Resort is huge, with lots of different areas, all really clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the entertainment crew genuinely seem to be having fun with what they do. I was really happy with the variety of activities on offer every single day, and this was during the quieter months! The food exceeded my expectations, again the variety for every meal was vast - pretty much anything you’d fancy was available. Everything runs like a well oiled machine, making for a very relaxed easy holiday. Looking forward to booking a Magic Life hotel again with friends and family! One small improvement - we think you should have pictures of the resident cats in reception with their names and descriptions 😻

Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr schön und die Anlage selbst auch. Die Fliesen in den Pools könnten mal repariert werden. Unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen geräumig und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Essen ist mittelklassig mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Plastikbecher für die Getränke an der Poolbar sind weniger erfreulich. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut, aber das Showprogramm am Abend hat noch sehr Luft nach oben.

Insgesamt gut, durch die vielen Kinder beim Essen sehr laut. Leider war der Hauptpool defekt, so dass sich alles auf dem Pool mit Amimation beschränkte. Da es sehr windig war, war Strand keine Option.

La situazione di "assalto alla diligenza" si ricrea al buffet, colazione pranzo e cena, ma grazie all'efficace servizio i tavoli vengono ripristinati velocemente. Di buon livello la ristorazione, variegata e con cibi ottimamente preparati (poco intrugliati), a colazione mancano però succhi freschi e frullati. Abbiamo scelto vista a mare e ci siamo ritrovati quasi sopra le onde che si frangevano,impagabile ...però manca il bidè!! E grazie alla buona insonorizzazione abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli. Grandi spazi da vivere e anche se si fa molta strada vale la pena ricercare la propria tranquillità.

Just avoid if im honest, you are paying for an all inclusive but the food is absolutely awful unless you like foods without flavours. Meat is not cooked throughly and had some pink bits. Cocktails are made through machines taste awful You dont get snacks and the food is repetitive its the same everyday almost. One day there was some fried chicken which was decent but other than that this is an awful hotel for food. The activities are good though tennis archery volleyball. There is no sports bar that shows football. Theres like 2 tvs one near reception and one in the bar honestly so disappointed in this hotel. Especially for the price.

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, wir würden jedoch nicht wiederkommen. Dinge, die uns gefallen haben: - saubere Zimmer und Anlage. - freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal - transparentes Animationsprogramm und nette Animateure. - zusätzliche Angebot diverser Aktivitäten (gegen Aufpreis natürlich): Surfen, Tauchen, etc. Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben: - der Pool hat viele Fliesen verloren. Das sah nicht nur unschön aus, sondern stellte auch eine Gefahr für Verletzungen dar. - das Hauptrestaurant fühlte sich wie eine große Kantine an. Wenig Abwechslung, nach 2 Wochen hatte man wirklich genug von dem Essen. Zudem musste man sich abends teilweise anstellen, um überhaupt noch ins Restaurant zu kommen, weil es so überfüllt war. - die Spezialrestaurants waren super enttäuschend - die italienische Spezialität war Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße, die es auch im Hauptrestaurant gab. Der einzige Unterschied war die Dekoration mit Petersilie. Die erste Woche haben wir alle getestet und es in dann in der zweiten Woche ganz gelassen. - die Cocktails bestanden aus einer Aneinanderreihung billiger Säfte und billigem Alkohol. - das Personal hat nichts gegen das Reservieren der Liegen unternommen, sodass man ab 7:30 kaum noch die Chance auf eine Liege hatte. Die meisten haben gefühlt um 6 reserviert und sich dann bis 11 oder 12 nicht blicken lassen. - generell fühlte sich der Aufenthalt sehr nach einer Massenabfertigung an - total schade. - Anlage in die Jahre gekommen.

It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Hotel area is nice, clean and well maintained. Also stuff is friendly, number of choices in main restaurant was huge and awesome, everything was really tasty. We had family room, regarding equipment was everythin ok and fine, budlt we had room in Block 22 in 0 floor, and it wasn\'t udeal. In the room were at evening everytime insect and bugs (hooles in the wall under the bed) - we just received spray even we asked few times for change of the room, the pressure of water was weak - this was solved by maintenance and also bed matrasses were already "ready to change". In general i can recommend it, but ideally in different building.

Scheinbar passt die Beschreibung von Expedia nicht. Schimmel im Bad, Ameisen auf der Waschtischablage. Einzelbetten waren vergammelte und uralte Schlafcouches. Doppelbetten waren 2 Einzelbetten auf Rollen.

Personal sehr freundlich, Essen Auswahl große aber sehr schlecht Qualität. Wir lagen 2 Tage mit Magenproblemen und Durchfall im Bett. Sauberkeit im Restaurant sehr schlecht, keine vernünftige Lüftung im Restaurant nach dem Essen hat die Wäsche sehr stark nach Essen gerochen. Erste und letzte mal dort.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer im private lodge Bereich. Sehr ruhig, eigener Pool, eigene Bar! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich! Sehr sauberes und schön angelegtes Gelände!

Der Pool der Private Lodge ist nicht nutzbar da er von Möwen als Badewanne genutzt wird! Leider kümmert sich niemand darum obwohl es schon 3x angesprochen wurde!!!

Overall it has been a pleasant experience with our family. Clean and staff very friendly. Food in the average, no bad no good. Avoid the special dinner (San Valentin): decent food but doesn't worth the expensive price. Location very close by Jandia beach which is wonderful. Cons: laundry was not working the whole week and nobody informed us prior and durong the stay. We usually use it becose we dont like to take with us huge baggage. Beds not super comfortable: basically they were 2 open sofa fur us and the 2 kids.

Very nice and clean hotel. Only downside was I booked a room with a king bed but they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I did not complain but my mattress was ready to go to bin ! Husband’s was ok tho. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Loved every moment of our stay. The private lodge area is worth the upgrade cost.

Property itself is lovely, well laid out with loads of areas to sit and enjoy the greenery or views across the sea. All staff apart from the check in/check out desk are so friendly and work so hard to provide an excellent service..check in desk don’t have time to even say good morning, did you enjoy your stay! V rude. We paid extra for a lodge, wasn’t worth the extra money as sun beds basic with no cushions, whole adult area is in the most windy part of the resort (to a point that it’s like being in a wind tunnel with no let up) no separate restaurant, rooms ok but need an update, pools so v cold even the spa pool (very bubbly but freezing cold) this area is also next to the big resort next door who play dance music morning noon and night which travels a cross to the lodge area.. food was what I expected, mass produced low quality, lots of choice but all bland and Luke warm…breakfast was however great…again all staff work hard clearing the tables do their upmost to provide a great service. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the 1 hour drive from the airport couldn’t be justified as there is nothing magic about it…can understand if you have teens why you would visit as loads of sports on offer with excellent instruction, adults and younger families can’t see the attraction.

We had no air conditioning for the whole stay went to reception 3 times nothing was done.. 3 hours sleep a night due to heat couldn't leave balcony door open due to mosquito. If you want a sunbed with a bit of shade go pool by 7.30 am absolutely a joke

Fantastisk havudsigt. Maden OK med meget forskelligt at vælge imellem. For en gangbesværet er der ret stejlt ned til stranden selvom der er trapper direkte fra hotellet. Personalet meget flinke, positive og flersprogede.

Spent 9 days here with my family and enjoyed it very much. Great value, food is fantastic with a huge selection either at the buffet or the restaurants. The staff are all very nice and helpful. What a fab place will be returning

Eine schöne Hotelanlage, was von der Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen ist. All-Inklusiv-Angebot bietet eine gute Auswahl jedoch ist das Essen ohne Geschmack und wenig Abwechslung. Entweder hatten die Köche eine Woche lange eine schlechte Woche oder die können einfach nicht kochen (ich rede nicht fehlendem Salz/Pfeffer). Für einen reinen Bade- und Sonnenurlaub ist das Hotel sicherlich gut geeignet. Für Kinder gibt es viele Angebote. Wenn man mal Abends bummeln möchte etc. muss man ein Taxi (ca. 14EUR) nehmen, um in die nächstgelegene Stadt zu kommen (Morro Jable). Ansonsten um die Hotelanlage selbst gibt es nichts. Personal nett und freundlich. Spart euch die à-la-Carte Restaurants. Essen ist keine Freude (wir waren in der spanischen Bodega). Sehr enttäuschend. Eine Insel gehörend zu Spanien und die angebotenen Tapas als Menü waren ohne jeglichen Geschmack und das gleiche gab es teilweise in einer anderen Form im Hauptrestaurant Magico. Schade.

We had a fab time staying here. The beach and sea water very clean. Steps to beach require some effort but good exercise after a day lying on the beach. Food and Drink facilities were generous and some great dining options too.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine rundum Erneuerung ist hier dringend notwendig. Das Essen war gut, aber das Restaurant hat Kantinencharakter und daher ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr laut. Der Strand und das Wasser dagegen sind ein Traum.

Der Club scheint riesig und weitläufig, sehr ruhig am Rand von Esquinzo gelegen. Er bietet wirklich alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Ob für Aktivsuchende, Familien mit Kleinkinder/ Kinder wie für Ruhesuchende. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es dank direkter Schnellstraßenanbindung on mass. Der Strand ist naturbelassen. Es gibt jedoch dutzende schönere Strände ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Essen und trinken kann man quasi rund um die Uhr. Das Hauptrestaurant hat schon ein wenig Stadioncharakter, hat aber eine wahnsinnige Auswahl an leckeren Speisen, egal zu welcher Zeit. Empfehlung hier zu nächtigen ist definitiv gegeben.

Been twice now, loved it both times. This time there were some small ants that were in our room when we got there and kept returning. The heated pool also has a lot of small tiles that have come off. Those were the only negatives. The staff are fantastic, every single one. Hard-working, friendly, and helpful. The food is great, but I'd also love to have a bit more Spanish food each day. But the quality and variety is so good, this isn't really an issue. The setting is really perfect. Beautiful, relaxing, with a great beach that's really good for swimming in crystal clear water.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im Private Lodge Bereich. Der Infinity Pool war ein Traum und das Zimmer groß und sauber. Es gab in dem Bereich nichts zu meckern. Auch die Cocktails schmeckten sehr gut. In dem Hauptrestaurant war es allerdings sehr laut. Da wir im Erwachsenbereich saßen, war es jedoch in Ordnung. Bei der Essensauswahl war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Churros beim Frühstück waren klasse!

Es war eine schöne Zeit. Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten. Grosse Auswahl an verschiedenem leckerem Essen. Leider wie schon viele bemängelt ist es immer sehr laut beim Essen.

La piscina principal se encontraba en obras, cosa que no se nos advirtió desde la página de reserva. El bar de la piscina deja de dar comida a las 16:30, demasiado pronto y la animación es toda en ingles y alemán, igual es que no está destinado a turismo nacional y ha sido fallo nuestro.
