On check in, I was advised I should have booked 2 rooms rather than 1 although booking clearly stated room was for 4 people. It was then suggested that 2 adults and 2 teenagers needed to sleep on 1 king size bed. I explained this was not feasible and an extra single bed was provided. Apart from this, reception was receptive to requests. They sorted issues out like the shower not draining well. Lovely sauna and steam room. Please consider having more parasols by the pool.

First night was difficult because I got a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. It was late realised at midnight when we came back to the room, when I mentioned next day they kindly changed rooms and it was fine. Facilities and food was good. Room was average. Gym was great. Pool was cold and tiny.

The staff was amazing and the food was really fabulous as well. The spa was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is great; within walking distance of shopping, and it's very secure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again if I return!

Great stay. Clean. Food is acceptably good. There is no executive lounge where you could get beverages/snacks/privacy from the general lobby area. Executive floor only means that you need a keycard to access elevator to your room floor.

This is an over-hyped but average property. Service is spotty - especially at the restaurant and at checkout. Polite, well meaning staff but many are poorly trained. Clean rooms and bathrooms but age old design. Restaurant food is of excellent quality. But service is a hit-and-miss! Centrally located, close to a crowded traffic intersection. Has a gym and a spa. Both are functional but nothing much to write home about. The famous ITC brand is not reflected in their staff training, checkout procedures, management quality, or customer care practices. Most certainly, not VIP grade as claimed! Very immature management. Would not recommend.

Stayed here a few times when i visit india and bangalore. Staff seems good especially dining room area but rooms need a bit thorough cleaning tins of dust in the little fliers, under the phones and the fridge area dont think they clean this enough during they servicing of rooms i pointed it out to front desk manager and the room cleaners with pictures and got someone to come and clean it properly. Rooms are large and fairly comfortable meals at bufffet are very indian or should i say south indian basically similar stuff all of the 9 days i stayed here. Its a bit away from restaurants, unless u take a cab to go for meals at restaurants Wifi. Shower and bed worked well . Good for a short stay . I moved hotels after 9 days.

This property is advertised as 5 start hotel but when we checked in it felt like 3 or 4 star hotel. The prices are also expensive and checkin was too slow. Eventhough room was booked for 4 people we had to order extra bed and pay addiitonal charges. The additional bead has rough edges/metal edges pointing out hurting us whenever we walked around making our stay very unpleaseant. Room was not very clean with dust around corners and under the beds. The provided hair dryer did not work. The bathroom fan was not working. Overall our stay was just average and everything including breakfast provided felt mediocre at best. While there were many people to help you it felt like too many cooks in the kitchen made it worse and they forgot our order. Hotel needs to be reclassified as a 3/4 star hotel and work on removing inefficiencies in the system along with improving cleanliness, customer service etc. The quality of the food also needs to be improved.

Great rooms - good size, clean and with the minimum required amenities. Breakfast and dinner service is terrible. Food is full of spices instead of flavour and unnecessarily expensive. Service is slow (getting cutlery provided whilst the food is already at table) and sometimes awkward as orders does not even arrive (so just gave up) and need multiple reminders with multiple staff members over an extraordinary period of time. One or two hardworking staff members and others are just pretending to be busy. During one dinner, a loud altercation took place between two waiters - bad language used in the presence of all guests including children.

We booked an executive room. It did not have any additional features above the deluxe room. If it did, we were not told about it upon check in. When we arrived in our room after a long day of travelling we were disappointed to find that it was a smoking room and smelt heavily of stale cigarettes. We were not asked on check in if we required a smoking room and did not think we would be given one as most hotels no longer allow smoking. The receptionist checking us in couldn’t have been less interested in the check in process and we had the misfortune to have him check us out too. I’m long past arguing and complaining about a hotel room on a short stay. It’s not worth ruining your holiday. I just wouldn’t chose to stay there again.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star at best. Don't be misled by their advertising. It has subpar amenities, zero luxury, and extremely poor service. It was absolutely absurd how terrible and unprofessional the management is and the service is excruciatingly slow despite having 10 staff members standing around doing nothing all day. Despite prepaying for a room months prior to my visit they claimed it wasn't available upon my arrival. Unacceptable. The management response was, tough luck, we gave your room to someone else, here's an inferior room. In addition to the room scam they are pulling, there are: -Flies everywhere in the dining area. -Cleaning staff who will disturb you in your room to ask you to give them a good review. -Management who lies to you and offers you complimentary services only to try to rip you off and make you pay for them upon checkout. -Extremely slow service. Expedia should not allow them to claim 5 stars on its website. This is disingenuous. If you stay at a 5 star hotel you have a baseline of standards and expectations and this place is not comparable to some of the genuine 5 star hotel offerings from brands like Lotte, Hilton, Accor. You will be extremely disappointed in your stay here and regret wasting your money.

Great rooms - good size, clean and with the minimum required amenities. Breakfast and dinner service is terrible. Food is full of spices instead of flavour and unnecessarily expensive. The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. Front desk staff was more catering to Indian nationals vs US or foreign visitors. We had to reactivate our key card at least 15 times in our 11 day stay. They would comment that we deactivated the key by keeping it too close to the phone - we explained that it was in the wallet. They looked at us as if we are lying. They even came up to check and still didn't believe us. Housekeeping staff was extremely nice.

Great hotel. Excellent room service. Housekeeping requests can be placed at guest’s choice of time, which really helped us. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great dining options in the hotel with excellent food quality and helpful staff.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star at best. Don't be misled by their advertising. It has subpar amenities, zero luxury, and extremely poor service. It was absolutely absurd how terrible and unprofessional the management is and the service is excruciatingly slow despite having 10 staff members standing around doing nothing all day. Despite prepaying for a room months prior to my visit they claimed it wasn't available upon my arrival. Unacceptable. The management response was, tough luck, we gave your room to someone else, here's an inferior room. In addition to the room scam they are pulling, there are: -Flies everywhere in the dining area. -Cleaning staff who will disturb you in your room to ask you to give them a good review. -Management who lies to you and offers you complimentary services only to try to rip you off and make you pay for them upon checkout. -Extremely slow service. Expedia should not allow them to claim 5 stars on its website. This is disingenuous.
