Rummet: superfint, rent, välkomnande och små gåvor varje dag. Frukosten: Brett utbud, serviceminded personal som kommer och tar kaffebeställning vid bordet. Alla i familjen hittade sina favoriter och blev mätta. :) Poolen: sol hela dagen! Så tacksamt när man ändå är i en storstad. Många bäddar och man man behövde Inte ”kriga” för att få plats. Området: närhet till mycket! Extra plus för hotellets lilla golfbil som går var 5 minut och kör från hotellentren med till köpcentret.

A perfectly situated hotel in Bangkok. Calm and relaxing, next to the busy Siam shopping center with busses, trains and even boats for transport around central Bangkok. Adding a club membership to your stay here is a must. Club lounge is excellent, for breakfast, afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Great views and great staff. Pool area is excellent and so is the gym.

My second time of staying at Hotel Chatrium. Once again, a very relax and enjoyable stay. All staff with smiling and welcoming faces; room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast with wide range of varieties. Swimming pool is well positioned and you can enjoy sunbathing all day long. Hotel location is great with walking distance to Central World, MBK, Erawan temple. Or, you can take the golf shuttle cart to Siam Paragon with walking distance about 5 mins. Highly recommended for family travel.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with lots of choices, we had a 2 bedroom suite which was huge and a great value, location worked well for us. It’s on a quiet street walking distance to Siam Paragon (and they offer free shuttle). They accommodated my request for late checkout, housekeeping did a great job. I can’t find anything to fault here.

Let's start from the bottom line - this is an excellent hotel! Its staff is great and constantly makes you feel like you are the most important and special guest, its location is excellent - right next to Siam Station, which is a short golf cart ride (a hotel service) from the hotel. The room was connected to the lounge on floor 32, which was a great experience in itself, the breakfast is crazy!!! The room is sparkling clean and every evening a little surprise was waiting for us on the bed. In short - a must try!

I have stayed in many of Bangkok’s top luxury hotels, and I can honestly say that Chatrium Grand Hotel Bangkok stands out in a truly exceptional way. While the hotel may not be one of the newest properties in the city — I have stayed in recently opened hotels that still have that “brand-new” freshness — the level of cleanliness here is simply outstanding. From the rooms, to the lobby, elevators, and pool area, everything is maintained to a remarkable standard. The swimming pool is, in my opinion, one of the best in Bangkok. It may not offer the most spectacular views, but it is beautifully designed, located in a quiet area, and perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and unwinding in peace. Everything feels calm, elegant, and impeccably clean. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. The service is absolutely excellent — always warm, smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. And the breakfast is simply incredible. The variety is impressive, everything is fresh, and the buffet is constantly refilled. There is never a moment when something is missing — it is immediately taken care of. I have stayed in other very expensive five-star hotels in Bangkok where empty dishes were left unattended, but here the attention to detail is on another level. This was not my first stay at Chatrium Grand, and it certainly won’t be my last.

Nice facility and convenient to the malls. Staffs at the front desk need a little bit more of training, because when we had checking in it was a mess and the room was not ready. As a VIP Club they send us to lounge waiting for our room to be ready. So we have waited for hour and a half for our room and yet still not done after hours! 😠So we went down to the lobby and asked about our room . I was mad when they still don’t have my room ready, than even worse that they give my room to someone else and give me another room instead. I suppose to have a garden view then I ended up with the view of building 2 of the same hotel!. It was really disappointing 😔

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. Staff was very helpful and make you feel at home. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the chef, Satish even customised my breakfsst for me without even me requesting for it. They surprise you with a different gift everyday that included nuts and chocalates. It is surely the best hotel i have stayed in Bangkok.

Allt var egentligen toppen, fantastisk service, bra frukost, bra rum, bra sängar. Men det avslutades dåligt, vi tog kontakt med reception för att få transfer till flygplatsen och förklarade att det var väldigt viktigt för oss att ha barnbilstolar till våra två småbarn. Dom sade att dom löser det, bokar en taxi som kostar 2-3ggr mer än vad vi själva hittade, men när den kom hade dom inte hört något alls om bilbarnstol. Detta blev tråkigt avslut på annars väldigt bra vistelse. Annars hade vi givit full pott, men detta var viktigt för oss.

We had a really nice stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and room was very spacious and clean. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with it. The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa and enjoyed it very much. Overall, very happy with our experience here and will be back! Thank you for the great service!

People are nice. The hotel smells good and looks clean. It has a really nice pool area that I really enjoyed. There is a shuttle to Siam Paragon mall which makes it convenient for shopping and finding food options. Taking a Grab from the hotel can be a little challenging ( longer waiting time) because of the traffic and road construction. I advise booking a taxi or tuktuk ahead of time with the staff.

The professionalism of the staff at Chatrium Grand Bangkok is second to none, and made our stay the most pleasant it could possible be. The hotel building is spotless clean, very upscale and elegant. The cuisine in the restaurant is made to perfection, but the menu is limited and a little pricey. There's no reason to mention the pool, just look at the picture. But what you don't see is the lovely little restaurant / bar adjacent to the swimming pool. The location is excellent with shopping and restaurants galore. We will definitely be back.

I had their breakfast, but the breakfast is not very good. They needed to change a lot of things as it’s only Thai food more. There is no many option for for Arabic or European. I don’t like their breakfast.

I have traveled to 47 countries and by far the food in this hotel surpassed any hotel around the world by far. I usually stay in 5 star hotels and I am almost always disappointed by the food but here they had a buffet that blows away most hotel a la carte's food. Beaides that the installations were perfect, the location is very close to some of the nicest malls I have been to, this Bangkok experience left us with such a sweet taste in our mouths. I also had the pleasure to meet Pierre who is the Swedish general manager of the hotel and it was a very humbling experience, congratulations on what you have achieved. I will be bacl for the food now that I am living i Thailand.

Fabulous service and the best breakfast !! Room was very spacious and clean. I am not a shopping person however you have to check out Siam Paragon which is a 3 minute walk away (or you can get the free shuttle) The supermarket is next level !! The location is perfect with markets and restaurants in easy walking distance. The tours on offer from the hotel concierge were really good !
