Service A1 but photos are not true there is no rice fields view just walls, big and spacious air conditioning only in bedrooms, there is a awesome cafe just out side called Mixon that is also next door to a awesome massage place. Overall not bad for your $

These villas are lovely as were each of the staff. I hurt myself on the way there falling from a bike and the staff were most attentive and checked to ensure that I was OK. The villa was huge and well set up. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool daily and found the property was well-priced. The only issue we had was the traffic noise
