The rooms were clean, the pool was overlooking the water with incredible views.

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, çok fazla seçenek vardı herşey çok tazeydi. Havuz, sauna ve hamam gibi tüm imkanları kullandık ve memnun kaldık.

Geen 5 sterren waard. Netheid is een serieus aandachtspunt. Schoonmaken kamer is niet ok, zwembadwater meeste dagen troubel,, de vloer van het zwembad is glad, schermen naast zwembad worden nooit schoon gemaakt, etc. Jammer eigenlijk, want het is een heel mooi hotel op een hele mooie locatie met lekker eten en dranken.

Breakfast was amazing, the view from the breakfast spot was great. We love the deck off the ocean.

Excellent location and amenities. The all-inclusive option has some of the best and most varied buffets I've ever had: three times a day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack bars, minibars and drink bars are also included throughout the large property. Excellent access to sea via tunnel in cliff face. Spa includes complimentary Turkish baths, steam room and dry sauna. Great indoor and outdoor swimming pools with hot tub.

En toute honnêteté je ne conseille pas cet établissement si vous souhaitez profitez des piscines. La piscine intérieur était froide, impossible de s’y baigner pr le plaisir encore moins avec un enfant. On comprend mieux pourquoi il n’y avais PERSONNE dans la piscine. Concernant la piscine extérieur, elle était tres froide également. Quasi personne dans l’eau. En plus du vent il était tres désagréable de s’y baigner. Notre accueil à la réception était pas terrible, pas d’amabilité de la part du réceptionniste. En globalité cet hôtel ne correspond aucunement à un 5 étoiles, je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel se déclare 5 étoiles. Concernant la nourriture c’était correct.

Al vele keren bij Ramada verbleven in een kamer met zeezicht en dat was altijd goed. Dit keer gekozen voor een kamer met stadszicht ivm een kort verblijf. Stadszicht betekent een appartementencomplex voor je neus, dat was dus eens en nooit weer. In verband met renovaties was de fitnesszaal dicht. De sauna was open maar niet op goede temperatuur. Drinkwater was niet voorhanden, dat moest je bij het personeel vragen. Het binnenzwembad was open maar kon schoner, de treden hadden gele aanslag. In de spa liep weinig personeel. Al met al dit keer geen 5 sterren waard, eerder 3.

Excellent hotel, superb infinity pool and great gym. Very comprehensive buffet breakfast. Only downside room was dated, could do with a refresh.

We booked a Deluxe with city view ew but we got view to a wall of the building and fans of the hotel. The room wasnt cleaned properly, dust everywhere especially the bathroom area( We taled to front desk but they only offered upgrade for extra even though the room they provided looked like a downgrade for us. Would not recommend. Breakfast was ok but again hygiene is poor, glasses and plates were dirty and not enough seats by sea( Staff is not qualified enough for that kind of a hotel

The location was good, quiet with an approx. 15 minute walk to the square and restaurants. The hoel does provide an amazing breakfast. The sta at reception were good and prompt on any requests. The work of house keeping is questionable. When we arrived, we found used chewing gum on the bedside cupboard and a cigarette butt on the floor of the balcony which was there for the 4 days that we were there. On another day, when we returned to the room, it as supposed to have been cleaned. We found only the toiletries were replaced and the bed not made. We informed reception and left the room for house keeping to go in. On our return, we found this time the towels were replaced, bed not made and the cigarette butt still on the floor. This tells me that the room and balcony floors have never been mopped. Very disappointing.

Leider wurden alle diese positiven Eindrücke vom Punkt „Sauberkeit“ zunichte gemacht. Ich habe bei dem nicht so hohen Preis kein Palas erwartet und war schon darauf eingestellt, dass die Ausstattung des Hotels eher heruntergekommen ist. Damit kann ich leben. Doch das Verständnis von Sauberkeit von dem Putzpersonal ist abseits von jeglicher Vorstellung von Gut und Böse. Wir waren 7 Tage im Hotel und bei uns wurde 2-mal geputzt. Als ich das am Empfang gemeldet habe, kam doch jemand schnell vorbei. Also 3-mal in 7 Tagen. Hier unter geputzt bitte um Gottes Willen sich nicht das Bodenwischen vorstellen. Die Betten wurden zugeworfen, dabei wurden unsere Sachen unliebsam auf den Nachttisch geworfen. Die Tücher wurden im Bad ausgetauscht. Das wars. Echt! Das Zimmer hat seit Jahren kein Abstauber gesehen. Der Boden wurde nicht mal vor unserem Einzug gewischt (im Bad Blutspritzer auf dem Boden). Aber das Allerliebste waren die Kakerlaken. Ich habe bis dahin auch nicht gedacht, dass die (angeblich) 5-Sterne Hotels die Kakerlaken haben können. Die zuständige Zimmerfrau hat wohl erwartet, dass ich das Putzen in Form von Trinkgeld im Voraus bezahle, doch das ist in meinem Verständnis ein no go. Ich hinterlasse Trinkgeld für einen guten Service und nicht andersrum.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Achtung: Das Wasser ist direkt tief. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Sonnenterasse und einen tollen Außenpool mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und haben eine gute Ausstattung. Auch das Bett ist bequem. Einen guten Blick aufs Meer (Zimmer mit Seitenblick) hat man aber nicht. Unangenehm ist, dass im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Decke zu sehen waren. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist höflich und nett. Das Personal im Restaurant unmotiviert und genervt. Die Qualität des Essens schwankt nach Tageszeit von schlecht (Mittagessen) bis gut (Abendessen). Die Auswahl des Essen ist solide, aber auch nichts besonderes. Der Spa-Bereich ist gut und bietet einen Innenpool, Sauna und Dampfbad und kostenpflichtige Massagen. Fazit: Gutes Hotel mit einigen Schwächen.

The view of my room was so beautiful faving the sea, though the class was not clean to see through properly. Tha balcony though have chairs but were not clean and ready for customers to sit and enjoy. The view of the breakfast area was amazing and there was a good variety of good food. The cleaning team was my big concern, no cleaning but just fixing the bed and changing the toilet papers and towels. All the furniture were so old and not up to date or matching the five star hotel with high price. Phones and hair driers were not working. If you ask any service to the room they charge extra 3 euro. The money paid was way more than the value of the property.

Wir waren ende Mai 22 im Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral , gut für die Innenstadt. Das Frühstückbuffe ist ziemlich eintönig. An Sauberkeit mangelte es , der Boden war sehr Staubig es wurde nicht nass gewischt.

Spacious room, convenient location, lovely pool srea

Rooms were extremely hot.

The property is located conveniently not too far from the city center. It’s walkable distance and there’s a park nearby that keeps all the noise far away. Food is excellent and the staff super polite and professional. The only downside - if I have to find one - is that bedrooms are are faced towards the main hall and so you can hear people chatting till late if they’re noisy so can’t get to sleep prior 2-ish am. Other than that all is impeccable!

Everything is amazing except the Air conditioning have to be fixed, it's so hot air even if I adjust the settings. Look like an old system. Otherwise I'm very much satisfied

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Please check the attached photos and videos—they speak louder than words. My first room (1905) had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain. Every time I tried to shower, I was hit with a wave of sewage-like odour. After insisting, I was moved to Room 1803—only to find it hotter, dirtier, and even less comfortable. The “new” mattress had clean sheets thrown over a visibly stained surface—see the video. The air conditioning blew warm air in the middle of summer. The walls were paper-thin, with constant noise, and the flickering lights felt like something out of a horror film. Internet? Prehistoric—barely usable. Despite all this, the staff treated me like I was the problem. I felt embarrassed having to raise issues a second time, but someone had to. The attitude lacked any compassion, especially for someone managing health issues. There was no visible effort to accommodate those with disabilities—no sensitivity, no accessibility support, no understanding. This place wasn’t just badly managed—it was dehumanising. When you’re unwell, travelling, or just hoping for rest, the last thing you should face is shame for speaking up. I wouldn’t wish this stay on anyone. I would like to share the video clip not just a photos, but I can’t attach in here. I will do google review

The room was sold as a side sea view but the 'Sea View' is a matter of opinion. You have to go got the balcony anf lean over to see a small sliver of water - this is not a 'Sea view' I am stating that the room description is false and missleading. For HONESTY - The room should be sold as a LIMITED sea view from BALCONY only. - If this had been the true description of the view, I would NOT have booked the Room or Hotel!

It was generally a nice hotel however for a 5 star place I would have expected proper mugs in the rooms rather than paper cups. I also feel the rooms in general (perhaps this was only the case in my room 1517) could do with a bit of sprucing up. The floors in the bathroom were all strained or marked and the shower cubicle door design is poor and not well sealed.

The hotel is convenient for the city centre but the room with side sea view is just like a standardised double room as the 3rd floor is too low to view the sea. We felt a bit disappointed as we paid £100 more than a standard double room.

Our hotel room was cleaned daily, and for all-inclusive guests, the fridge was restocked every day — a really nice touch! All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The Old Bazaar is only a 15-minute walk away — just follow the tram line. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. After a dip in the pool, there’s a selection of saunas to relax in. For more experienced swimmers, you can even take a dip in the seafront right at the bottom of the property. Plus, you get great views across the sea — perfect for photos! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only disappointment was having to leave!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Antalya! After an overnight journey from Cappadocia, we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time (2 PM). We were a bit worried, but the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to arrange an early check-in for us and even allowed us to use the hotel facilities before our room was ready — a first-time experience for me that truly showed how much they care about guest satisfaction. The property itself is beautiful with amazing views, great facilities, and very comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The combination of hospitality and value makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya — and without a doubt, I’ll be choosing this hotel again in the future! 🙂

Let me start by saying the moment we checked in we were shown to our room by Baron he was extremely knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the surrounding area and things to do. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel has one main restaurant and one al a carte restaurant and a pool bar offering chips hot dogs burgers ect. The food was delicious lots of mediterranean dishes and grilled meats. The hotel is situated 11 minute walk from the old town/city which was ideal for evening shopping and going out to explore. I was hesitant as it does not have a beach front but found the picturesque cliffs to be lovely touch and believe me a sandy beach was not missed at all. If you are looking for a sandy beach Konalkyi beach is only 8mins away by taxi. All in all we had a fabulous time and can only thank the hotel staff for making it exceptional.

Staff were very courteous and helpful, check in and out very easy. We had valet parking which avoided the problems of trying to find street parking. Activities staff were very good and made everyone comfortable in joining the various activities during the days and nights. Turkish night and dancing was a good night involving quite a few guests. The piano man in the lobby was just superb and relaxing. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner were also good with a huge variety of food to select. Overall experience was very good and enjoyable. By the way great pool looking over the cliffs and water.

Rating: 2/5 Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Unfriendly Staff We stayed at Ramada expecting the usual standard of service from an international hotel brand, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. When we returned to our room after a full day of sightseeing with our two children, we were disappointed to find it hadn’t been cleaned. It was 10:30 PM and all we wanted was to shower and rest, but there was no housekeeping available. The lady at reception was the only one on duty and appeared visibly overwhelmed. She informed us that Guest Relations would assist us the next day, which did nothing to help in the moment. To make matters worse, not a single staff member offered to help us with our luggage upon arrival. Basic courtesies like a warm welcome or simple assistance were lacking throughout our stay. Based on recent reviews, it’s clear that poor housekeeping and substandard service are not isolated incidents. This is particularly disappointing considering the premium price we paid. This hotel seriously needs to review its staffing, training, and customer service standards. We will not be returning or recommending to family and friends

The front desk staff was not the friendliest or useful. The bellhop was amazingly welcoming. No explanation of amenities or map of hotel. No direction as to where to park our car.

Great location right on the beach and near the old markets and shipyard, lots of restaurant around the hotel.

We really enjoyed how to work. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the town so you can go and see so many beautiful spots. There are in town. The marina and the old town is so close very easy parking underground and the breakfast was really good. I will recommend it.
