Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel avec le GPS. Parking facile, quartier agréable à 2 pas de le place de la Comédie. Literie excellente, salle de bain minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit, petit déjeuner correct. Séjour et personnel agréables.

Hotel en plein centre ville, avec toutes les commodités; le personnel est souriant agréable et attentionné. La chambre est équipée des basiques, mais propre et la literie de qualité. Il manque un sèche cheveux, certainement disponible à l’accueil. La douche mériterait une remise au goût du jour et un coup de fraîcheur, mais c’est propre et fonctionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est frais, varié et copieux, sur une large plage horaire. Petit plus le bon cadeau pour le parking du polygone, merci encore J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Location is terrible. GPS takes you to a post in the middle of the road that can only be lowered by calling Hotel, we did this several times with no help. Finally gave up and went to local Holiday Inn with much better location. Sent email requesting refund since we were not able to stay there and was told against their policy. see below from hotel. I tried all afternoon to answer you on the phone , and I opened the post in the middle of the road 4 times ! We can't refund you anything , sorry. If you wanna cancel the reservation, you can but we can't refund, the director is strict about this. Thanks.

Je recommande, excellent rapport qualité prix. Par contre, il était annoncé que le parking était gratuit, or ce n'est pas le cas si on arrive le samedi soir pour une nuit. C'est le seul bémol sur cet hébergement.

Très bien placé avec une réception très sympatique, on était à 4 dans une chambre pendant 6 nuits, on avait peur avant d'arriver d'être à l'étroit mais au final ça allait très bien, on était aussi plutôt à l'extérieur pour profiter de la plage et la ville du coup on n'a pas eu de problème. Par contre il ne faut pas essayé d'aller en voiture devant l'hôtel, meilleur temps de se parquer au parking Triangle.

Le personnel était accueillant et la chambre propre. On peut regretter que la fenêtre ne donne pas tout à fait sur l'extérieur, et que la chambre soit dans un état légèrement dégradé, mais c'est un bon plan pour une nuit pas trop chère tout près de la gare et du centre à pied.

It was very easy to come in, we felt welcome. The room for four was good for us, surprisingly spacey. In a perfect world we would have liked porriage in the morning and some shelves for storing clothes. But the most important things were alright: location, friendliness and trustworthiness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Everything was good except the AC ! They said they had someone look at it 2 weeks ago and nevef came back ! Dont believe that...If you run a small hotel you fix it ! Its not like the rooms are cheap. Save money on something else, not the comfort for the guests wher you get your income from.

Great budget value. Excellent location. Not fancy but we had a window to the street with a beautiful iron railing. Exactly what we needed. If I was going to stay for longer I might have looked for better room decor but for one night it was ideal.

I did not stay in this hotel. Once I saw the room I instantly decided NOT to stay - it was nothing like described, it was clean I guess, but did not have the features from the advertisement. Also, two hotel associates entered the room with their own key without knocking before entering. I felt insecure at this hotel. Did not ask for a refund, just checked out.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, gave me a room upgrade and advice about what to see in the city. The mattress in the room had a strange slant to it but still comfortable. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the train station and another 5 minutes walk to multiple restaurants and the Comedie tram station and center of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

A fuir vraiment!! En 2024, cet hôtelier préfère vous laissez dormir dans la rue que de vous donner l’accès à l’hôtel après Minuit!! Faut le vivre pour le croire… chambre réservée et payée mais le réceptionniste a refusé par téléphone de m’accueillir alors que j’appelais pour dire que j’arriverai juste après Minuit! Aucune solution de remboursement ou de proposition autres. J’ai dormi dans ma voiture. Voilà je n’en reviens toujours pas, l’homme va sur la lune mais on ne peut pas accéder à une chambre d hôtel dans une grande ville comme Montpellier après Minuit en 2024!

Nous avons été très bien reçu avec une réception 24h/24 très aimable et serviable. L'hotel est super bien placé très proche du centre mais dans une rue peu passante donc calme. Niveau confort, le lit était tres confortable, la chambre assez spacieuse le seul petit bémol serait la salle de bain très petite.

Très bien placé avec une réception très sympatique, on était à 4 dans une chambre pendant 6 nuits, on avait peur avant d'arriver d'être à l'étroit mais au final ça allait très bien, on était aussi plutôt à l'extérieur pour profiter de la plage et la ville du coup on n'a pas eu de problème. Par contre il ne faut pas essayé d'aller en voiture devant l'hôtel, meilleur temps de se parquer au parking Triangle.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel avec le GPS. Parking facile, quartier agréable à 2 pas de le place de la Comédie. Literie excellente, salle de bain minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit, petit déjeuner correct. Séjour et personnel agréables.

Hotel en plein centre ville, avec toutes les commodités; le personnel est souriant agréable et attentionné. La chambre est équipée des basiques, mais propre et la literie de qualité. Il manque un sèche cheveux, certainement disponible à l’accueil. La douche mériterait une remise au goût du jour et un coup de fraîcheur, mais c’est propre et fonctionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est frais, varié et copieux, sur une large plage horaire. Petit plus le bon cadeau pour le parking du polygone, merci encore J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Air conditioning was not working properly or at all. Desk staff could not help with it or provide a fan. Made for an uncomfortable night. Otherwise hotel was reasonable. Breakfast was good.

Einfaches Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Ausstattung etwas veraltet aber sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vergünstigtes Parken in nahegelegenem Parkhaus, ca. 400 meter. Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse ok.

It was very easy to come in, we felt welcome. The room for four was good for us, surprisingly spacey. In a perfect world we would have liked porriage in the morning and some shelves for storing clothes. But the most important things were alright: location, friendliness and trustworthiness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel. I would stay here again.

Location is terrible. GPS takes you to a post in the middle of the road that can only be lowered by calling Hotel, we did this several times with no help. Finally gave up and went to local Holiday Inn with much better location. Sent email requesting refund since we were not able to stay there and was told against their policy. see below from hotel. I tried all afternoon to answer you on the phone , and I opened the post in the middle of the road 4 times ! We can't refund you anything , sorry. If you wanna cancel the reservation, you can but we can't refund, the director is strict about this. Thanks.
