The suite we had was flood lit by the lights from the supermarket across the lane. This made it very difficult to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the reception was excellent, parking was great, but the room needs block out drapes to ensure a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. We only stayed for one night, but it was clear that the accommodation would have been fairly comfortable for a longer stay. The small kitchen area had (very) basic utensils, but may have been fine for making rudimentary snacks/breakfasts. Local restaurants, bars, and supermarket were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The area was safe and relatively quiet, with many small parks and walking paths easy to access. One complaint was the unhelpful placement of the TV which, was placed in a position that made it difficult/uncomfortable to watch from the bed or from small dining table in the room. A swivel TV mount would have resolved this issue.

This was our second stay. Unfortunately I did notice that there were areas in the too. That were not cleaned as they should. I found long black hairs on the counters in the kitchen which was not pleasant when I was needing to cook .i had to wipe over everything and there were sine areas which were not clean. The shower had mould on several area on the tiles . A spray of exit mould and a good scrub would have had this looking great . The property is lovely but these things make it disappointing

The room was great. The staff were inconsistent in that there were friendly helpful staff and a couple of grumpy staff. The windows were filthy. I would have thought that they could get someone to spend 10 minutes going over that with a squeegy.

Unfortunately the couch was stained, doona also. Some of the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and there was a bad smell. I hope they can improve housekeeping. It seemed like they had not checked the room properly. The air-conditioning looked like it hadn't been serviced for a long time and was not working properly. The staff were nice and we were only there for one night but it was a disappointing stay.

We took a two room apartment with kitchen facility. The oven did not work on the first day, they did have the right staff to attend to it so we spent 6 days with a faulty oven. Equipment felt really old and in need of refurbishment.

it was very tidy, the only thing i didn't like was the blinds they need block out blinds and blinds that go all the way to the edge of the windows they all had gaps and let the daylight in while sleeping.

The building is very nice and new. I booked the apartment so I could cook my own food for my health needs. The kitchen had crappy pots and pans. Old, stained and ugly. The kitchen needs more utensils and pots and new pots and pans for those who want to cook. There's only one AC in the loungeroom. No AC in the bedrooms.

We had no coffee cups mugs in the room. the curtains are not block out so couldn't sleep room was lit up like a Christmas tree and need to be about 10cm wider, room was very very bright. The 11am check out was great. they let us check in early which was great. Great service.

Great hotel. Lovely staff - very responsive. My only qualm was there were no curtains or black out blinds and the blinds did not cover the windows. So don’t expect a sleep in! We had rhe Sun boring into our rooms at 5:30 am. Thoroughly recommend but the hotel should make the small investment of block out window dressings.

We arrived early as my daughter in law had had an accident and was on crutches, the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in early and changed our car park to right out the front. Much appreciated, thanks guys. Very roomy , good amenities, great staff. We’ll be back and thanks again

The room was spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet. We only stayed for one night, but it was clear that the accommodation would have been fairly comfortable for a longer stay. The small kitchen area had (very) basic utensils, but may have been fine for making rudimentary snacks/breakfasts. Local restaurants, bars, and supermarket were just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The area was safe and relatively quiet, with many small parks and walking paths easy to access. One complaint was the unhelpful placement of the TV which, was placed in a position that made it difficult/uncomfortable to watch from the bed or from small dining table in the room. A swivel TV mount would have resolved this issue.

Nice place with a good sized room for a family of 4. Handy kitchen. Very nice location with cafes and supermarket nearby.

The bed is too big for the bedroom. An alarm went off all night but I assume this will be remedied and there is no dining available.

Clean and comfortable property near to restaurants, cafes, Woolworths and other amenities. Staff were happy to accommodate a late day request and were very efficient and pleasant.

We chose this hotel as it was close proximity to the Gather Round, Adelaide Oval. Was a great experience, the room was great and clean and roomy. Also, received a welcome pack for Gather Round. Will definitely stay again.
