Older Motel, but nice and clean with all the basics and in good order. Handy to San Remo and Phillip Island without being in the middle of the crush when busy. Nice wide parking bay at the front door. Friendly and efficient Staff….all good, thanks.

This is a lower cost property away from the noise of the main road. The rooms are generous in size if dated. The bathroom has been recently updated and parking was easy. However, the impersonal check in is disconcerting and the grounds really need some attention.

This is an excellent Budget motel. It is very clean and tidy. Nice and quiet. I will be staying here again next time I have to service my clients on Philip island. A breakfast option would be nice but there is an IGA within walking distance where I was able to buy my breakfast requirements.

Its a little ways off the main drag but definitely walkable. The whole place needs a good facelift. Its tired and run down. Shower took a while to heat up, bed was a bit hard, soap wasnt very good but we were only there one night so it did the job. But for $130 i expected more.

The property was aged, poorly maintained and NOT deserving of the three star rating. At best, one star. Bathroom fittings had perished and needed replacing. The extensive mould on the shower curtain was disgusting. There was mould growing in the corners of the shower and silastic peeling/falling from the frame.

The room was comfortable but the curtains were coming off the track on one side. The door was difficult to open. With the key lock in place it was hard to turn the doorknob. The heater did not work properly. It barely sent out a warm breeze which did not warm the room very well. The television had limited channels, No channel 11 or 12. Bed was comfortable and plenty of spare bedding.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom needed servicing, it was dirty and noisy, the shower door didn’t close fully, the free wifi was hopeless and tv reception was very hit and miss. Apart from that it was ok even if it was a little on the higher cost side

I stayed for 5 consecutive nights. Not once was my room made up, toiletries replenished or rubbish taken away despite advertising daily housekeeping. The WiFi was disconnected. The toilet constantly ran to the point I had to turn off the water at the wall so I could sleep. No one was ever on site to talk to and no one ever picked up the phone when I called. Don’t bother with this place because you won’t get anything close to what you have paid for.

Super handy location, but what I loved most was how quiet it is – tucked away off the main road so you don’t get all the traffic noise. Staff was legends – super friendly and always happy to help out. Bed was comfy as, which is always a win. Definitely keen to come back next time I'm in San Remo. Cheers!

It was in a quiet area. We didnt have a shower for three days. it took 10 mins. to get the hot water through gave up. everything needed to be renewed. Because of the covid over two years income less so made allowance for work not done. chosen by price. no contact with staff entry by mobile contact assume you had a phone.

I've stayed at a multitude of properties over my years on the road and have never come back to my room after one night only to find they haven't made up my room. Everything was exactly as I had left it. So disappointing and not worth the money spent for that and other factors. I will never stay at this location again
