We booked this hotel for the Spa and amenities, and despite being in a touristy area, never felt like we were waiting for anything. Whether sauna, pool, or hot tub - all were available. We were even able to book a massage with only a day's notice. Your experience may vary and we were very lucky, but nevertheless - it was great. Do not skip breakfast.

It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just off the main street so it's quiet. The breakfast is the best variety I have ever had at a hotel, and delicious. Rooms are very nice, comfy bed, air conditioned, and my only complaint is they use the flat pillows instead of nice fluffy ones. The pool, sauna and cold plunge were all wonderful. The jacuzzi's however, were lukewarm and barely warmer than the pool. Overall, it's a great hotel and I only really had two things I wish they would do differently.

Everything absolutely brilliant. Staff helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. All areas of the hotel super clean and well appointed. Our room had real wow factor on arrival and maids maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast excellent and prices in the lovely bar good. Overall great stay and would be the only hotel we’d use if we come back again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I could not recommend this place enough. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance to Krupówki (street with various stores and restaurants). The hotel overall was very clean, very new. We only stayed for one night and regret not staying longer. Staff was wonderful, food at Halva restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. We cannot wait to come back next time.

Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit einer sehr zentralen Lage. Alle Hotspots sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Großzügige und sehr saubere Zimmer. Personal maximal hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Guter SPA Bereich mit unterschiedlichen Anwendungen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Whirlpool im Wellness Bereich. Dort fehlte ein Gitter an der Ansaugdüse. Ich hatte Probleme meine Fuß da wieder rauszuziehen.

Good location, nice facilities and friendly stuff. On the cons side, it is time to update the outdated and very narrow shower cabins. A bit disappointed to see a 5-star hotel using such low class shower cabins that you find in the basement bathroom in the budget rental apartments.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Zakopane, just a few steps away from Krupowki (the main strip). The staff were all amazing - special thanks to Pani Agata working in the breakfast area and all guys at the reception for their lovely smiles and great local recommendations. The SPA area was great - 2 outdoor jacuzzis, multiple different sauna types, a small pool. We were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves as it was low season. However, I can imagine it getting very busy in high season. The breakfast buffet exceeded all expectations - variety of options and great quality. We did struggle with lots of noise the first night coming from a large group all the way until midnight - however, this can happen anywhere. Internet connect wasn’t great either - cutting in and out but personally we didn’t need to use internet much so not a hinderance. We would definitely consider coming back! Thank you :)

Overall the hotel was as advertised and well located. The breakfast was cold and the hotel did not honour Expedia VIP status, the staff did not offer or acknowledge room upgrade, bottle of wine or late check out. In fact we weren’t even asked or informed that those services are not available. Given the exclusivity and star rating of the hotel we were expecting better service.

The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond and was very pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic. Kids area and activities were enjoyed by our 7 year old. Would definitely stay again!

We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. The gentleman at the desk told me since we booked through 3rd party ( Expedia) there is nothing he can do but we get a bottle of wine in our rooms. Which i found out was done by Expedia due to our VIP program not the hotel. This was our 2nd stay at Aries but I'm guessing probably last one. I mentioned to the persons that was checking us on that we called them 6 times the day before and emailed to notify of the issues we're having with the flights but unfortunately nobody ever answer the phone or responded back to the email. Very disappointing.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist eins der Besten, die ich im Leben besuchen durfte. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr still- und geschmackvoll. Der Spabereich begeistert mit Ruhe und entspannender Atmosphäre. Es gibt phantastisches Frühstück im Restaurant Halka. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Krupowki, Gubalowka, Tatrzanskie Museum befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann auch auf eine schnelle Weise per Bus Kuznice erreichen. Aus dem Hotel sieht man Giewont. Zimmer sind geräumig. Betten sind sehr bequem.

I had read and heard that this was the best hotel in the area and was so happy I booked here. Incredible location, literally a minutes walk to the Main Street. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were amazing to come back to after a day of skiing/exploring. Not to mention the sauna and steam/salt rooms. The hotel spa was very good - professional and probably one of the best massages I’ve had. Concierge was so helpful in booking us a trip to Slovakia and informing us on where best to ski. I definitely recommend to stay here. I’ll be back!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Aries. Our room was nice and spacious with all the amenities one needs. The breakfast had a wide spread of choices and sometimes included Champaign. Mid-way through our stay, we came back to our room and found a complimentary bottle of white wine chilled in a bucket, the next day we were surprised again with a nice plate of fruit mid-afternoon. We had to check out early in the morning, so the front desk staff made sure to have a cab waiting for us right on time and prepared two lunch boxes for us along with water and coffee to go. Hotel Aries exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and we look forward to coming back again.
