The hotel was great but the micro-brewery is the only restaurant/bar and it closed at 8pm on a Saturday night 😠

Hotel has the best health club attached to the property. Very clean

Staff was great, bar & restaurant are super cool. Everything is a little expensive for the area you’re in but overall it’s an amazing artistic property with so many more positives. If I could change anything I’d have real handicap parking that isn’t soo far away.

Hotel is clean and the rooms are large. New onsite restaurant was great and very convenient. It is worth paying extra for the "river view," not because the view is great, but because there is significant road noise if you get a room on the road side of the hotel. My only complaint is the distance from the parking lot to the hotel entrance, but that is a minor complaint. I've stayed here many times and would recommend the hotel.

The mini-fridge doesn't have a freezer area. The parking is off site and quite a walk away. The small parking lot wasn't lit at night. The main parking lot is lit but just a bit of a hike.

Gym walking distance

Nice place. Quiet except for train horns in middle of night on river side. Excellent place if you like to workout. Sad the bar and restaurant was closed to watch Stanley Cup. Very clean hotel. Kind of weird parking a block away.

Loft size rooms. Arcade for the kids. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

The room was not very clean. There were cough drop wrappers on the floor around the beds. Quite visible for the cleaning staff to see. Also, there was some type of food dropped in front of the nightstand that was covered in ants. I cleaned it up. TV did not work. Front desk personnel changed out the remote but it still did not work.

OK, there was a black spot on the rug, I decided to clean it with a wet washcloth. I got the spot up, but the whole rug seems dirty. It looks clean, but it's not. The other thing I noticed was the shower caulk was frersh wet and sticky. It shouldn't be sticky to the touch.

All the conveniences of home, very clean, and staff was great!

This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio.

The only thing was we had ants in the bathroom. But once they were aware they sprayed the next dsy.

Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in , reassigned us a new one. Several people experienced this

Hotel was geared towards those attending events at the sports facility across the street. It would be ideal for those people. Otherwise, the parking is down the street, the hallways are loud due to the concrete floors, and if you stay on the first floor your window is right next to either the sidewalk or a walking path so you can’t have your curtains open and the room is very dark.

Any of the restaurants being opened in the morning every day of the week would be great, but nothing seem to be available when we needed it. Because of the eco-friendly build, it feels quite cold in the rooms, and you can hear everything between the walls. For this reason, I thought it was slightly overpriced.

Great hotel room. The room had a crazy view of the indoor open space. Bar in the building has weird lighting was odd so we passed and walked the half mile to downtown. The actual hotel rooms were awesome, comfortable, and clean!

The room was neat with how they kept the industrial feel. The drawbacks were: The window with the Curtin didn't keep a whole lot of light out. It wasn't the normal hotel room darkness you would expect. With it being industrial and a lot of cement the cell service was nonexistent. This would be alright, if the WIFI worked. We had an iPhone and Android, and neither one could pick up the WIFI signal. The parking. Luckily it was nice, but if it is raining or snowing you have to walk a little ways to get to your car. The brewery didn't open until 6:30 on a Saturday evening, which was kind of odd.

Overall the hotel is fine. It is a converted warehouse along the river with dilapidated warehouses/factories nearby. There are a few restaurants a short drive or walk away. Many of the rooms (including ours) are interior rooms—the windows just face an interior space that inexplicably stays brightly lit all night long. The heavy curtains do not block all of the light, so don’t expect complete darkness. The rooms are large but sparsely furnished. They were clean (except ants in one bathroom). The rooms had fairly loud ventilation all night. The surface parking lot is across the street and a bit of a walk. That was fine in nice weather. We did not use the sports facility across the street. We were unimpressed with the slow service at the Hydraulic Bar. The hotel desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse. It was clean and close to everything we needed. Air Conditioner was on point and enjoyed how big the rooms are. Would highly recommend and will stay again

Parking is not close to hotel and is not signed well. We found someone on the street to figure out where to park. Front of the hotel is also not REALLY clear until you’re right in front of the doors. First room we were given was ALSO given to another patron. Fortunately we rode the elevator up together otherwise that could have been really bad. She had switched rooms the night before because her original room was not clean when she checked in. Cool. I understand the mix up, we both go down and BOTH get new rooms. Get to my new room…it was never cleaned from the night before. Mind you this is at 11:30pm, in a hotel that I’ve already struggled to figure out where to park, already been up to the 3rd floor and down the long hallway not once…but twice now. And now a dirty room. Beds not made. Towels on the floor. The hotel still had rooms available the night of our check in so HOW this happened is beyond me. Trek back down to the front desk yet again for the 3rd time in the same night. Finally got a room!! The hotel staff was VERY understanding and did ultimately get us taken care of, but it shouldn’t have taken the amount of time and effort it did. The front desk only had one person working and each visit down took at least 10-15 minutes. Needless to say, if we have the option to stay here or drive further…I’ll drive.

The staff, especially Caden, are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here numerous times and it is always clean.

The Customers Service was Awesome!!! From the Front Desk when we checked in to the greetings we received everyday to the day we checked out. Our Room was Great with the view of the River. The coffee in the morning was a special touch that we loved. The Hydraulic Bar was Great from the Drinks to the Food and the Awesome Service! We really appreciate having to use of the fitness center at the Spooky Nook. We will be Back! Thanks to The Staff at Hotel and the fitness center!!!

Very neat concept for a hotel. I wish there were a few more dining options, though. I did spend a bit of the evening at The Hydraulic Bar and was not impressed with the service. The food and drinks were great but I had to wait 20 mins for the bartender to move out of her spot that she stood all night eating and texting.

Very unique and cool hotel. Checking out at 4:30 am i asked the lady at the front desk a few questions. She was busy sitting in a chair talking to someone, another staff member, a boyfriend? She never said good morning, how was your stay, nothing. I asked about coffee and safety walking to my car in the dark. She wasn’t that interested in answering my questions.

Shops inside were all closed. One restroom was open, stopped serving food at 8pm on Saturday. Closed at 9pm. Softball team with 10 rooms rented were told we could not have pizza in the lobby, because it was not purchased there. 1st hotel ever to not allow us to have team bonding in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill this weekend! The aesthetics of the hotel were lovely. The front desk staff were really friendly, Rosa checked me in. (I hope that’s her name). I loved the high ceilings in the room. The room was very spacious, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The room was very clean. The only downside is that I could hear the television from my neighbors who seemingly had the TV turned all the way up after 11 p.m.

The front desk employees are VERY accommodating and patient! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Nice clean hotel, incredibly convenient for anyone attending an event at Spooky Nook. Will stay here again for future events.

Fantastic property. Loved our room with ceiling to floor windows and a view of the river. Great to have laundry facilities and the walking path was right next door. Great service and coffee!

Our stay was amazing! The rooms are big and clean. The location is absolutely perfect for events at Spooky Nook!

We really enjoy this location and contemporary retro vibe. The rooms are very large, very comfortable and clean. The bar restaurant is good and the hotel location is very close to downtown Hamilton (a 5 minute walk). Prefer the rooms with exterior windows/views versus interior views. The parking is far away but they have drop/off valet service area and the pathways are very well lit to and from hotel.

Stayed there since 15 minutes from Miami University of Ohio. Dropped my son off and would stay there again.

Staff was very kind and helpful with all of my requests-early check in, added an extra night stay, provided best directions to Oxford. Free morning coffee was delicious - available only in lobby, though. Packed my own breakfast and tucked it in the room fridge as I am not a big breakfast buffet person. Bathroom was clean, nice products, great towels, but not a "romantic" bathroom at all - more like clean, bare bones, swim-club style. Bed was comfy, with nice linens and lots of pillows and reading lights. Lots of built in storage, phone chargers, TV with a remote that worked logically. Room decor was trendy and fun - polished concrete floors - bring slippers :) - big beautiful windows, pretty blond wood doors and a great river view. My best advice is to remember you are in a former industrial space and adjust your luxury-hotel expectations. Brewery and event spaces looked really nice. Hope to see some cool hallway painted graphics as time goes on - a little sterile walking to my room down the long hall. I was a little worried about the farther parking, but very well lit and you can unload at the door and then go park. Not good for people with mobiltiy challenges as there is no valetExplored Hamilton a bit and walked over the bridge to the sculpture park - impressive. Lots of cute shops and places to eat. Very convenient to get to MiamiU, about 22 minutes.

Being familiar with the area thought we would give this former paper mill facility a try. Check in was very smooth , rooms are property grounds very industrial looking which fits in with its former use. What stuck with us is there is no food options on site. There is a micro brewery on site that was only open briefly in our 4 day stay. No restaurants or gift shop are open but seem to be planned for the future. It has lots of potential but not quite ready for prime time.” Windows need to regularly washed. The limited staff is very nice.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Food not hot, needed refills as supplies were dwindling.

Hotel was nice overall. Room was large and I liked the style (modern loft style). I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast (was just under $20 for an average buffet), and I was disappointed in the parking (parking lot for hotel was across the street and a couple hundred yards from front door of hotel). I was lucky that there was good weather when visiting.

This is a new property. It is unique & trendy! It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant on location was closed as was the little shop. In time I believe this will be the place to stay!

Would like to see more options for dining. My family arrived around 8:00pm and we were tired and didn't want to go back out to eat.

It was clean and accommodating. My only complaint is the parking which is across the street and down from the main entrance and there is no outdoor seating. Another thing was the restaurants, brewery etc were all closed. Unique place however

This is a really neat hotel. Loved that there was a restaurant/bar on the main level as we arrived later & didn't want to venture out into the rainy weather. The young gentleman who welcomed us was kind & told of of the other amenities & availability to order breakfast for next morning.

Extremely overpriced for room amenities (not) provided. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. The only redeeming quality was the across the road convenience to convention center. Parking down the road, shady “revitalized” area surrounding the hotel & convention center; felt unsafe to walk at night. Hotel shops & food never open. Keurig in lobby fir am coffee always out. Would not recommend.

Exceptional and so cool, it’s a renovated warehouse, 30 ft ceilings, cement floors with rugs, great beds, uber clean, fresh & new, great linen, shower products… the staff was A+, University Miami spirit all the way, 20 min from University of Miami. Rosie sets up complimentary coffee bar for Miami events. Parking so easy and free. I have already booked next trip.

Room was in great condition but it’s pricey not being able to use the gym and having to buy breakfast most hotels have free breakfast to much just to rent a room.
