Decoracion y practicidad excelentes. Muy bien equipada.Excelente loxalizacion cerca de la playa. Algunos puntos negativos son la falta de ventanas, solamente hay una pared de vidrio adonde esta la puerta de entrada.Te sientes en una caja encerrada. Esa puerta se abre directamente hacia la acera de una calle .No tienes privacidad y que tienes mantener la cortina cerrada. Falta de sistema de exaustion en el baño , y un pesimo colchon en la cama del matrimonio. Podrian publicitar que la entada de los apartamentos de 1 a 4 son asi y no como en las fotos que muestran un pasillo interior adonde salen las habitaciones 5,6 e 7.

Skittent teppe og hull i sovesofaen. Ellers så er det ikkje mye og klage på,kanskje at det ikkje var sitteplasser ute for røykere.Bra kjøkken,internett,kjøleskap med frys.Bra leilighet.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Aber wir konnten nicht die Klima steuerten (die Steuerung war gesperrt). Und mit dem heißen Wasser funktionierte ein Paar Tage nicht. Es gibt also in dem Appartement zwei Optionen: nur kaltes Wasser und keine Klimatisierung. Oder mit heißem Wasser und dabei die Klima will dich in der Nacht einfrieren. Alles andere ist sehr gut und die Appartement kontaktiert gerne und reagiert schnell.

Contrairement au photos du site les appartement ne sont pas proches de la mer. Contrairement a ce qui est marqué sur le site aucune communication en Français ni sur l'accueil (qui n'est joignable que par WhatsApp ou mail personne sur place) ni même les notices. Les studios sont sombres pas de fenêtre, une seule baie vitrée qui donne sur un mur à 1m50. Equipement plus que minimum (pas de lave vaisselle, pas de cafetière digne de ce nom, une toute petite poêle, pas d'égouttoir) bref le strict minimum Aucune communication sur l'environnement (commerce, grandes surface, essence) bref on paye et c'est tout. Je n'ai pas aimé d'être prélevé de 50% de la somme 10 jours avant puis les 50 autre % la veille de notre arrivé sans prévenir

Tolle Lage, wenn man sich für Strandurlaub entscheiden möchte und ab und zu in die Stadt möchte. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Apartment und in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und modern. In der Küche war fast alles vorhanden (uns hat jedoch ein Pfannenwender und Sparschäler gefehlt, aber man kann nicht alles haben). Für Großeinkäufe fährt man besser zum Supermarkt Carrefour (1,9 km), da die Supermärke in der Nähe des Apartments stark überteuert sind. Was uns gestört hat war, dass ausnahmslos jede Nacht der Feueralarm auslöste und man dann erstmal für längere Zeit draußen stand. Es war weder jemand telefonisch erreichbar, noch hat uns jemand über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Ganz wurde der Alarm die letzte Nacht nicht ausgeschaltet, so dass es die ganze Nacht Piepte. Wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit.

We had a little trouble with check in because the Crowdstrike outage interfered but Beatriz came to help. The place was pretty small with window only by the door, but clean and had a washing machine and supplies for the kitchen. It's very well located to stay at the beach with lots of restaurants in an easy walk, perfect for a beach day. and easy to get to the airport.

The AC kept breaking making sleeping very difficult with kids. No instruction was given on how to operate electric blinds, washer. No one came to clean, I was cleaning myself which is not what I came to do and no extra towels only 4 given, if you want more it’s $20. By far the worst was the AC problem every night.

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Kein einziges Mal wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, noch wurden die Handtücher ausgewechselt, gegen eine Gebühr bin 20€ kann man jedoch neue haben. Es gab außerdem keine gute Kommunikation. Trotz allem war die Lage schön, der Strand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und Abends gab es genug Essensmöglichkeiten. Für Familien würde ich die Apartments 1-4 nicht weiter empfehlen, da es keine Möglichkeit gab Handtücher zu trocknen und sie direkt an der Straße liegen, auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich rauszusetzen oder richtig zu lüften, da man nur die Tür zur Strasse hin aufmachen kann.

Newly redecorated appartment, quiet and very close to The beach, bakery and supermarket. Many Nice restaurants in The area. Very Clean beaches and good restaurants on The beach. Appartment was not clean on our arrival, it was quickly tended to, but not a perfect first impression. The extra bed was a couch with a matress for sleeping on the floor, which was a suprise, and did not offer good sleep. Appart from that our stay was very Nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was beautiful, clean, and modern, exactly as described. The space felt private, which we really appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and hassle-free. The apartment was well-maintained with clean spaces and good utensils in the kitchen, making it convenient for our stay. The only small concern was the main door, which was open at times, but despite that, the place still felt safe. Overall, a very nice place, and we’re definitely coming back in the future!

Katastrophe! Es wurden nach der Reise noch tax angefordert. Wofür auch immer, obwohl der Preis inkl. Tax und Gebühren war. (Bezahle ich eh nicht) Die Dusche richtig unpraktisch und blöd gebaut, sodass der Boden immer wieder nass wird. Die Wände im Badezimmer sind feucht und Schimmel bahnt sich in den nächsten Wochen an. Bilder versprechen mehr als die Realität.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche das Apartment gemietet. Man hat direkt dort gegenüber einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man so gut wie alles herbekommt und der Strand ist auch um die Ecke. Ich fand es schade dass auf der Haarbürste unter dem Waschbecken Haare waren. Ansonsten war das Apartment sauber. Leider hatte auch das kleine Spülmittelfläschchen, Toilettenpapier und ein Wäschepod nicht gereicht. Wir mussten also nachkaufen. Ich finde dass es berücksichtigt werden sollte wenn man zu viert eine Woche dort ist. Die Kommunikation mit Beatriz hat gut funktioniert. Wir hatten Abends ein Problem mit dem Fernseh und es wurde am nächsten Morgen jemand vorbei geschickt und behoben.

L’appartement mentionnait un lit double et un lit clic clac (ils ne montrent pas celui ci déplié en photo sur l’annonce évidement). Le «\xa0clic clac\xa0» est en réalité deux coussins de canapé posés à même le sol. Nous étions 4 et 2 de nos amies ont dormis à même le sol pendant 4 jours. Nous avons contacté les propriétaires qui nous ont quasiment insulté en nous disant que nos standards étaient trop hauts. Le prix est clairement exorbitant pour dormir à même le sol. C’est une honte n’y allez surtout pas. De plus, le quartier crains énormément en semaine et le week end les sorties de boîte de nuit et le casino en bas du logement provoquent un boucan monstrueux. FUYEZ !

The apartment was really nice, decor was modern and seemed to have everything we needed so no faults there but at times it seemed there were issues with the ventilation where we were getting strong food smells. Also the Sofa bed wasn't ideal for our two children but they just about coped. It was very close to the beach which was beautiful and plenty of shops and places to eat for our needs. Only thing to bare in mind was our room was right on the street and on the first night which was Saturday evening it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the bars and people filtering out but the rest of the days were fine.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hintenraus,wo der Eingang zum Zimmer,direkt auf den Gehweg der Straße führte,das ist bischen seltsam, da dies auch die einzige Möglichkeit war mal Frischluft in den Raum zu bekommen...Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet...Klima Lüftung..ist Nachts nicht abschaltbar und daher ein wenig laut...denRaum zu bringen

The property itself was nice and cozy. The host o the other hand were HORRIBLE. I was robbed the night I arrived in the apartment. I was asleep and intruders were able to come into the apartment that uses a code. The host showed no remotes. They changed the code and said that is all they could do. I was traumatized to think 4 men in hoddies came in according to the cameras. I left tge following morning. I paid for 5 nights and I was not refunded a dollar. I would MOST DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this place. It’s is very unsafe.

The host communicated well and promptly. They tried their best to accommodate us when things were not working properly. The beach was like 1000 feet away from the apartment. Being close to the beach gave us cooler weather. Decent restaurants, bakery grocery stores.

Unsafe area. Last day exactly at 10:50am cleaner came and was knocking in our door like we don’t know at 11am we have to leave property. It was little bit rude and unprofessional, she passed her phone to someone and that person was talking rude as well, saying we need to leave at 11am. Definitely i will not come again. Thx

Cosy, clean, nicely designed apartment. Near all required amenities but far from city centre. Nonetheless if I didn't have business doing in town everything was on my doorstep from the butcher to the baker just not the candlestick maker! Choice of good restaurants. Bus stop just outside and nice buzz in the evening so I always felt safe returning home from the city at night. Beatrice a staff member who I met on my last day was loving too! Despite distant from town, would gladly stay here again. Besides, apparently there's an overground train that takes 30 minutes to town.

Hotel was close to the beach and restaurants ! Wonderful location close to the airport and 24 mins to the city of Barcelona! There is also a grocery store nearby and a bakery right in front of the taxi stand ! Area feels safe and friendly! Fun community! Love the atmosphere, the long walks on the beach , the food, everything was great ! The hotel was roomy and offered everything you will need to make your trip worthwhile like a kitchen and utensils Washing machine! Air conditioners and heating! Bed and a sofa futon ! Staff members very friendly and helpful! Management always checked up on me and my family! Made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip happy and memorable! Will definitely be back for summertime! Thanks for the support and kindness you shown ! Loved our stay !

Loved the place! Very quiet and many great restaurants near the apartment. One short block over from the beautiful beach! The only downside for me was the distance to the city and I didn't mind that much either because it's a great way to experience the Barcelona area.
