Friendly staff, nothing was a bother. Our cabin was spotless. Activities for our under 5s were good when all children were supervised by a parent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingenia Soldiers Point. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and all other facilities like ball pool, jumping pad and play ground. Facilities are well maintained and staff were extremely friendly.only thing that doesn’t satisfy was the Wi-fi. We were hardly able to connect it at the property, but it was a bit better outside the property. Overall, very good experience and will come back again.

The property was great and we would go back there but just a warning don’t book /pay bowling if your kids have autism or additional needs like my boy We went to cancel when life was just too much for him and tried to explain why we needed to cancel and they weren’t understanding at all I get we maybe would lose a deposit but the whole $40 was a lot to cop these days Otherwise lots to do in the park and kids had a good time

This was our first time staying at a Big 4/caravan park. We stayed in the Kentia cabin with our two year old. We were very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and all the activities for children and families. The cabin itself had plenty of room for us. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Beds were super comfy too! The shower is above a bath which wasn’t an issue. And the bath was amazing! So big. We actually had the three of us in it one night lol. Had some beautiful birds visit us each day and ate out of my hand. (Being careful not to attract the ibis). Our daughter loved the under 5 indoor play area. And the big jumping pillow was awesome. The pools looked great but didn’t end up going in ourselves. The indoor one felt warm and seemed popular with the kids. We used the washing machines too. They take $1 and $2 coins and they had free washing powder. If you forget your coins you can get change from the reception. We went to the soldiers club and the pub which are right next door. Amazing food and so close. Each morning a coffee cart arrives around 8am and there was also a fresh seafood can that came around one day too. Movies to borrow for the dvd player are at reception as are some lollies and drinks and basic snacks. The only things that we would have loved would be a fitness room for mum and dad to get away ;) and for the cabins to be dog friendly. We did see dogs there but only at caravan sights. We were so impressed.

Great place to stay with kids - unfortunately the indoor pool was closed twice :( no supervision or restrictions for the pools which made it a little unsafe but other then that was a great stay for all ages from age 2 to 8 my kids are.

The site is compact and so very quick and easy to get to all of the facilities we wanted to use. My grandson spent hours in the pool and was very happy. We would have happily stayed longer than the 2 nights we had booked. We also loved the birds tat visited our deck for breakfast.

Fantastic for kids . Had so much to do we ran out of time to do it all but hopefully we will get to come again x

Had the best stay! Thank you! Only change I would suggest is maybe updating the queen mattress in F24. She’s so soft we rolled into the middle! Otherwise not an issue and we’ll be back!

3 couples & i spent 2 delightful nights together. A lovely scenic spot, nice walks & close to the beach.

Walking distance to Bowling Club next door. Also easy walk across the road to a little beach and boat ramp. Will definitely be back

Lovely grounds and birdlife. Right next door to the bowling club so excellent for our purpose. Would certainly book again.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS NEXT TO THE BOWLING CLUB WHICH HAD FINE DINING AVD FACILITES.
