Don’t expect help from staff for anything. I came to check in at around 12:30 am. I was having trouble figuring out the app to enter the building. I tried to get help from the guy working at the front desk. He saw me, my 5 year old and my husband struggling to get in, and we were using phone provided in the vestibule to ring the front desk, and he ducked down under the desk so we couldn’t see him. We waited there for 20 minutes until someone else came and opened the door who was also Staying there. I asked for more sheets and another blanket and instead of telling me they can’t do that, they gas light you and say it’s coming but never does. We managed to figure things out but like I said, definitely do not expect any type of assistance. Also not in capital hill. It’s NoMa. Property name description is misleading.

This apartment was within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, grocery stores and more. We were able to park for $40/day in the parking garage and our car was safe. Having laundry in the room and a kitchen was also a great perk. The room was quiet and exactly as pictured/described. Would definitely stay here again.

For the price I've paid, I was expecting a smoothier check in and better staying experience. The listing is mostly accurate except 1. the app I downloaded for accessing my apartment entrance and amenities were not ready upon arrival. 2. sharp noisea randomly occured during my stay. the noises was disturbing, although not constant, not load but with high pitch and occured four nights out of 11 nights. 3. basic supplies such as laundry detergent and trash bags only supplied for one time use. Luckily the management office is in the building and the on-site management personnel Yolanda and Donald made the stay as smooth as can be. The noise were not constant but no one was able to address the issue effectively. My stay could be better for the value. The area was easy to navigate. bus, metro, rental bike via App available. Local restaurants, grocery store within walking distance. attactions near by. Roof top pool was great, view was enjoyable. Room, bed. pillow were comfortable.
