Sad because I couldnt get a hair dryer. They were all loaned out. Also bathroom was a little outdated and the shower wasn't the best. Water got on floor easily.

We stayed one night. Room was clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast in the morning. The coffee was very good. Not far from the Santa train and Christmas festivities. No issues. Would stay there again.

My experience was for a short overnight stay. Checking in was extremely easy, the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. Parking was located right by the room entrance, very convenient. The rooms were clean and had anything needed for a short stay. The location was very quiet. Would stay again!

Conveniently located, nice size room with microwave and frig, no coffee pot in room to make coffe but coffee available in the lobby with continental breakfast. Adequate for what we needed, offered the basic amenities. Hot water and shower was nice, bathroom a bit dated and small. Staff friendly and accommodating.

This motel is an older facility, 1950's or so, but it kept very clean. The bathroom are on the small side, but the room itself is large. For the amount of time I spend there to sleep, it's fine, for what they charge. The breakfast items are limited, but always fresh.

The inn was quiet, well cared after. The convenience of the location to what we wanted to do was great. It was easy to find and even though there were a lot of guests, we werent bothered by much noise. Plus there was a microwave and larger sized mini fridge. Couldnt have found a better spot to stay

My sister and I visited the area for a couple days and wanted a convenient, affordable place to stay. This fit the bill. It was clean; the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was around the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet too. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly staff. The room was ready when we got there. Pillows were comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom is very small. The room had a small microwave and mini frig for your use. We are not big on Continental breakfast. To many people's hands touching the food, however they had individually wrapped danishes. Only thing that was negative for us, was the room had a real bad musty smell to it.

Only made it one night of the two booked. Dead bugs in bathroom, live bugs on the ceiling, someone’s leftover what I hope were beard hairs in the soap holder, hair under the sheets. The chair in the room was stained, ripped and filthy.

The antiquated decor didn’t bother us, but the stains on the sheets/bed covers, decal residue in the toilet, and leftover food in the fridge did! The room had an awful smell to it…mothballs and roses?? However, the receptionist was super friendly and knowledgeable!

Staff was amazing, so friendly. Location was convenient, located near a lot of restaurants and short distance to chain places. Room was clean, very very clean. Water pressure perfect. Bed wasn't the comfiest for me, a lot of tossing and turning, and the walls were thin so I could hear a lot.

Room had paper thin walls, you could hear people having normal conversations as if they were in the room with you. The toilet was extremely loud when you fluahed and the shower from the next room over forced you to turn the tv volume up because it was so loud. Exit door did not have a dead bolt and the lock on the handle barely made it to the door jam.

Stayed two nights here was not worth the price. Room was very outdated and had a strong moldy odor like you would find in a cabin. Walls and door separating the other room are thin so you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. You can hear their entire conversation while talking in a normal conversation level. Room doors were being slammed shut and shaking my room up until 12am then would quiet down until 430-5am and start back up again. They do not have any do not disturb signs to put on the door so you have to call the office and tell them not to clean the room. Found out that the hard way by coming back and seeing my things moved around in the room. Only stayed two nights so I didn't need them to come and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mahoning Inn! The room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful and especially helpful! I left an item in my room after I had left and they helped ship it back to me many states away. I'll definitely come back!

I chose the Inn because of the price and proximity to Penn’s Peak, the live music venue. Very close to the D&L Trail for hiking. We were able to check in three hours early. Staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks for our comfortable stay.

Such a cool old-school motel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shower had great water pressure, and I slept soundly. I was in town to see a movie at the Mahoning Drive-in and so the location was ideal.

The hotel is one of the more affordable options in the Jim Thorpe-Lehighton area. It’s a no frills motel but it is safe and clean and convenient. I was there two nights and drove the short distance to the main attractions in Jim Thorpe.

This is a clean, quiet, simple motel run by some nice people. The room had all we needed to be comfortable for our one night stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable enough.The continental breakfast was pretty nice with good coffee, some bagels, toast oatmeal, fruit,cereal and yogurt. Overall, it's nothing fancy, but it is a solid budget pick if you need a bed and a shower for a night or two. I would suggest bringing an extra pillow.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is out dated but that is fine. The breakfast was basic but enough for the morning. Bagels, cereal, muffins and on weekend yogurt and fruit.
