Little Red Cabin at Buckeye Lake|Hot Tub|Fireplace

Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. We had all of the essentials for a great stay! Everything was clean and cozy. Our dog Molly felt right at home in the spacious backyard. Location was convenient to the lake, restaurants and groceries.

I booked this property for an overnight stay for my birthday and it did not disappoint—it was clean, cozy and beautiful. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to stay and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit.I would 10/10 recommend and stay again!

We stayed almost a week due to HS Graduation. The property was clean, no problem. We had to constantly wash silverware not enough to use. No mirrors to see how you looked. Laundry room you had to plug the light in so you walked into a dark room. I question the way the electrical wiring was done. We couldnt get AC to work in LR so the room was warm as a few days were very warm outside. No ceiling fans. Light switches confusing Tv we could only get Netflix. Bedrm tv was fine. Little to no closet and closet sat high on wall and floor on it was not complete so sock etc fell through to the other rooms closet which was very hard to retrieve as bunk beds block the closet making it useless. The main reason for renting was it was pet friendly. It was great but fence yard was not safe to let them run so defeated the purpose of a fence. Holes in fencing which we had to block with outdoor chairs. One gate was not latch or lockable, it was wide open one morning as the wind blew it open after we had move the garbage can to curb as directed. Luckily we saw it before letting dogs out. Old metal fence post sticking out of ground didn’t see it and tripped over it, barely any grass just stones. Main bedroom was very tight between bed and wall so didn’t enjoy getting out of bed and going sideways to get out room, no privacy in either bedroom as there was glass doors exposing everyone in room. Carpet in bathroom by toilet not very sanitary, In my opinion. Nice location,maybe good for two people

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing getaway and the house for the bill perfectly. Clean and comfortable.

We had such a lovely stay at this cabin! It’s beautifully designed with so much attention to detail, making it feel cozy and special. It was also a great value for the moment, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect—just a short distance to the charming historic town of Granville and close to Denison University. Would definitely stay again!
