Room was clean and comfortable. Curtains wouldn't close enough to block the view in from the parking lot, so I had to use the chair to pull them over the gap. Got to breakfast with about 15 minutes left and many things were empty. I get why this happens, but it was still disappointing to have no drinks but coffee, barely enough milk for one of us to have a bowl of cereal, and only egg crumbs left. If someone had said, "I know some things are empty, but pleaseStaff was super friendly and efficient for check in/out. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Everything looked clean upon entry. After the first night my son woke up with a couple of red spots, he has sensitive skin so I didnt think much of it. On the second night I woke up around 1am to see a small bug next to my face on the flat sheet, I freaked out and flung it. Unfortunately it was a bed bug. I did take a quick look around and didn’t see anything so I decided to suck it up and threw everything on the floor as there was nothing that could have been done that benefited us, we had to be up at 4am and had a long day of flying. As the day progressed I started getting red bumps on my face, neck, and arms, I was hoping it was just an oversight, so I called pacer inn to let them know and the person who answered seemed confused as to why I called and didn’t seem to care.

This place is a gem. It doesn't look like much from the oitside, but my room was clean and the furnishings were in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and the environment is safe. The free breakfast isn't great, but that's a minor quibble. For the price, you can't do any better.

Ours was a brief visit from out of state for a funeral. This nice motel really is a collection of suites, so we had plenty of room to relax. If I stayed again, I’d wish desperately for a handicapped height toilet and an upholstered chair that wasn’t so low as to be unusable for me (70s with poor knees). The bed was oddly noisy as additional supports had been added to beef up the frame, but it was part of the charm. Being in easy walking distance of a good Mexican restaurant was a nice bonus.

We book the Deluxe Queen room which is in a separate building. The beds are not doubles and not queens, but didnt bother us at all. The beds were not as comfortable as the last time we stayed about 2 yrs ago, so guessing its just time to update them. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. We would stay here again.

It's a nice property. Very walkable from downtown area and Ohio Wesleyan university. Very nice sized mini fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom with 2 vanity areas. One in with shower and toilet and other in living area. Nice Keurig coffee maker in room. Beds are in need of replacement. Not very comfortable and well worn. We were in a secondary building with keyed entry to get in hallway and key access to room. Felt very secure. Continental breakfast only with fruit, cereal, and store bought pastries but adequate. Room is only cleaned after you leave but we requested clean linens and towels and for our garbage to be taken out. Enjoyed our stay but uncomfortable mattresses were the only issue. Could almost feel the springs. But good for the price

I heard mice squeeking. The room smelled weird. When we called and told the hotel about the mice, asking for a refund, they denied it and said said there aren't mice. They were so rude to my wife!

My daughter and her boyfriend were coming into town for a family event. For that reason, I wanted to pay for their room. I booked the Saturday. I found out that they were coming earlier so I booked Friday as well. Both nights were reserved in my name. Friday afternoon I went to the hotel to pay for both nights. I was told that I could not pay and have someone else stay in the room for "Security Reasons." No explanation was given how that was not secure if I paid for the room that they stayed.He had already paid for the room. The next morning they were thrown out of the room for the second night. This upset my daughter greatly and this treatment by the hotel almost ruined our event. Because of this policy, my daughter paid for an got my reservation without my knowledge. and was thrown out of their room without management noticing that the room was in my name for both nights. and yet for some unknown security issue I could not pre-pay. Where is the logic in that?

The property is a little older, but that is part of its charm. Exiting and entering the property can be tricky at first. The location was ok and we felt safe. The only complaint we had was that the beds we a little hard. Our stay was comfortable and affordable.

Very friendly front desk staff. From the street, there’s not a lot of “curb appeal” as it’s an old-school motel but they’ve really done a nice job of keeping it clean and up to date. Don’t let the first impression fool you, this is a nice place to stay if you’re in the Columbus area.

The room was good for the price. Easy access to downtown and Ohio Weslyan University. El Vaquero mexican restauarant was good too. External entrace allowed easy pack/unpack to the room. Water is hot, which is nice. Surprisingly they had all the necesary channels to watch football during the weekend. Usually at big hotel chains they only offer a few sports channels.

I believe if a hotel offers a continental breakfast it should be offered to all guest not only high paying guest. The grab and go breakfast was awful. Honey buns are not a breakfast item.
