Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier

Otroligt fint bemötande från alla i personalen. Väldigt hjälpsamma med att ordna utflykt och transporter till färjan.

El hotel es muy bonito y todo está impecable, el desayuno excelente, tiene muy buena alberca, los cuartos muy bien decorados y de buen tamaño, el trato del personal es excepcional.

The hotel itself is palatial - nothing but the finest, best accomodations in a gorgeous setting with gorgeous views, stunning architecture and decoration details one could expect from a high end luxury hotel. However, the transfer system was a disappointment, the hotel is far from the city centre and you rely on the taxi service they provide - or should. I was left for one hour in the city without any transfer back to the hotel which I something I had asked them for. I had to take an anonymous taxi whose driver charged me twice as much. This sort of ruined my overall Tangier experience. I suggest the hotel provide a daily shuttle service to/from the hotel, which I guess would please its guests, especially its solo guests like me who don’t want to rent a car. Apart from that, rooms are impeccable, spotless, flawless, a real dream. The staff did what they could after I complained about their taxi service, they were kind and apologizing but I still feel one should not go through this sort of situation in a 5-star hotel liked this.

A bit far away from everything in downtown area of Tangier, but a really well maintained property. The rooms are spacious and the concierge and bar tenders are courteous.
