Always 5-stars for the Alexander. Mike and Mrs Mike are very welcoming and nothing is a drama. Rooms are always clean and we love the views from the outside table/chairs (evening wine and snackies, while watching the variety of birds). We have been staying here for around 8 years and intend to keep on returning

Staff were ok. Room was not cleaned properly and smelled stuffy, spare pillows stuffed with folded bedspreads! Bed not made up correctly..

Used tissues, hair, stains and dirt/debris inside the sheets and on top. We had to leave and keep driving.
