El hotel está bastante bién en su conjunto, desayuno bufet muy completo,instalaciones comunes bastante modernas y habitaciones limpias y super amplias. Tienen que mejorar los colchones, las habitaciones estan un poco anticuadas y el hotel está un poco lejos del centro aunque tiene buen aparcamiento y acceso.

Segundo año que volvemos. Fin de semana en pareja. Limpieza buena. Habitacion amplia. Hotel tranquilo para desconectar un poco del bullicio de la ciudad. Piscina buena. Zona buena para aparcar. Desayuno completo y variado. Las cenas quizas le falta un poquito mas de variedad pero tienes comidas para cenar bien.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en Antequera. Instalaciones buenas, las habitaciones amplias y comodas. Servicio de limpieza correcto. Una buena piscina para estar relajado y refrescarte. El servicio de comer correcto, teniamos MP. Bufet libre en desayuno y cena, bebidas pago aparte. Si vas en coche se puede aparcar bien por la zona. Sin duda repeterimos para descansar y desconectar.

The Antequera Hills fails to meet expectations, as presented. Large hotel with modern facade but lack personal service quality and overall appearance to meet up to its promises. It is actually quite worn. Check-in has room for improvement in most areas. You are a guest, not someone needing correctional actions. And where are luggage carts when needed? Outdated and unpersonal rooms with ”spare” furniture and outdated textiles. Tried a suite but not worth the extra cost. Would be nice to have a waist paper bin. And a shower cabin in a suite - really? The terrass had more weeds than our backyard. A quite basic, boring and school type bar and restaurant. Only buffe and opens at eight - good to know if you have another schedule. I give it to them being bold enough to charge 14 euros extra for breakfast. Not a memorable hotel experience for travelling couples but maybe a decent overnight stop for business or as a turist group. View from higher up is nice, easy to reach, good parking but surroundings rural. The hotel is dog friendly - it says. However, we fast learned that our dog does not fit the template. Another harsh and not so valuable lesson. Now we know - time to put her on a diet. The conclution is that four stars alone does not provide quality - nice experiences during the stay does. I would give two stars - and that is stretching it. Poor customer service not only destroys existing customer relationships. It also puts at risk future prospects. We look forward to

Spacious entry and sitting area. We found the bar to be a nice comfortable area to relax after a day of walking around the town. It was only an eight minute walk to town, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Quartos do século passado, mau cheiro, pó por todo o lado, chão em carpete! Mini frigorífico mesmo mini e não refresca. Ficamos uma noite com meia pensão (jantar). Comida fria e de muito fraca qualidade. Sobremesas todas artificiais. Pequeno almoço sem um único sumo natural (tudo sumos aguados e cheios de açúcar). Café de máquina a saber mal. As 20h somos expulsos da piscina ( com o calor ainda se faz sentir aquela hora…) sendo que a piscina é boa e o espaço exterior também. O único positivo é a cama ser confortável e a casa de banho tb era bastante grande. Os funcionários também eram simpáticos !

Espero que los visitantes de este hotel de" 4*"(entre comillas, a mi parecer no lo es) tengan más suerte que tuvimos nosotros, pues de los 7 días hubimos de cambiar de habitación 3 1ª No nos dieron la habitación seleccionada. 2ª la nueva habitación, tenía rastros de haber tenido humedades en el techo. El lugar de la ropa minúsculo para maletas de 7 dias. Y ya el culmen fue no poder dormir por la firmeza de la almohada, casi sin relleno. Desde esta si se veía la piscina, pero los cristales estaban sucuos, de tiempo. La 3ª habitación era la mejor, pero como en las demás la limpieza era escasa. Los cajones vacíos tenían suciedad. El colchón por abajo, deshilachado y con colgajos. En ninguna habitación que estuvimos no había ni papel ni bolígrafo ni guía alguna de como o donde llamar a recepción.La penúltima noche, se nos fue el Aire Acon, digo de paso el teléfono de la habitación y de las otras 2 no funcionaba,el de los baños, no tenia ni el cable a la clavija. Incluso llamamos con nuestro móvil al número del hotel con tan mala suerte que nadie cogió el teléfono así que fuimos a recepción a dar la consiguiente queja y un operario lo soluciono. El día anterior a nuestra salida, vinimos a las 14:00 h. de la piscina (teníamos reserva en un restaurante a 14:30) no funcionaban las llaves de tarjeta, tuvimos que hacer otra visita a recepción, y recorrer todo el hall en ropa de baño, Y llegar tarde al restaurante muy concurrido. Mas tarde ya exasperados registramos hoja de reclamac

Déception absolue. Premièrement à l’arrivée: notre demande de grand lit n’a pas été honorée et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons dû dormir 9 nuits dans 2 lits séparés avec un trou entre les deux matelas ! Ensuite, personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée qu’un groupe de 200 personnes arrivait 2 jours après pendant 3 jours. Nous recherchions du calme pour notre séjour et nous avons du subir le bruit d’un groupe aux repas, dans les couloirs et à la piscine où ils envahissaient les transats et mettaient leur musique à fond pendant toute la journée ! Déception aussi du personnel car personne n’a le sourire dans cet hôtel à part Cristina dans la salle du buffet. C’est la seule qui soit professionnelle et avenante. Ensuite, personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée qu’un groupe de 200 personnes arrivait 2 jours après pendant 3 jours. Nous recherchions du calme pour notre séjour et nous avons du subir le bruit d’un groupe aux repas, dans les couloirs et à la piscine où ils envahissaient les transats et mettaient leur musique à fond pendant toute la journée ! Déception aussi du personnel car personne n’a le sourire dans cet hôtel à part Cristina dans la salle du buffet. C’est la seule qui soit professionnelle et avenante. El lugar de la ropa minúsculo para maletas de 7 dias. Y ya el culmen fue no poder dormir por la firmeza de la almohada, casi sin relleno. Desde esta si se veía la piscina, pero los cristales estaban sucuos, de tiempo. La 3ª habitación era la mejor, pero como en las demás la limpieza era escasa. Los cajones vacíos tenían suciedad. El colchón por abajo, deshilachado y con colgajos. En ninguna habitación que estuvimos no había ni papel ni bolígrafo ni guía alguna de como o donde llamar a recepción.La penúltima noche, se nos fue el Aire Acon, digo de paso el teléfono de la habitación y de las otras 2 no funcionaba,el de los baños, no tenia ni el cable a la clavija. Incluso llamamos con nuestro móvil al número del hotel con tan mala suerte que nadie cogió el teléfono así que fuimos a recepción a dar la consiguiente queja y un operario lo soluciono. El día anterior a nuestra salida, vinimos a las 14:00 h. de la piscina (teníamos reserva en un restaurante a 14:30) no funcionaban las llaves de tarjeta, tuvimos que hacer otra visita a recepción, y recorrer todo el hall en ropa de baño, Y llegar tarde al restaurante muy concurrido. Easy check-in. Polite and professional man on reception. Spacious room. Quiet. Nice shower. Amazingly comfortable large bed with sumptuous bedding. I didn't want to leave. Plenty of street parking. Option to pay 10€ for indoor parking.

Déception absolue. Premièrement à l’arrivée: notre demande de grand lit n’a pas été honorée et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons dû dormir 9 nuits dans 2 lits séparés avec un trou entre les deux matelas ! Ensuite, personne ne nous a prévenu à l’arrivée qu’un groupe de 200 personnes arrivait 2 jours après pendant 3 jours. The Antequera Hills fails to meet expectations, as presented. Large hotel with modern facade but lack personal service quality and overall appearance to meet up to its promises. It is actually quite worn. Check-in has room for improvement in most areas. You are a guest, not someone needing correctional actions. And where are luggage carts when needed? Outdated and unpersonal rooms with ”spare” furniture and outdated textiles. Tried a suite but not worth the extra cost. Would be nice to have a waist paper bin. And a shower cabin in a suite - really? The terrass had more weeds than our backyard. A quite basic, boring and school type bar and restaurant. Only buffe and opens at eight - good to know if you have another schedule. I give it to them being bold enough to charge 14 euros extra for breakfast. Not a memorable hotel experience for travelling couples but maybe a decent overnight stop for business or as a turist group. View from higher up is nice, easy to reach, good parking but surroundings rural. The hotel is dog friendly - it says. However, we fast learned that our dog does not fit the template. Spacious entry and sitting area. We found the bar to be a nice comfortable area to relax after a day of walking around the town. It was only an eight minute walk to town, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

O único positivo é a cama ser confortável e a casa de banho tb era bastante grande. Os funcionários também eram simpáticos !

Segundo año que volvemos. Fin de semana en pareja. Limpieza buena. Habitacion amplia. Hotel tranquilo para desconectar un poco del bullicio de la ciudad. Piscina buena. Zona buena para aparcar. Desayuno completo y variado. Las cenas quizas le falta un poquito mas de variedad pero tienes comidas para cenar bien.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en Antequera. Instalaciones buenas, las habitaciones amplias y comodas. Servicio de limpieza correcto. Una buena piscina para estar relajado y refrescarte. El servicio de comer correcto, teniamos MP. Bufet libre en desayuno y cena, bebidas pago aparte. Si vas en coche se puede aparcar bien por la zona. Sin duda repeterimos para descansar y desconectar.

The Antequera Hills fails to meet expectations, as presented. Large hotel with modern facade but lack personal service quality and overall appearance to meet up to its promises. It is actually quite worn. Check-in has room for improvement in most areas. You are a guest, not someone needing correctional actions. And where are luggage carts when needed? Outdated and unpersonal rooms with ”spare” furniture and outdated textiles. Tried a suite but not worth the extra cost. Would be nice to have a waist paper bin. And a shower cabin in a suite - really? The terrass had more weeds than our backyard. A quite basic, boring and school type bar and restaurant. Only buffe and opens at eight - good to know if you have another schedule. I give it to them being bold enough to charge 14 euros extra for breakfast. Not a memorable hotel experience for travelling couples but maybe a decent overnight stop for business or as a turist group. View from higher up is nice, easy to reach, good parking but surroundings rural. The hotel is dog friendly - it says. However, we fast learned that our dog does not fit the template. Another harsh and not so valuable lesson. Now we know - time to put her on a diet. The conclution is that four stars alone does not provide quality - nice experiences during the stay does.
