Du kannst ihn direkt so verwenden oder noch anpassen: --- Betreff: Beschwerde über unzumutbare Situation bei Hotelankunft/ Reiseplan nr.: 73318063596286 Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit möchte ich meine Beschwerde über die äußerst unzufriedenstellende Situation bei unserer Ankunft in Ihrem Hotel vorbringen. Wir sind sehr spät in der Nacht angekommen und waren nach einem langen Reisetag – wir waren bereits seit 5 Uhr morgens unterwegs – erschöpft. Zu unserem großen Erstaunen teilte uns die Rezeptionistin mit, dass das Hotel überbucht sei und kein Zimmer mehr für uns zur Verfügung stehe. Sie versuchte, in anderen Hotels ein Zimmer für uns zu organisieren, jedoch waren sämtlich umliegende Hotels ebenfalls vollständig ausgebucht. Uns wurde schließlich ein Zimmer für das Personal angeboten. Da wir keine andere Wahl hatten und zudem um 7 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen mussten, waren wir gezwungen, dieses Angebot anzunehmen. Diese Situation war für uns äußerst belastend und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die wir an eine bestätigte Hotelbuchung haben. Wir bitten daher um eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die uns entstanden sind, sowie um eine Erklärung, wie es zu dieser Überbuchung kommen konnte.
