Lovely new kitchen, carpets and drapes. Bathroom terrible. Can't close the toilet door. No grate in the sink so don't drop anything in the sink. Shower had a big crack in the wall, shower curtain scenario not ideal

I thought the location for me was excellent .The room was nice and had everything I needed. The price was good .My only downside was the reception bell not been heard in the morning on arrival due to bad coverage.

Had to pay a deposit on arrival. Wanted me to write my debit card details down on paper in order to refund because they have outdated equipment. Very unsafe.

Lovely helpful staff. Room had a little courtyard. Great for our little dog. Great location for Auckland amenities.

Well provisioned kitchen, felt could do with some bowls for food and place mats for table and siide tables. Lacking in instruction manuals for oven, tv, air conditioning and microwave. Found bed ok but pillows to hard. Central well located property. Renovated and nicely decorated. Advertise reception open from 8 am to 8pm only contact by phone. No one in attendance on site while I was there. No issues with noise. Interesting way of running a motel.
