It’s my first stay with Hyatt Centric. The hotel looks new and is very comfortable to stay. The staff are very helpful and polite. One of the best experiences that I had with hotels. Nice pool and it’s view is great. What could make it even better is to include a steam room/ sauna facility.

Love this new concept by Hyatt - interior decoration of the hotel was visually appealing, the bathrobe was unlike the usual toweling ones provided but a rather hip looking cut and material. The service was impeccable and staff were quick to respond. The view from the bar and pool area was fantastic with beautiful sunset. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious An overall exceptional experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious, bright & comfortable. The reception staff is helpful, informative attentive & pleasant. However, the cleaning staff needs more training or more manpower. The room was not vacuumed daily, in fact, a piece of biscuit crumbs was there for three days!!! They removed wet bath robs and wet slippers but did not replace it. They refilled decaffeinated coffee capsules instead of regular coffee which we consume daily in the morning. The decaffeinated coffee capsules have a red t on top of it. It’s not a very pleasant experience, particularly in the morning when one needs a cup of good coffee most. On the whole, I am happy with this hotel.

買い物に便利で、プール、バスタブがあるホテル　これがベストでこのホテルを選びました！悩んだのはサイトではスリアサバモール迄10分かかると書かれていて、Googleで調べると３分。このホテルの目の前がスリアサバモールでした。島に渡るフェリー乗場からも徒歩10分位。ナイトマーケットやサンデーマーケットのある通りにも歩いて直ぐ。スリアサバモールでほぼ事足りるので便利でした。バスタブのある部屋を選択。シャワー、バスタブ、トイレが各孤立しているのでそれが特に良かった！部屋に関してはかゆいところに手が届くって感じの仕様。プールも最上階にあるので人目を気にせず泳げ、適度に日差しを遮る格子屋根があったのでとても良かった。私達は韓国で2泊してからこちらに４泊したので、韓国で着た服をクリーニングに出しました。ダウンコートはフカフカな仕上りでとても満足。ドライクリーニングにしなかった他のは良くなかったので、再度ドライクリーニングに出しました（勉強になったわ…）後、ホテルのチェックイン等スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。ただ、2日目1つ使ったスプーンと、元あったスプーン2つ共に無くなっていて、その日はトイレットペーパーも破れたヨレヨレのが補充してあり、不愉快だったなので、 1日だけチップは置かなかった。クリーニングを返しに来たスタッフも、娘が対応したが、英語が上手く伝わらず携帯の翻訳を見せて会話をしていたが、服を受け取りドアを閉めると、スタッフ２人の大きな笑い超えが聞こえとっても不愉快だった！日本でこんな事をすると仕事を失う。とても良いホテルなので残念です。

As it was a new hotel, the cleanliness was very good. Both the room and the common place were excellent. I stayed in a deluxe room, and even with an extra bed, the room was very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful, too. The number of food was not large, but the quality was excellent. Especially juice and salad were very fresh, and the bread was very delicious. There was also a board game in the lobby, so I enjoyed it with my family while waiting for Grab.

Everything is good except one thing, i.e compulsory hotel policy to change the bed sheet after three days of our stay. Personally I am quite disappointed about it because this kind of policy should be on customer's will, if I know it in advance definitely I will not take this hotel.

코타키나발루 도착시간이 밤시간이라 라사리아로 들어가기전 공항에서 가까운곳으로 찾아 예약하게 되었어요. 인근 노후된 곳들에 비해 신식건물로 쾌적하고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 바로 맞은편에 쇼핑몰도 있어 편리한 이용이 가능했어요, 하루밤 잠만 자고 나올 예정이라 로우 플로워로 저렴한 방을 선택했는데 시끄럽거나 하지 않았고 룸 컨디션도 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 조식도 여러 종류가 있어 선택의 폭이 넓었고 직원들의 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 추천합니다.

Why I booked this hotel is to join midnight trail run event held around Mt. Kinabalu. I thought that if I could return before checkout, I could take a shower and take a bit rest. I told that a reception, then she served for me (1)early checkin to take a rest and (2) later checkout to take a rest! I much appreciated.

코타키나발루에서 수상스포츠를 하신다면 (섬투어, 낚시 등) 제셀톤 선착장과 걸어서 10분내이므로 접근성이 너무 편리하고 바로 건너편에 수리아사바몰도 있고 시내도 가까워서 (필리피노야시장, kk플라자, 시내 맛집 등) 자유여행에 용이하며 청결도도 좋고 시설도 노후되지 않아 비용대비 만족도 짱인 호텔인 듯 합니다. 정말 숙소 잘 선택했다고 생각합니다 그러나 휴양만을 목적으로 삼고 호캉스만을 즐기신다면 이 목적에는 다른 리조트가 나을듯합니다

Relatively a very new hotel close to restaurants, malls and tourists spots. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the lobby is clean and bright with modern furnishings. The buffet is similarly excellent as it is in the top floor with a commanding view of the sea. The service personnel are very prompt when we requested some few items taken cared of. We are thankful as well for the staff for recommending nice tour packages and arranging taxi and tour guide services. We will definitely come back to KK again and will book a stay at Hyatt Centric.

새로지은만큼 깨끗하고 위치가 좋습니다. 개인적으로는 식당이나 마트가 이마고몰보다 수리아사바몰이 더 낫다고 생각해서 수리아사바 바로앞에 있는점은 굉장히 좋습니다. 수영장도 예쁘고 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 조식은 깨끗하고 괜찮으나 종류는 많지않습니다. 개인적으로 조식은 하얏트 리젠시가 훨씬 나은것 같습니다.
