Overall a nice hotel, everything was clean and maintained, staff was helpful. We didn't realize there were no towels in the pool room til we were all wet, but made do with a couple from the gym next door😅 Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold food options

Upon arrival, the front counter staff person greeted me very nicely. The room was very clean. Only problems we encountered were the heater in the pool wasn't working, so it was extremely cold. Also, the exhaust thing on the ceiling of the bathroom was hanging down some, it was missing a screw.

My group and I stayed for 1 night at this property and we have never been more disappointed in a hotel. We booked a suite as we had 5 people in our room. The room was FILTHY and had a horrible odor when we arrived. (we had to go to Walmart to buy air fresheners just so we could stay) There was trash under the furniture, cheerios all over the floor, the sheets had not been changed (there was hair between the covers and blood/yellow stains all over the duvet), the mirror in the room had not been cleaned, and the whole room smelled like spoiled milk. When we called down to the front desk, the concierge hung up on us and then actually tried to argue about the cleanliness of the sheets. We had hopes of utilizing the indoor pool but found out quickly that it was also dirty. (the water was cloudy and there was a thick film covering the top of the water). The housekeeping staff was rude and walked around the hotel with no shoes on. The hallways also smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Overall, the stay was a complete disappointment especially considering the amount we paid for the room. We will not be back to this facility and will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Property defiantly needs some work. Toilet barley flushed, at times needed to flush multiple times. Shower curtain rod was loose.. no back to the remote to hold batteries. Carpet in elevator was very dirty.

Bed frame broken had to switch rooms. I called front desk no one answered. Had to go downstairs. Keys to the other room didn’t work. Called front desk again & no answer again. Had to go downstairs again. Entrance door stuck. When I finally got inside room it didn’t have the bed sheets or cover for sofa bed. I called front desk again and went downstairs for 3 rd time. Complained to the manager and said it was normal to call for the sheets. Weird, because I stayed at another holiday inn express in Illinois and it was in the closet and I didn’t have to ask for it. By far the worst experience ever.

Room was a little bigger because of ada accessibility arrangement which as helpful. Front desk staff was very helpful and available immediately when we arrived for our late check in. No luggage carts happened to be available but it worked out because our room was close to the door. Shower needs a bit of a lip or some thing to keep water in shower area instead on on the floor,. I placed a towel on the floor which helped. A luggage rack in room would be helpful when two people have suitcases. Room occupants above us asked very heavily and we could hear every step taken into late hours - 11pm.

The hotel shows a lot of wear but the beds were comfortable and clean. We have gotten used to having USB ports as well as plugs for charging so that was a little inconvenient.

Check In - waited for someone to check us in at like 7:30p because nobody was at the front counter. We tried to use the mens room downstairs and it was locked and we told the front desk this after we determined there could be nobody in there, and they didn't seem to care. In our room, we had reserved for 4 people, only enough towels for 3 people. We also had to go ask for linens for the pull out couch we had in our suite, no pillows were given for this also.

Front desk gave other guests the keys to our room and they tried to enter at 3am. We woke up to someone repeatedly trying to enter our room. Luckily we had the door deadbolted. Because of this we would never stay at this hotel again.

The stay was fine, great air conditioning in the room but my breakfast was ruined when two of the workers were standing by the dining room door slightly open and smoking. The smell was so bad I wanted to throw up. I couldn’t finish my breakfast and left.
