We always enjoy staying at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. The level of service is outstanding and we love how the staff seem to be genuinely enjoying their work. 최근에 지어진 호텔이라 모든게 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 세번재 방문이었는데 만족 스럽습니다. 다만 아이콘 시암까지 운영하는 셔틀 보트 간격을 30분으로 했으면 어떨가 합니다. 중간에 1시간 가량의 휴식 시간도 없앴으면 합니다. 수영장이 특히 훌륭합니다.

Truly outstanding in every aspect inc design rooms food and service .I can’t think of a single negative thing other than the pool area is in shade most of the day. A special mention for BKK and their staff and cocktails -gets my vote for best hotel bar in the World

One of the best hotels in Bangkok! It’s perfect location by the river and they have everything you need during your stay . Only thing we can recommend to improve is that the pools are a little bit cold , even that is 30 in the air , it’s still cold to jump in the pool. But overall a super good Hotel !!

아이콘시암까지 왕복하는 보트 수요가 기존보다 훨씬 늘어남에 따라 기다려야 하는 문제가 발생. 수영장 썬베드도 부족. 내가 묵었던 룸(926)에서는 밤에 자는데 물떨어지는 소리 같은 심한 소음 발생(확인 반드시 필요함) 그 외에 전반적인 직원들의 응대는 좋았습니다.

I take 5 star properties like this to the heart i'm a big four seasons fan but this property was not up to par for four seasons standards, and would way rather stay at mandarin oriental when im in bangkok first off I had my assistant call in day before to make sure of my arrival and any special gifts as most or all four seasons provides to make the propertie feel special. At front desk they were not even aware of his call and said they would call my assistant back but they never did, also the call was recorded from the request of my assistant for me, what a shame there. 2nd at the pool when the staff laid down a very dirty towel for me to rest on was stains all over the towel, also was not provided any pool service had to go out my way to get a staff member to help me that is so not four seasons like. Then the breakfast at riva was the worst breakfast ive had for 5 star hotel in bangkok I was in shock dirty plates everywhere by the food station very dirty I took pictures so would love for management team to reach out to discuss to make sure these things don't happen again I also asked for sesame dressing for my salad which they could not provide even the como hotel in bangkok did that request for my without any hesitation. I also did find 1 hair on my bed when I arrived to the room. I take hospitality very seriously and it makes a big impact on me and future clients in my understanding I was very much in shock to see how bad this hotel was being run made me honestly very sad.

Loved loved LOVEDDDD this hotel! Totally worth the price. Staff was friendly and service was quick and efficient. Food in the lounge was delicious!! Rooms were clean and organized well. Would definitely come back again!

The Four Seasons Bangkok imo is one of the finest hotels in the world and certainly one of the best in Bangkok. The large pool area overlooking the Chao Phraya river is amazing, the rooms offer refined touches that are great - like a giant tub, complimentary amenities, Thai Mango gummies etc. the staff are outstanding as well.

Having had to cut my trip short to return to the stars for a funeral I used the “Contact Us” option to both notify them and ask if they had any options for cancellation and/or a credit of some kind. Not really expecting them to accommodate me but expecting some response. But…nothing.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Bangkok. Being a solo traveler can at times be daunting when visiting a new country, however the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and I had an amazing view of the river. I loved the boat service to ICONSIAM and the pier that you could catch the hop-on/hop-off boat. I also booked a couple tours through the hotel and would highly recommend. I would recommend anyone traveling to Bangkok to stay here.

This property was phenomenal! The rest of my family stayed at the Capella (same property right next door) but I def made the right choice as a Four Seasons loyalist. The rooms, staff, bar and restaurant were outstanding and river transport through the hotel to the Siam mall was well organized making this a truly memorable trip to Bangkok. ❤️

I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Bangkok! Everything was excellent, I might’ve had one of the best meals ever at the cantonese restaurant. Great breakfast, and they have this adorable cafe called Madeleine, with a coconut tiramisú drink I’m craving right now! The entire team helped me with everything I needed, they are very helpful and thoughtful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and very new. I will definitely comeback
