The location of this property is great, right next to the Colosseum and restaurants. The room and amenities were okay, nothing to brag about. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags like we did, its a pain, but the attendant does assist with the bags. The room was kind of small and didn't have any special amenities, just a bed, closet, and TV. Perfect for our purposes of just one day of rest.

The best feature of this place is its proximity to the Colosseum. The worst feature: the stairs. It took 4 flights of stairs to get to the second floor. Not an easy task when you’ve got luggage, but at least the property manager helped us carry it up. The place was clean and quiet, with a nice little balcony. Additionally, it was quite clean. I could tell the maids worked hard. The food in the area was quite touristy, but at least there were plenty of options. A solid 7/10.

the only negative thing i can say about the property was there was no elevator. it was tough hauling luggage up and down, other than that we enjoyed our stay

Location is unbeatable, just note there is no lift so you’ll have to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Staff was available 24/7 and very helpful

The property is ok, the location is good because it’s the Coliseum but there are no phones in the room, you have to leave the keys at the desk and every time you go out and come in have to leave it and ask for it. There is a cigarette smell even though it is no smoke property.

Room served its purpose. Close to colosseum, metro and bus stops. Was our first time in Rome so didn’t know what to expect, so didn’t quite like the surrounding areas. Be aware that there are no lifts or elevators, so you may have to climb a few steps!

Amazingly close to the Colosseum, we could see it from our window.. Fantastic cafe and restaurants right and left downstairs....even lgbtqi+ bar and restaurant available Next door . 3 buildings in one so lots of stairs...no lift... Old Rome buildings! Easy to get to . Metro only 3 stops from main train station..

Location is excellent, across the street from Colosseum & transportation. Restaurants all around. Staff was polite & helpful. Room had everything we needed & was very clean. Overall a great experience.

Localização perfeita, só atravessar a rua para estar no Coliseu, mais alguns passos e está na estaçao de metrô. Tem barzinhos, restaurantes, mercado e cafés na região. Da pra ir a pé a todos os pontos turísticos. Cama confortável, quarto limpo e tinha tudo que precisávamos.

Very clean and great location but an odd hotel with a lot of noise.

This was a great stay. First of all it was clean. That is a must. I also felt safe and had zero issues. Stage was willing and ready to help as needed also. Very convenient location right by the Colosseum and the metro. You can't beat the view from the room either! Grazie per la fantastica visita!

Very good location and always available host. They cleaned the rooms very nicely. The stairs could have been mentioned while booking.

The room was very clean and the staff helpful. It is right by the Colosseum and incredibly convenient. Close to the metro. The area/streets around it were dirty with lots of trash.

This is a wonderful property and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean, and it is a perfect location for exploring the coliseum and the ruins. The restaurants beside the hotel are excellent!

Shower too small, ac didn't work. Room not match pictures

The room did not look anything like the pictures posted, not even close. They did let us check in early and let us store our luggage since we got in so early, so that was really nice. We did not have hot water one night so my daughter took a cold shower. The location was AMAZING and the staff was kind. Just be aware that the rooms are way less updated tab pictured.

If you want to be near the Colosseum, there’s no better place! We could look out our window and see the Colosseum about a football field away from us.

The room was a little cramped . Bathroom was short of space , shower was tight .

I would go there just for the bed and pillows, AMAZING! Easy check in and out, polite nice people 24/7 reception. You can see colosseum from your room, it is just across the street. Ac was super 👌 Busses to centrum right out front and vatican 4 min walk. Walking distance too a lot of sightseeing. 9,8 out of ten only thing dragging down is the toilet seat was a bit loose, but honestly we never got to ask them to fix it, which i am sure they would have right away😄 definitely recommended from here

Had a blast. Several cafes / bars / restaurants just below on the street. Not loud at night. Spectacularly close to all the action. Had a blast! Small rooms / shower but worth it being so close to colosseum and food / drinks.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. For starters , they close their door at midnight and If you leave the hotel , they don’t allow you to take your room’s keys with you. Therefore , if you stay out longer than midnight , you won’t be able to enter the building and there is no one around to help. There is no front reception , they only have a small room at the rear of the building with a person making sure to find ways to make you pay more money on top of what you have already paid to Expedia. I was charged for 3 persons , and when I arrived I was told that I only paid for 2. I showed them my receipt where it clearly said that I paid for 2 adults and a minor, but they looked at my daughter and in a very rude way they told me that she is not child and that I have to pay more. Although I showed them my receipt several times and they actually acknowledged that I was charged for 3 persons , they didn’t care and I had to pay additional money. Once in the room I received an email from Expedia asking to review my experience during checking in, I replied : terrible 😡. The next day one of the guys asked why I gave them that review and told me that they don’t really care about those reviews anyway. The hotel is not nice enough for the money they charge. The people in charge are not welcoming. Their attitude messed up my experience in Italy. The are is not bad, there are restaurants and bars which you can’t really enjoy them because you’ve to be back before midnight.

Location has bars and late night eateries right next door. But they require you leave the key at the front desk every time you step out. So makes it awkward coming back late since you need to ask for your key instead of just being able to walk up to your room like a regular hotel.

Hotel was in great location right next to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurant options. Having said that I wouldn’t stay there again. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t seem friendly at all. And everyone is required to leave their room key at the front desk when going out. Twice we returned to the property and reception was unattended ( only for a few minutes) but it’s super inconvenient not being able to walk in and go straight to your room.

The location was right near the Colosseum! We got in very late, were let promptly in and greeted by the desk attendant. He was also the person who a couple days later, got us a taxi to the airport within 3 minutes and made sure we got off okay, Very helpful!

I liked that it was close to the colosseum. I strongly disliked the fact that i couldn’t keep my key to my room and had to give it back to them instead.

The room isnt the largest, but if you are planning to see Rome and not hang out in your room all day then this is the place. The service was amazing, especially Ana Marie. We had luggage issues upon arrival and she couldnt have been more appreciative of the help her and the others at the front desk gave us. They are very knowledgeable of the city and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The location of this property is the highlight. Only three minutes walk to the Colosseum. You can enjoy the view of Colosseum day and night. The room is spacious and clean. No breakfast included, but there are restaurants all around the area.

Convenient to Collosum and ancient ruins, as well as the metro line and eating places.

The property is literally across the street from the Colosseum. Easy access to the subway. We found it to be easy to walk to most of the tourist destinations within 20 minutes. The staff were nice. Only weird thing is you must drop your keys at the desk when you leave. The positive of that is you never have to worry about losing the room key.

Great location with the coliseum at your doorstep

The room we had was perfect! Great location right next to the Colosseum, and other historical sites, along with plenty of restaurant choices within a two block radius. So glad we found this gem, and will definitely plan to stay again if we return to Rome.

Close to Colosseum! Booking said breakfast at nearby restaurant, host said no breakfast. 2nd floor, no elevator which I usually wouldn’t mind but my luggage was heavy and 2 floor are like 4.
