Billini Hotel, Historic Luxury

Rénové avec beaucoup de gout, avec tout le confort, des prestations de choix ,beaucoup de charme. Le staff est bien formé et fait tout son possible pour répondre à la demande des clients. L'hotel est situé dans le quartier historique, on peut se promener ,diner et aller prendre un verre à n'importe quelle heure .

Une nuit passée avant notre retour à Paris. Une Oasis de raffinement, de calme - il y est demandé de ne pas parler trop fort, et d'éviter le bruit- et un personnel très gentil, très attentionné. En particulier le monsieur de la réception, qui parle français et qui est extrêmement bienveillant.

We only spent one night here before traveling to another part of the country, but it was a wonderful experience. The two adjoining rooms were beautiful and clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was really fabulous. I highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here many times but the service this time was disspointing. We were short towels in the room when we arrived. Then after a few attempts we gave up trying to get face towels. We had to ask the cleaning woman for coffee pods because we didn't get them when they cleaned the room. We went for breakfast and were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our food and only after my wife went to check did they bring it our cold. Clearly they forgot about it. I love the hotel but this stay was disspointing.
