Great location in the Condensa neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very well furnished and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and is very spacious. There is a security guard and gate which makes it feel very safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Very new updated with modern amenities aparthotel. In a great location with a convenience store walking distance and light breakfast restaurants by the corner. Safe area with guard at front gate regulating car traffic. This aparthotel has a full kitchen with washer/dryer. It is spacious with separate bedrooms. Very well decorated. The washer may need some finagling to figure out how to work it, however, overall did its job. There is some machinery noise for the building that can affect a light sleeper, however, if you are used to city life this will not bother you. The staff is excellent. There is a basic gym with dumbbell weights and treadmill and stationary bike, enough for a decent work out. The top floor apartment has its own terrace to enjoy, but there is a full common terrace equipped with barbecue and multiple table for all. We would definitely stay here again.

Mucho ruido por reparación de la terraza y no se podía acceder. Esta en una calle privada lo cual es bueno por calma y ruido y seguridad. Ya se siente viejo vs sus otras propiedades, el agua sale con poca presión y el AA es tardado. En general bien por la zona pero solo si van 2 grupos para aprovechar el tamaño

We met friends and shared a 2-bedroom suite for a long weekend excursion to Mexico City. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Jorge at the desk was very helpful and the neighborhood was great . . . quiet on our street, but very near restaurants and cafes and, with a bit longer walk, reasonably close to the beautiful Chapultepec park with museums and greenery. Very comfortable and a perfect base from which to explore CDMX.

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at FridaBSbV. The apartment is wonderful. The front door/concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service left the room sparkling. The location is perfect. This is a terrific option, don't pass it up.

We had a spacious unit here - it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The immediate area is very safe with lots of dining options within walking distance. The team there is exceptional. Don’t forget to check with the hostess on any requests - she was able to arrange a day excursion for us on short notice. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This apartment was clean, quiet safe and comfortable. All the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The front desk helped us book a couple of tours. The area around you have many options to walk and get coffee or food. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible hotel experience. The concierge and housekeeping were lovely, the facility manager was very attentive and helpful, and the apartment itself was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location, either!

We arrived at the property 1 hour before checkin. Our room was ready and we’re not sure if there was anyone other than us on the property. Asked if we could go to our room but they insisted it would be $20 more. I have found that in Mexico employees have no authority other than saying no. A small thing but made no sense. Also we asked that no one come in to clean etc but on the day before we left, someone came in to clean and left a gratuity envelope. Really nice property.

I rated the property disappointing merely for the fact that a) they overcharged me when converting from USD to MXN and b) when I told them as soon as I was charged, they continuously said they would get back to me for the 8 days that we were there. In the end, nothing was resolved and they charged me more than what I reserved the place for. Outside of the overcharge, terrible communication and lack of resolution, the apartment was beautiful. Neighborhood was great and would recommend. I would strongly suggest double checking their conversion prior to charging or pre-pay with whatever vendor you used to reserve (e.g., Expedia, hotels, etc.).

Jorge at the desk was very helpful and the neighborhood was great . . . quiet on our street, but very near restaurants and cafes and, with a bit longer walk, reasonably close to the beautiful Chapultepec park with museums and greenery. Very comfortable and a perfect base from which to explore CDMX.

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at FridaBSbV. The apartment is wonderful. The front door/concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service left the room sparkling. The location is perfect. This is a terrific option, don't pass it up.

Great location in the Condensa neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very well furnished and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and is very spacious. There is a security guard and gate which makes it feel very safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a spacious unit here - it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The immediate area is very safe with lots of dining options within walking distance. The team there is exceptional. Don’t forget to check with the hostess on any requests - she was able to arrange a day excursion for us on short notice. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Our two-bedroom apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and provided us with a more authentic stay vs. a large chain hotel. The location was wonderful - we could walk to a few restaurants and there is a great coffee shop -- Chiquitito - just a 7 min walk away. The staff was friendly and available to help day or night. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Frida should you want a little more space than a typical hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay at Frida Boutique Stays by Viadora! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great, and the added security guard and gated entrance helped us feel very safe throughout our stay. The property is located in a more residential area, so there isn’t a large amount of shopping or nightlife immediately nearby, but there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the neighborhood. Driving to more shopping and nightlife options would only take about 10–15 minutes. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and fresh towel service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestions I would offer are related to room maintenance and guest information. It would be helpful for housekeeping to ensure that shower and sink drains are thoroughly cleaned daily and between guests, as we noticed some hair in the shower drain. Additionally, instructions for operating the air conditioning would be beneficial. Directions may have been included in the guest information book in the living room, but we did not see it. Having a quick reference guide in each bedroom would make it much easier for guests to adjust the temperature as needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again!
