The property was dirty. While my room looked okay at a glance the floors were dirty, there was trash & a dead bug by the headboard of the bed. The carpet, stairwells and entryway were dirty. Elevators were not cleaned regularly and always nasty—just an air of disregard for the property in general. The staff were very nice in general.

Building under construction cleaning staff takes away shampoo? No fitness room as advertised no baggage cart upon arrival none to be found dust on air conditioning screen was a deal but we thought it would be worth it
