Det var lidt specielt at finde værelset. Kode til yderdør, elevator i en kælder der var ret forfalden, op til 5. sal. Ny kode til en slags reception. Her lå kuvert med nøgler til en slags lejlighed med flere værelser. Ned til 1. sal ind ad ny dør , gennem gang og køkken. stue og så hen til selve døren til vores værelse , der rent og pænt med oænt badeværelse. Dagl. Rengøring med nye håndklæder.

It's on an all-pedestrian street so you need to shlep your luggage in and out. There's no office on site (It's down the street and only open 9 to 5) so it's more like renting an apartment. The elevator sometimes decides not to work and you may still have stairs even with the elevator. Maid service was fine and the room was pleasant even though the one window viewed the wall of an adjacent building. The location is great especially if you're up to walking. You can walk to many of Rome's top sights.

The roof terrace at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is a bit tucked away and tricky to find. But the room was nice and the view over the rooftops of Rome is really exceptional. I love quirky little places like this, and this place was a really pleasant place to spend a few days.

Location was great, walkable to many things in Rome. Room was clean and functional. Rooftop Terrace was a highlight watching the sunset over the city. The fridge left a bit to be desired. Communication could be improved as I only got directions on how to check in while travelling. Key locks could be updated

Pros: The location is nice. The property feels secure, and the room felt clean enough (though the extra pillow found in the closet had a large red blood colored stain on it). The staff, once spoken to in person, was beyond nice and kind. The rooftop decks (plural—there are 3) are incredible and have some of the best views of Rome. The AC is amazing as is the boiler. We never felt hot in the room nor did we run out of hot water. Cons: We never had internet our entire stay. We also couldn’t get a cell signal. The TV didn’t work properly and all the stations had stripes on them so just volume. This was problematic with kids. We had a room that was inaccessible with an elevator. I was carrying 5 bags for myself and my 2 daughters alone down and up slippery stairs. Communication before was so confusing! There is a city tax to pay in cash and it was more than less than more. Reception closed before we arrived and was 5 min walk on cobblestones from our apartment (again bags and kids), so we had to rush back the next morning and cut a tour at The Vatican short to give money and Passports to them. Except—I left money in an envelope and sent scanned passports, so I was not told I didnt have to be there by 10am and this rushed for nothing. It is VERY noisy in the building bc of echoes. We had a sound machine and my kids woke up to slamming doors and people on the stairs all the same, The top roof terrace is scary w kids.

Nice neighborhood full of restaurants and shopping but far from transportation, difficult to reach. They send me a code for entering to the room because we arrived late, we did the check in and out next day in a different location, it was confusing

Man sollte sich bewusst sein in keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft zu kommen. Aber die Lage , der Preis und der Charme war es uns wert und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir buchten ein Trippleroom die eindeutig in der Beschreibung anders aussahen und woanders lagen. Sie stellten somit ein Bett in das kleine Zimmer was zur Via Coronari (historische Straße) rausging. Es ist teil einer Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Küche aber jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Größe war wunderbar und auch das Bad. Die trubelige Strasse hatte etwas und manchmal saßen wir sogar und schauten dem Treiben zu. Nervig ist nur wenn morgens um 4 die Müllabfuhr kommt. Im dritten Stock des Wohnhauses ist dann die nächste Wohnung mit Rezeption die unbesetzt ist und der Treppe hinauf auf die wunderbare Dachterrasse. Alles etwas schrabbelig aber mit Charme.

Die Lage war hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar, das Nachtleben um die Ecke. Das Zimmer wurde perfekt gereinigt. Einziges Manko, das Fenster zum Aufzugschacht, kein Tageslicht. Check in unkompliziert. Personal freundlich. Von den 3 Dachterassen (klein) ein herrlicher Ausblick/Rundumblick über die Stadt.

This is the second time staying here. We stay due to the location. It’s walkable to everything! The building is old and has a mildew smell, but the rooms are okay if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep. Staff at check-in is always helpful.

Estuvimos 15 días, nunca hubo nadie en el mostrador por cualquier eventualidad que ocurriera, En todo este tiempo nunca nos cambiaron la ropa de cama, aunque lo pedimos,el colchón de la cama pésimo para arruinarte la columna,la entrada es muy sucia, tienen una alfombra que deja mucho que desear, hay mucho polvo en las habitaciones , no es una buena limpieza la que se hace en ellas, hay olor a suciedad y humedad en todo el hotel

Charming guest house, a heritage building. Love the location close to Piazza Navona and the Ponte, close to everywhere! The rioni in itself, felt like you're in Italy! If you like that dolce vita feel. Lovely everywhere! Relais Arco della Pace gave us the Studio on the ground floor. It was big with two bathrooms. Room has no windows though but toilet has, which is weird. Keys are outdated. Too many and heavy for carry around. They clean everyday replace fresh towels made in Greece. I like the place the only comment I have is that, there's a moldy smell and curtain sort of dusty. I have allergies so, I wear mask each time am inside the room. For some reason, taxi and uber are confused in the area.

Area was good. Place was not the cleanest and had a smell. Building was run down. The real kicker was the awful staff. During our stay, our cleaning lady left the door of our apartment/room wide open for God knows how long while cleaning and when we retuned we waiting an additional 30 minutes to see if she planned on returning. She never returned and we also found that the room had no been properly replenish with toiletries including toilet paper. When we confronted the front desk staff, they called the cleaning lady and spoke Italian. After the call, which he had in front of us, he informed me “I told her that she needs to be careful and it won’t happen again in the future”, not knowing that I spoke Italian and responded that he did not say any of that. An older man next to him interjected “what do you want me to do? Kill her? There’s nothing I can do. If you’re missing something let me know and I’ll just claim my insurance.” They did not have any empathy, and were flat out rude. Not even offering the smallest amount of compensation given the fact that our valuables were left exposed for potentially hours. Awful service

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut. Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Late-checkin hat gut funktioniert und das Bett war unerwartet bequem. Ansonsten können wir leider nichts Positives berichten. Das Zimmer war extrem (!) dreckig, lieblos eingerichtet, sehr dunkel und extremst hellhörig. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit einem Wahnsinns-Blick über Rom, jedoch ist auch diese völlig verdreckt. Sehr schade, das Hotel hätte Potenzial. Der günstige Preis lässt zwar einiges verzeihen, jedoch würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und auch selbst kein zweites Mal buchen!

Had a great stay. Accommodation was clean and tidy. However there was a drain like smell coming from the bathroom - either the toilet or shower- not sure. We left the window open in the bathroom and kept the toilet seat down, which helped. The shower was very small - if we were on the large side we would not have fitted in. Suggestion: the bathroom is made into a wet room doing away with shower cubicle.

Alright so this place is the biggest catfish property ever. The walls inside are so dirty and black. It could've been easy for them to grab a wipe or sponge, add a little bleach and clean them. It was gross. My bed sheets had a stain on them. I do not recommend staying here unless you don't mind sleeping in a dirty room. The other thing about it is that you do not get a room by yourself. You get like 3 keys, one for the entrance, one for the first door you open which you think is your room but its like an apartment with rooms, then the other key for your actual room. The key and lock for the individual room is so outdated and takes a few minutes to try and unlock the door. It was annoying to have to use keys and type in a code for the entrance to the building not to mention having to check in at a different location and not the actual "hotel" this isn't a hotel. This is a building with apartments.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Piazza Navona, Engelsburg und Vatikan sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer Ansicht war gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es nur ein Fenster in einen Schacht mit Aufzug gab. Am Fenster war ein Blumentopf mit vertrockneten alten Blumen und Zigaretten kippen. Das war nicht wirklich schön. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber, das Bett bequem. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und nur zum schlafen und duschen im Zimmer waren, war es für den Preis und die Lage absolut ausreichend.

The upstairs decks have an outstanding view over the rooftops of Rome and the location is perfect for sightseeing the major spots. However, it just isn't that comfortable of a place. Our room was an attic conversion and even though it was a large space, about 2/3 of it is not usable because the ceiling height is so low. There aren't any windows, just 2 small skylights in the ceiling. The stairs are steep getting up to the room and the last few steps are up a treacherous circular staircase. The bathroom is awkward. The price seemed very high but it was on the lower end of prices in Rome so it just may be that Rome hotels are very expensive. We loved watching the sun rise each morning and the sun set each evening. That alone kept this from being lower rated. But overall, it just wasn't that comfortable of a stay.

Locatie fantastisch en personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer op zich schoon alleen elke dag problemen met toilet wat doorspoelen betreft. Werd wel steeds gemaakt maar klacht kwam elke dag terug en werd erger dus was geen pretje om naar toilet te gaan

Dyrt i betragtning af et vinduesløst tagværelse hvorloftshøjden var under 1,5 m i den laveste side. Små veluxtagvinduer som vandet fossede ind ad direkte ned i sengen.

It's on an all-pedestrian street so you need to shlep your luggage in and out. There's no office on site (It's down the street and only open 9 to 5) so it's more like renting an apartment. The elevator sometimes decides not to work and you may still have stairs even with the elevator. Maid service was fine and the room was pleasant even though the one window viewed the wall of an adjacent building. The location is great especially if you're up to walking. You can walk to many of Rome's top sights.

Our room was really close to the roof so we could not stand up all the way in the room. Furthermore, there were only two tiny windows in the ceiling where one of them had a broken blind, leaving the room really dark. We could also hear the pigeons and seagulls walking around and making noises from the roof in the room. We had a dirty water glass in the room at check in which was never cleaned nor changed during the stay. We had to call the front desk at 3.30 pm and remind them to have the house keepers stop by to clean the room. Multiple electrical outlets did not work, the beds sliding apart during the night, the floor was broken and so was the table in the bathroom holding the sink. Front desk is open from 9-5, but when calling them at 4.45 pm to have them help us get a taxi to the airport the next morning, nobody answered. It felt very old and outdated but had a great location at least.

Hotel room was dark. No natural lifght. The windows opened to a dingy outside wall. A bit of a stress to get too as check in was off site and taxi couldn’t travel the full way to hotel. Hotel was not as pictured. Housecleaning moved our towels that were hanging and instead of changing hung up bunched up so they were still wet when we returned at night. The bathroom was newly renovated and great water pressure. The view from the terrace upstairs was lovely and the location unbeatable so worth the inconveniences. Check out process was easy. Simply left the keys in the room as requested.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place. There has been constant inconveniences after another. Initial address provided was incorrect as to where the lobby was. The receptionist was very hard to get in touch with over the phone or by email (even Expedia agent said they had a hard time) (they also hung up on the phone on us and the Expedia agent). They made us go up and down the street looking for where the check-in lobby was, which was not easy to find. Eventually we went back to the address listed only to be picked up by someone (don’t know if he works there) only for him to bring us to where the lobby was which was a few minutes away from the address provided. When being brought to our room (the address provided) we were told we would have to relocate rooms the next day. The receptionist wouldn’t give a clear reason as to why that is, and we had to reorganize our plans in order to accommodate this (pack and leave our bags with the room key in the room) the next day. We started our day much earlier, at 9am when they opened we talked to them when we are to come back to move our stuff to the next room. When we came back at that time the room was not even ready and now we are back to our old room waiting for the cleaner to finish up. We asked if we could just keep our original room and we are told that we COULD NOT, and had to wait to move to the new room. This whole experience has definitely ruined our time in Rome. We later found out this was all due to overbooking.

Amazing experience! If you have the opportunity to book this place I would definitely recommend. Got an AMAZING view from the city, is really close to the main attractions from the city, and it's surrounded by amazing restaurants. It's not in a main street so it's very calm and you can walk around without any problem. Definitely will retrun. Also, the staff was very kind to help me with after-hours check in and everything :)

Location wise, the hotel is 10 out of 10. In the heart of everything and you are just a few steps away from all the main sightseeings. 2 minutes to Piazza Navona, 7 minutes to Pantheon, 15 minutes to Fontana di Trevi. Vatican and Colloseo are just 20-25mins by walking. However, rooms are very dark, no housekeeping after 11AM. We had problems with internet connection but they solved it. There is also hot water problem in the showers. If your priority is the location and looking for only a place to stay, this hotel is a good option for you. If you look for comfort, not a good choice.

Nice neighborhood full of restaurants and shopping but far from transportation, difficult to reach. They send me a code for entering to the room because we arrived late, we did the check in and out next day in a different location, it was confusing

Area was good. Place was not the cleanest and had a smell. Building was run down. The real kicker was the awful staff. During our stay, our cleaning lady left the door of our apartment/room wide open for God knows how long while cleaning and when we retuned we waiting an additional 30 minutes to see if she planned on returning. She never returned and we also found that the room had no been properly replenish with toiletries including toilet paper. When we confronted the front desk staff, they called the cleaning lady and spoke Italian. After the call, which he had in front of us, he informed me “I told her that she needs to be careful and it won’t happen again in the future”, not knowing that I spoke Italian and responded that he did not say any of that. An older man next to him interjected “what do you want me to do? Kill her? There’s nothing I can do. If you’re missing something let me know and I’ll just claim my insurance.” They did not have any empathy, and were flat out rude. Not even offering the smallest amount of compensation given the fact that our valuables were left exposed for potentially hours. Awful service

The staff and location were excellent! Only bizarre thing was that all the keys are the same and another guest with the wrong room number entered my room while I was asleep and scared me to death. Friendly mistake, but caught me off guard that the keys open all doors.

We had a studio that had 2 bathrooms, which is perfect for three women trying to get ready for the day! The rooftop was so lovely, it felt like the best discovery to make when getting to Rome. The staff was very helpful and warm, and it was super easy to check in & out!

Front desk service good, so kind and friendly. Housekeeping personnel were great and professional. Location is amazing, very close to restaurants, shops, places to visit. It was a great experience and 100% recommended.

Great location. There was restoration work happening outside the front entrance when we stayed which made accessing the building a bit difficult at times but overall it was a great little studio in a fantastic location and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The roof terrace at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is a bit tucked away and tricky to find. But the room was nice and the view over the rooftops of Rome is really exceptional. I love quirky little places like this, and this place was a really pleasant place to spend a few days.

The proximity to everything in Rome is amazing. We walked to the Vatican, which was approximately 20 minutes away. Then we could easily walk over to the Trevi Fountain and plenty of restaurant options along there. I loved that we could walk along the Tiber for a long walk in the evening. I appreciated that the hotel was quick to message me and give us instructions on where to find them. The office to check in is in a little alley way along the main alley. The flat that we stayed at is in another building area a few minutes’ walk away from the check in spot. I didn’t quite understand that at first. Once we figured that out, we were good to go! The flat itself is simple but comfortable. We had everything we needed for a few days in Rome. When I come back, I plan to stay here because of the wonderful proximity in the city.

Then we could easily walk over to the Trevi Fountain and plenty of restaurant options along there. I loved that we could walk along the Tiber for a long walk in the evening.
