Séjour en famille d'un we du samedi au dimanche , avec notre fille de 4 ans . Chambre spartiate , le lit superposé laisse à désirer la barre de sécurité se defixe ,donc dangereux pour l'enfant le verrou de la fenêtre cassé. 2 serviette pour 3 personnes . La propreté laisse a desirer dans la douche. La literie était satisfaisante mais eu mal au dos le lendemain. Pour ces désagréments l'hôtel a bien voulu nous faire le petits déjeuner offert. Je déconseille cet hôtel si vous voulais passe quelques nuits. Vous allez repartir sur les rotules. Et le parking trop petit . Risque d'accrochage fréquent , le café ne nous as pas reveille. Buffet à volonté mais pas de quoi déjeune pour notre fille . Sinon le personnel est très agréable et concilient sur mes problème rencontrer. Les grosses tête du siège qui gère ces hôtels première classe devrait pensé à rénover leurs hôtels datant plus de 35 ans. malheureusement ce sont le personnel qui supporte toutes ses contraintes donc je mettrait une note de 10/10 pour leur amabilité et leur concilience ainsi que leur compréhension. Shabby room which is in serious need of an upgrade/refurb. There was no WiFi until later in the day as the first receptionist was not sure how to activate it. We asked for a bottle of water but was told that there was none, nor any other drinks available. He did not speak much English but Google translate was useful for us both. The beds - singles - were about 2 feet wide, foam mattress and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom pod had seen better days, the window had a broken catch so could not safely be left open. There was nowhere to put anything. Unfortunately, we had a two night booking and our key card stopped working the next morning. We had to wait several hours for the main receptionist to clock on before it could be reactivated and we could go out for what remained of the day. Both receptionists were friendly but receptionist 1 needs more training before being left in charge. This was our third, and last, Premiere classes. They have all been a bit grim in one way or another and we shall never darken their doorsteps again. Shame, although given how bad they were, they were not that cheap!

L'accueil est très sympathique. Tout le personnel rencontré est charmant. La chambre et la salle de douche sont très petites. Il est difficile de pouvoir rentrer nos valises. C'était propre mais pas en bon état. Les éléments défectueux sont remplacés mais disposés sans tenir compte des traces laissés par les anciens. Le prix affiché, sur le panneau lumineux de 80 euros, visible depuis la route en entrant est vraiment un prix abusif. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire : pain de mie avec ou sans céréales (pas de baguette comme sur la photo du petit-déjeuner présente sur une affiche dans la salle), du 4/4 tranché, des yaourts à la vanille, de la confiture, jus de pomme (pas de jus d'orange), et les boissons chaudes au distributeur. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi, parking devant les chambres. Des voisins bruyants jusqu'à minuit et demi.

Hôtel de première classe comme son nom l’indique niveau propreté peut mieux faire toutefois gros inconvénient ce sont les places de parking beaucoup trop petit par rapport à l’hôtel, j'ai mis 15 minutes avant de pouvoir me garer . Pour prendre une douche, il ne faut pas être grand du tout, car sinon vous vous cognez dans tous les coins, après niveau prix rien à dire.

Accueil super sympathique. De plus la réception est ouverte 24h/24, ce qui est rarissime dans des hôtels de cette gamme. Par contre, le bâtiment est vétuste . Rien à dire sur la propreté, mais l’entretien ne suit pas.

Smoking - It is a hotel in France it seems they allow smoking in all rooms. Temperature - bring warm clothes, as room is not pre-heated for you and the heater is not adequate for the room. It will take all night to heat the room to 16C and then they turn the heater off at 8am remotely. Room access - similar to US motel design. No lifts. Front door does not lock. Maid access early in the morning without knocking.

We have opted to stay here on short breaks but it has now gone down to just a hostel I am afraid, had to ask for towels floors dirty, no cover on bed (cold) and bins never emptied, we came on return and they were just the same. Rubbish flying everywhere. Outside also very unkempt, weeds everywhere although at least we had a quilt on the bed on return. Seems no attention or care taken. Really gone downhill.

Chambre à refaire avec mobilier plus récent et prise et avec des tablette pour pouvoir poser les téléphones et autres car inexistant à l'heure actuelle une prise pour toute la chambre salle de bain à revoir aussi et WC qui évacue mal quand je suis arrivé il y avait des excréments dans les toilettes la personne qui a fait le ménage aurait dû le voir je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre familiale donc j'avais l'impression de dormir avec la famille à côté que j'étais toute seule au niveau acoustique 2 portes ne font pas un mur c'est dommage qu'à l'hôtel est calme et le personnel très gentil

We’ve stopped in other premier classe motels for overnights in France before, so know they’re cheap and basic but this one was truly awful. Outside style strip light for lighting the room was blinding. Beds had rubber mattresses. Mold and worn out fittings. Shower was taped together, there’s no way we could have showered anyway the bathroom on our ferry going to France was far more spacious! Got online and booked somewhere in Calais to stop instead. Receptionist was friendly which was its only plus point.

Accueil super sympathique. De plus la réception est ouverte 24h/24, ce qui est rarissime dans des hôtels de cette gamme. Par contre, le bâtiment est vétuste . Rien à dire sur la propreté, mais l’entretien ne suit pas.

Great for a one night stop at a bargain price after crossing the Eurotunnel, no fuss/ no frills hotel that we have used 3 or 4 times in the past and never had any issues and would stay there again. If you’re looking for refinement then this is not your place, but if you need a clean one night stopover them would recommend

Don't bother, needs complete overhaul, had to ask for room water cups and soap for holder. Cistern filling all night every 20 mins. Had single beds placed awkwardly so could not sit supported anywhere! No butter at breakfast. Definitely a don't care attitude.

L'accueil est très sympathique. Tout le personnel rencontré est charmant. La chambre et la salle de douche sont très petites. Il est difficile de pouvoir rentrer nos valises. C'était propre mais pas en bon état. Les éléments défectueux sont remplacés mais disposés sans tenir compte des traces laissés par les anciens. Le prix affiché, sur le panneau lumineux de 80 euros, visible depuis la route en entrant est vraiment un prix abusif. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire : pain de mie avec ou sans céréales (pas de baguette comme sur la photo du petit-déjeuner présente sur une affiche dans la salle), du 4/4 tranché, des yaourts à la vanille, de la confiture, jus de pomme (pas de jus d'orange), et les boissons chaudes au distributeur. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi, parking devant les chambres. Des voisins bruyants jusqu'à minuit et demi.

Chambre très mal Insonorisé. Avec un voisin non stop le blabla le soir et top le matin Petit déjeuner MITEUX. Juste une petite part de céréales pour une personne après plus rien pour les autres. Une part de brioche un peu sèche Café pas bon.

Très bien pour la proximité des commerces et de la côte. Très vetuste. Cet hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement. C'est urgent. Le petit déjeuner peux mieux faire. Que du sucré. Distributeur de cafés tombe régulièrement en panne sans compter le jus de fruit.

Je pratique cette hôtel depuis plusieurs années. Il vieillit et se dégrade vraiment très fort! Des travaux s'imposent. Le petit déjeuné est extrêmement minimaliste et la qualité des aliments très médiocre. La prochaine fois, je choisirais une autre enseigne, dommage!

The hotel is all that I expected - I have stayed in a gret many formula hotels - including Premiere Classe. However, the breakfast bar was not up to the usual standard and for that reason, I will not be using this particular location again. That said, it's very close the motorway sliproad - but when I have to drive for three hours to get to my next meeting, I would prefer to start the day with a proper breakfast.

Tout d abord chambre tres vetuste..trou dans le mur,chambre tres petite, sans parler de la douche et des wc...on aurait cru une cellule de prison..(meme si je n y ai jamais fait de sejour..lol).. Ensuite,il ne me restait que 2€42, à regler..on m a demande 3€... Petit dejeuner a 7€/pers...2 quignon de pain, tranche de pain de mie ... cafe au lait au distributeur trop corse...et pompe a confiture ne fonctionnant pas ..obligé de se servir a la cuillere...et pour finir en beaute.. à 21h plus de tv... probleme technique apparement... super soirée... à ne jamais refaire a cet endroit... à fuir...

Very cheap. But unfortunately that's the main thing. Windows not possible to close. Missing toilet paper, soap, towels. Public areas filthy. Breakfast very limited, mostly out of items, bugs and dirty plates. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I'm sure they are doing their best. But you get what you pay for, and the beds were surprisingly comfy.
