, Brazilian and Asian options. Dhonne was our friendly, helpful and attentive server who greeted us with a bright smile each day. We definitely used the lounge for the happy hour which was excellent with appetizers, soup, wines, beer, and soft drinks and a peaceful view of the Pinheiros river.
