Our major concern was we asked for late check in. We arrived at 10pm and our room code didn’t work. We called the ‘emergency’ number. No one ever called or text back! Went to the office 10am next day. No apology, completely unbothered that we couldn’t get in or that no one can answer an ‘emergency’ call. Pros: nice, newly renovated room with new furniture. Right on water with dock. Nice (small) pool area. Cons: Terrible check in, not answering emergency/after hours calls, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, mold in bathroom.

Amazing morning views. Many birds. Swimming pool in great location. Paddle board and kayaks were complementary. And jet ski rental was cheaper than any other rental place. A car is required to go to restaurants, etc. There is nothing in this island. The hotel is in the side of the hwy, next to the bridge. The noise from the cars are non-stop in all the common areas. Inside the room, however, was quiet. We did not hear noise front the neighbors either. Good deal for the price, specially if the intention is to go fishing.

We booked two rooms to celebrate an adult family birthday. One room, apartment style, had a full, though old, kitchen. The other had a kitchenette. The whole facility is old, and there is nothing fancy about the furnishings, though the beds were quite comfortable and the shower was great. Our weekend centered around boating and fishing and it worked out perfectly to have our boat docked right outside of our room. Also we were able to have our little dog with us for $25 per night which was a much better price than most resorts in the area. We fixed lunches in our room and ate dinners out at the local restaurants. The best part of the setup was the boat and docking convenience.

One of the reasons we booked this is that it claimed to have a private beach entrance. That's false. There is no beach. There is waterfront, but it's not swimmable. It's a marina and a fishing area with a dock for jet skis. The water is gross and smells like fish from the the nearby lobster traps stacked up. There's no place nearby to swim safely and cleanly. People who work there are chill but the listing is not accurate.

Came here by boat and stayed a week. Loved it. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The dock facilities are old but more than adequate. The marina area is nice and protected by natural rocks and mangroves. The hotel itself is perfect Old Florida. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC was cold, and they had Fire TV. There is a great little pool and deck area, and we even rented JetSkis one day right there on site. We are frequent Keys visitors and have stayed at several places with varying results. We will definitely be back!

Booked through Expedia and the picture of the room showed a well maintained place. Room 2-Bathroom had visible mold and musty smell under the sink cabinet where the dryer was stored. cabinet and door showed water damage. The Motel has a non functional bar area or that day no one was there around 11:00 pm that I arrived. Clean room, good communication, afterhours code is sent for late arrivals which was convenient. Pool well maintained. nice water view.

Description misleading. Property did not have heated pool, grill Rooms and property decrepit. Smelled of dead fish . Beds should have been condemned years ago. Pool was freezing cold and concrete and wooden deck around it was broken and splintered.

I live the water view from my room. Tammy who worked there was friendly and bubbly. She was very informative as well. They have a pool that’s right next to the lake. They have a beach area with sand and chairs. Jet ski rental is an option. There is a general store there as well. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay there again but I will book directly with them. I loved all the quirky decorations also.

The reservation was made for six people they left towels soap etc for only two people. The refrigerator floor cabinets damaged and not working room was dirty peeling paint from ceiling roaches. The room looked nothing like shown on website. The manager told us to request a refund through Expedia

Front desk people were very nice. Back of unit opens to water/docks. Pool is ok but no umbrellas. Kitchen is not equipped enough to cook anything. Internet service is unusable for data. Small tv only uses 60% of the screen. Not staffed 24/7. Bathroom - low/no flow shower, tiny sink no stopper. No ice on site Tuesday - Friday but would have had to pay for it.

The one word I’ll use to describe our room is “rustic”. The bed, bedding & pillows seemed new. Mattress was very comfy. Room looked furnished with “garage sale” finds. Cabinets in kitchen needs a finishing piece on the end. Has a nice, new ac unit. Property is a work in progress. There was a man talking endlessly until all hours in the a.m. like he was doing a podcast. I had to shut him down at 2:30 am on the morning we were leaving @6:30 am. Sound travels.

Showed up to this property confused if we were even in the right place. The outside looks run down and just, dirty. A terrible eyesore on the side of the road. It does not look like the photos at all. Room was an okay size but not as advertised. The bed felt like sleeping on a blow up mattress and the boards on the floor didn’t even connect leaving gaps. There was an outlet that looked like it was rotting out and maybe had even caught fire at one point. We booked a sunrise room but the sunrise was barely even straight on. While sitting on the patio to watch the supposed sunrise I leaned back on my chair and the whole back fell off causing me to almost fall to the ground and thank god I didn’t because when I looked down there was just random screws laying on the patio floor. The loud AC ran all night but the room would not get cold. They advertise a bar on premises but the only remains of the bar is a bunch of chairs and some sort of cat feeding station. The pool looks like if you get in it you will catch a disease. I wish I could post the photos here of the disgrace we walked into. Mind you there is no office staff on site to help you from 6PM to 11AM so we did not even get to see or speak to anyone who worked there. I responded to their texts with no response. Do yourself a favor and skip conch key.

We rented the upstairs apartment with 2 beds and a futon with an oceanview. Fairly priced, staff were very accommodating/helpful and It even had 2 AC units so you can’t complain about the heat. All in all a great place place to stay would highly recommend

We drove in late into the night. I had called earlier and they said they’ll send us the checkin instructions which we never got. Was stranded in the middle of the night m, had to sleep in the car. Vacation ruined. Irresponsible.

5 stars. Tammy was awesome from easy booking to late check out and everything in between. Love the boat docks just outside of the room, we were able to leave our rental boat right outside our bedroom. We stayed in the king room and it was great, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is a little keys style rustic but they are working on it and what they have done looks great. No complaints here, it lived up to ourexpectations. I highly recommend conch key fishing resort and marina on conch key.

I loved my night here. Tammy was wonderfully helpful and the upgrade made for a wonderful view on the water. Check in and out were super easy. I will definitely stay again, if I visit the keys on a motorcycle. My only criticism, and it is minor, is that the bed was crushed down significantly on the left side so that I was sleeping on a slope. Still, I got a great night's rest. Thank you for that.

Worst experience of my life. Got in hotel at 8pm. Closed. Back at 11pm. Closed They did not pickup the phone. At the end slept for 170 dólar my car.

Amazing morning views. Many birds. Swimming pool in great location. Paddle board and kayaks were complementary. And jet ski rental was cheaper than any other rental place. A car is required to go to restaurants, etc. There is nothing in this island. The hotel is in the side of the hwy, next to the bridge. The noise from the cars are non-stop in all the common areas. Inside the room, however, was quiet. We did not hear noise front the neighbors either. Good deal for the price, specially if the intention is to go fishing.

Friendly staff, beautiful room with view on the water when waking up. Enjoy coffee from your balcony overlooking both sides of the Gulf. This is a fine location if you are looking for a good price. There is not much to do around here and the motel is located close to the road. It didn‘t bother us since you don‘t hear it unless you open the balcony door. Ideal to travel to Key West and beaches.

We wanted an inexpensive place to stay that was convenient to get to all the islands. Right in the middle, cost effective. Amazingly polite and curtous staff. Had a "keys" vibe , not the sky scraper franchise feel. Rustic and charming, older venue with great views and options to rent water sports equipment. Loved it!

The owners were very accommodating!!! Thank you!! The location is perfect for seeing lots of things on the keys. The pool looked good but we did not use it. I don't think there's many rooms. It's a small private place. It is close to the highway but I didn't hear any highway noise. The rooms aren't modern by any means but perfect for location and price if you want a safe quiet place to sleep.

Really nice and friendly, great view off the back porch, isolated from the crowds. Though a little bit of a drive for meals, it was worth it. Only disappointment was not their fault, too cold and windy for the pool, water was warm enough though. Will stay there again.

Front desk people were very nice. Back of unit opens to water/docks. Pool is ok but no umbrellas. Kitchen is not equipped enough to cook anything. Internet service is unusable for data. Small tv only uses 60% of the screen. Not staffed 24/7. Bathroom - low/no flow shower, tiny sink no stopper. No ice on site Tuesday - Friday but would have had to pay for it.

The property looked nothing like the vibrant happy place in the pictures.The 'beach' area is run down. I'm assuming they're working on updates throughout the property given the large dumpster and building supplies stacked in the parking lot. With that said- I felt safe and never had any problems w/ neighbors and/or staff, the room though outdated is clean. The pizza trailer in the parking lot had excellent food and it was a nice central location in The Keys for us.

Had a nice stay. Nice sized room and a nice view off of the balcony. Stayed while Hurricane Raphael was passing to the south so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool or water sports. Good deal for the price. The food truck and general store on site were very convenient.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! Do not come expecting any of the amenities that are listed. The tiki bar is just an empty tiki hut, no bar available. The store and cafe down stairs is closed which was not disclosed. Room service will not come no matter how long your stay is. And when you call they act as if it’s an inconvenience for them to come take the trash and give fresh linens.

We booked two rooms to celebrate an adult family birthday. One room, apartment style, had a full, though old, kitchen. The other had a kitchenette. The whole facility is old, and there is nothing fancy about the furnishings, though the beds were quite comfortable and the shower was great. Our weekend centered around boating and fishing and it worked out perfectly to have our boat docked right outside of our room. Also we were able to have our little dog with us for $25 per night which was a much better price than most resorts in the area. We fixed lunches in our room and ate dinners out at the local restaurants. The best part of the setup was the boat and docking convenience.

There is no cafe as advertised. We had to soend money leaving the lidge in order to eat. No tiki bar, again as advertised. Rustic, quiet, clean pool. No ice machine, you have to buy it at close to four dollars a bag
