Got sold a package of spa and access to thermal spa . None of it was given . When I asked I was literally told no . Paid too much without wat I was supposed to have .

Absolutely shocking! Don’t stay here it’s a scam. They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel. Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund. They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund
