Wyndham Grand Xi'an Residence

Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time.

We stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness.

We really like our stay and highly recommend everyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Xian. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and felt welcoming. Everywhere smelt clean and nice too. Location was also great for tourist. It was easy access to areas of interests, shopping and dining. We were happy that we could find halal (Qingzhen) restaurants around and they definitely were delicious! Service was outstanding too! Thank you to Stacey, Karen and everyone else! Everyone did their best to provide a service that deserves 5 stars! We received a handwritten card signed by all the staff to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary and the room was nicely decorated for us too. There were some surprises on the table as well. Our whole family was delighted! We would like to say thank you very much for making our stay here memorable and wish all of you success and happiness.
