Ok breakfast. However, I would like to complain about lack of elevator capacity (seemed to be one constanly out of service out of only 2 + the service elevator that was pressed into use as guest elevator). Also, when using the (emergency) stairways the was rubbish and stuff in the stairs and partially blockage, some doors were blocked open - not good for emergency escape routes that is supposed to be protected from possible smoke and fire!!

Breakfast buffet was good. Pool was nice. Shower head and sink could use a bit of upgrade. Couldn't use the water park because it was being remodeled. Close to beach. Restaurants in walking distance. AC worked well.

Great hotel with kids not too great without kids. I would not like to check in her only with my wife. Too many kids in pool and breakfast. But this time we travel with our 1,5 year old kid so it was perfect. What is making my grade a little lower is due to very cold water in the pool and slightly outdated room with small damages.

It smells horrible in the elevator lobby And in addition only having one elevator working for 16 floors and having to wait for it whem it stops at all floors is not a pleasant experience

Great property with not a bad location it’s close to food, massages and shopping at terminal 21 and the marina. Close to the beach everything is easily walkable. If going for firework festival you can’t see fireworks from the balcony as the view is unsecured. Staff are great and the water park is fun but the pools are exceptionally cold so brace yourself! Overall property is in ok condition but is looking like it may start to need some love.

This hotel has quite a lot of dust on the sofas, which triggered my allergies. Overall, the service is good. However, at the pool on the 5th floor, I noticed damaged tiles and pool edges. The restroom on the 5th floor was not very clean. The guest room was okay, but the TV is not yet a smart TV.

Der Fahrstuhl war seit dem 18.7.25 defekt. Wir waren bis 18.8. dort. Das war wirklich ein Manko. So hat jede Fahrt erheblich länger gedauert. Aber sonst haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt als Familie! 7/11 dicht bei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wäsche zu Fuss erreichbar, super Lage! Super Poolanlage, super Frühstück!

LOCATION: The hotel is well situated between Pattaya Beach Road (1st road) and 2nd road, which means good access to getting on and off of the “baht taxis” / “song teaws” that runs one way circular around said two roads. The hotel is also situated such that you are less exposed to the notorious Pattaya nightlife, yet have it within 5 minute reach should you want it(…) As such it makes it a good choice for families on a budget. For shopping, ‘Terminal 21’ mall is within 5 minutes walk, ‘Central Pattaya’ 5 minutes by baht bus. The beach itself is also 5 minutes walk, tops. FACILITIES: On that note, the hotel has a child friendly pool to play in (ground floor). For adults there is another pool on the 5th floor where also breakfast is served and the (very small) fitness center is located. Parking is provided in the building should you arrive by rental car. The hotel has two elevators and in my opinion could use two more to reduce ‘crowdiness’ (nobody wants to be in an elevator with ten other foreigners during/post Covid). ROOM: Rooms (I rented two) shows signs of aging, but not too bad. Beds are very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator. 40” TV on the wall. Water in shower could be warmer and have better pressure. A/C could be more quiet. WI-FI: This gets a category of its own! Super small rooms, cleanliness wasn’t great. Things like lampshades, leaks on the ceilings, dust everywhere. Daily cleaning mainly consisted of changing bed and hoovering/mopping. The kids waterpark was ok however the section for little kids had dips and steeps where water all of a sudden is deeper. I booked it thinking my almost 2 year old can have some fun while I watch him from the pool, turns out I had to hold his hand all the time to ensure he doesn't fall. Also there are two massive decorative stones in the toddler pool and it makes me wonder why was this put in a toddler pool, so easy to slip on the of the dips and fall on this. We ended up using that pool twice during 2 weeks. On the plus side location is really great. There is 7 11 just next door, very close to a lovely beach, loads of food nearby. It’s more of a quieter area with not as much nightlife as everywhere else which is great.

The area around and throughout the main floor are well done, landscaped and well decorated. The floors are hot and the cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. Again, if you want wash cloths look elsewhere. Also only a half shower door and a weird see through shower window on the opposite side with a blind for mildew to grow on.

Just ok hotel. It finds better hotels for the same price nearby. Reception area dirty and wasn't cleaned properly in a long time. Room cleaning works, and is as it should be! Nice staff at the breakfast restaurant, but food selection is just ok. Friendly guys helping with your luggage! Service at reception desk forgets at sometimes just smile and saying simple Hello can be a good start of any stay at yhe Mercury hotel... Swimming pool area in the 5th floor could be cleaned more often. Ok gym with all basics equipment you need for your training session 👍

The first room we’ve check in got an unpleasant smell, moldy tiles + curtain in the bathroom, the water unable to drain in a reasonable time, then we requested to change the room, same thing happened just that was less moldy. The only recommended point is the location of this hotel, easily get to Terminal 21 and pattaya beach.

I book this for my family, 2 adults y 2 kids. I book it beccause a friend recomended it. I book for 4 and that was all. unfortunately I supposed that a room for 4 will be in the proper size... it was not, 2 small bed for 4 and barely space for beds and a desk. The hotel should not offer this type of room for 4 people... So, please check the size before booking. in my opinion, the location is the best the pool is ok but dissapointed for the price of tge hotel. the same, the water park.is too small and not worth to book it for that.

良かった点価格の割にプールの雰囲気がとても良いです。また同様に朝食もフレッシュジュースがあるなど工夫を感じました。ドアマンのSupojさんがとても親切だったことが特に心に残りました。ありがとうございます。悪かった点チェックアウトの際にフロントの男性に泥棒扱いされ非常に衝撃を受けました。「あなたは盗ったか？」と翻訳した画面を20分ほど見せられ詰問されました。ランドリーバックを盗んだか？という事らしいです。最終的に周囲のスタッフが助けてくれましたがあまりの出来事に動揺しました。 2部屋泊まりましたが高層階にも関わらずベランダドアの鍵が壊れて2部屋ともロックできませんでした。（フロントに伝えたら直してもらえましたが）ベランダにはテーブルと椅子があり子どもがいるので、命に関わります。プールやロビーなの雰囲気が良いのに、メルキュールと名乗って良いのか？疑問です。また私の部屋の前にオムツとトイレットペーパーのゴミが置かれていました。フロントに伝えたら「それは私は知らない」とだけ言われました。トラブルが起きる事を割り切れば、良いホテルです。Supojさんありがとう。あなたがいなければこのホテルに良い思い出ができなかった。

Hotel is avarage standard, Shower did not work any good, the water pressure was so low that it tok for to take a shower. There was also a BIG unsecure situation with elevators. One situation the elevator droped down 4 stores with people inside. Scary situation. Dinning at the restaurant was a really bad experience. I order rosted salmon and i can't understand how it is possible to destroy fish like they did in that kitchen. It seems to me it was a frozen fish they put in micro and 1 min on the grill. The fish was so dry that it was not possible to eat. It was also expencive.
