Many guests found rooms clean and new, but housekeeping is inconsistent, with reports of leftover hair, dirty cups, odors or mold, small flies, and very late cleaning. Some drainage issues and missed replacements were also noted.

Rooms are spacious, modern, and apartment-style with large beds, big fridges, and some kitchenettes. Common drawbacks include train noise or limited soundproofing, bright exit or toilet lights and glass partitions, occasional weak A/C or small maintenance issues, and some beds or pillows uncomfortable.

Service feedback is mixed: many found staff friendly and some received upgrades, but self check in kiosks malfunction, English support can be limited, responses can be slow, and housekeeping schedules or requests are inconsistently handled. A few guests reported unwelcoming check in and difficulty getting assistance early morning.

Directly opposite Sanchong MRT and the airport line, making travel to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport easy. Supermarkets and a riverside park are nearby, but dining options around the hotel are limited, especially at night.
