Overall it wasnt to bad. Not enough pillows hair on the sheets. More blankets its cold.

Not so good overall experience. Poor amenities, such as missing coffee or hot water either in the room or in the office area.

The location was very noisy being right off a busy road. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, no hair dryer or trash can. There is no microwave, minimal plugs, no luggage rack or bar in closet to hang clothes. There’s enough space in the room to add another chair and/or small table near the beds.

The front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I thought I lost my purse in the parking lot, I called and he wouldn’t even look out the window to see if it was in the parking lot and then he hung up on me. The room was smelly and noisy and the sheets did not fit the bed- they kept coming off the corners. No coffee pot in room.

Parking lot could use a sweeping but other then that great time

Extremely overpriced ($177 US) for a very substandard establishment in a not so nice area of town. Our room was under construction (drywall patches unpainted) fridge and microwave were dirty and rusty. Bathroom door would not shut properly and no mirror in bathroom which only had warm, not hot, water. No where to put stuff other than on the floor. However, the TV was brand new…still in plastic wrap and the bed comfortable.

I like the accessibility but there is need to provide breakfast.

First impression I got there was this “place must have bedbugs” it was worse what I expected I found blood stains on my shower sheets and the handle for the shower was not even screwed on and my sheets where “clean” but you could see yellow spots on them but before I found all of these issues the receptionist was so rude and racist towards his customers and the elderly I witnessed him yell at a poor old lady and once she was dealt with I was next and got told “I don’t like their type of people” and yelled at me for not being able to hear him say I had to pay a deposit of $50 when I already had payed a whole 6 days. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless you are beyond desperate.

This was the most disgusting motel ive ever stayed at. It was filthy, the bedding had old food on it. There were long black hairs every where, it definitely hadn't been clean in a very long time.

Booked this hotel for one of my employees to work a fair had to switch rooms twice there was bedbugs disgusting

Both rooms around me were loud until 4am, and the walls were paper thin. There was hair all over my towels and in the shower, and the bedding also had hair and other particles. It’s right off the highway, so traffic could be heard all night, including transport trucks slamming on their horns (woke me several times, when I did manage to fall asleep with the commotion on other side of my room). My curtains didn’t fully close, so I had to prop my suitcase against them to do so. Spend the few extra dollars to go elsewhere if you’re looking for a good night’s rest and don’t want to be picking other peoples’ hairs off your bedding and linens.

On a main road a lot of traffic noise. Room was freezing and heater was so loud to run. It was clean and no odors.

My wife and I booked at this property for a quick overnight stay on our way through the area. The Property looked dated, but the Lobby looked decent. The person On Duty looked put out that he had to come to the counter. He was quick to point out that we booked a No Smoking Room and that we "No Smoke". I paid, to which there was a damage deposit (which was credited back the following day. After he handed me the Key Card, he stated "No Water Water" in his Middle or Southwest Asian Accent. I asked him "What?", to which he replied the same thing. We got to our room, to find it very small by modern standards. It had a fairly new looking headboard and side table arrangement, with wall mounted light fixtures (one of which didn\'t work). The Power Cord and the Cables for the TV were freely hanging away from the wall. The Flooring was poorly laid Laminate. There is a gap between the Laminate of the Main Room and the Threshold into the Bathroom. There was damage to the Bathroom Wall, that looked like someone had punched the Sheetrock, and a big Tile in the Shower was Cracked. There were Hand Towels and Bath Towels, but No Washcloths. And there was No Warm Water. My wife and I agree that this is the Worst experience we\'ve had in over 35 years of travel. I will happily Share my Photos if it helps raise awareness of such places.

This is clearly a pretty old motel that has not been kept up on the decor or maintenance side.

The bathroom door was literally holding by a single hinge and couldn’t be closed. Right near a major 4 ways street, so quite noisy. Electrical installation is a bit spooky, with loose sockets and black traces on them.

Room has a heater, but it's loud. Extra blankets are needed. Other than that the room was nice for me.

They required a random $50 deposit, then took 10 mins to provide a receipt. Upon check out, we presented the receipt to the clerk, who then argued for 10 mins about giving me back the $50 cash, before finally having it over. We wouldn't recommend this place, even to the thrifty traveler.

The management staff were very rude. The room (two beds) had stains on the sheets. The fridge did not keep items cold, freezer did not work. Ac was not cold. I will never stay here again especially for the price we paid for two nights. They also told us they don’t have anything to do with 3rd parties.

I went cheap because i wanted to save money for other things while in Salem, well huge mistake , remote for t. Broken , bed broken , cigarette butts everywhere outside our room , guys lingering around outside of rooms ..i guess they live there ...desk clerk extremely rude!!! I paid 144 through expedia the guy said its 100 dollars a night ...with a 50 dollar deposit. I dont understand the 50 dollar deposit, norhing in this place is worth that much .

DO NOT STAY HERE! They charged a deposit, and never returned it. When I was checking in someone else was also arguing about there deposit.

The cleaning staff opened my door at 9am without knocking. Then proceeded to swear at my husband after he jumped out of bed. As we left an hour later she was out in the parking lot talking to other guests and continued to yell and swear

Our room was newly remodeled- we were by the highway but our room was quiet- desk check in was easy and staff was very nice - great restaurant and gas station right next door - Dunkin’ Donuts is right next door too- room was very clean smelled nice. Price was great-had an enjoyable stay.

Low part of a working area. Obvious goings on. The room was clean, I'm deaf w/o devices, but we probably had one of the quieter rooms. But who is living on the couch outside behind the motel!
