Thank you Golden Jade for a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and provided great service from start to finish. My parents and I booked a family room for 1 night as it is only 10 minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport. This hotel was walkable to 7/11 and shopping malls like the Paseo Mall with night market (10 minutes) and Robinson Lifestyle mall (15 minutes). I would give this hotel 4/5 only because our hotel room was moist and smelled bad whenever the A/C was turned off. It also costed 300 Thai baht to use the airport shuttle, which I found was a lot of money as we had to share the shuttle with other rooms/people.

We stayed only one night so we could catch a morning flight back to the US. This hotel offered what we were looking for. The room was clean. The room service was adequate. And the shuttle to the airport was ontime. It took only 15 minutes to get to the airport. Will stay here again.

We stayed in a family room. Overall, the room is ok apart from the bathroom. There are two shower heads, the one with the hot water, the host keeping coming off. The drain seems blocked as it was draining slow. The housekeeper lady in level 4 is really nice although she doesn’t speak English. The hotel has shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi airport that runs every hour with minimal payment. The nearest train station is Lat Krabang and is about 5-10 minutes drive, which will be a long walk and not ideal in summer. There’s quite a lot of shops across the road but you have to be keen to walk. Some hotel staff doesn’t speak or speak likited English but the are quite nice and helpful. Somehow the hotel needs to upgrade some of their facilities and make the hallway/corridor more lit and modern.

Listen, it’s a cheap ( in pricing) so obviously amenities and finish of material other items aren’t going to blow you away. You get what you pay for. I’ve stayed at modern and new motel 8’s and I’ll still choose this place. As an avid traveler I gave it a 5 star because it gave more than enough for the price. On site restaurant open late, security, basic amenities that met my needs, super friendly and helpful staff, clean, and courtesy shuttle. If you’re complaining then step up your financial situation and go pay up somewhere else. This place did exactly what it needed for a quick 1 - 2 night stay near the airport. This is a place great for 1-2 nights.

Grei standard for en natt. Kaldt vann i dusjen, dagen vi skulle dra funket ikke vannet. Hvis man betaler for frokost kan man velge mellom 3 det menyer, det var veldig godt, men for meg som kanskje ville kun ha brød og egg ble det veldig mye mat og heller ikke noe for barn. Dårlig info om shuttlebus, når vi fant ut av det, måtte vi vente over 30 min. Funket dårlig fra flyplass og til hotellet. Virket mer som et hostel enn et hotell

Great spot if you need a place to stay close to airport. Good basic amenities, food market and 7/11 right across the road. There is a crossing a small walk down and easy to navigate across. Staff are super friendly and helpful and there is 24 hour shuttle rides to airport. Thank you!

The property was ok but our room, the shower in particular, had a very strong smell of sewage. Good that we came just to take a shower and rest for a few hours before our flight. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Due to airline connections timing we had a day and a half here and there was really nothing to do without taking an hour to hour and a half taxi ride. For just an overnight airline connection, i would totally recommend it. Beware english language a bit limited.

Quick overnight layover from Bangkok. We got in super late and there was only street foods available, which is fine but we would’ve preferred something a little more, but that had nothing to do with the overall location. The following morning there were so many breakfast options, which was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and courteous, got us checked in and took care of our bags and got us a quick efficient shuttle to the airport in the morning. The rooms were much larger than I had anticipated and the bathroom was beautiful. We ended up having a small balcony, which was nice just to sit and enjoy our last little bit of time in the heat before returning to the north. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Its the fourth time since 2019 the Golden jade has been used as the place to stay before boarding the long flight back to USA. Generally my husband travels with me but with a big dog in USA one of us stays behind now. Always love the convenience of being close to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the shuttle to the airport. Room is always good. restaurant on site has great choices and its not far to other shopping locations.
