Business Class Hotel Ebersberg

The listing for this hotel does NOT match the amenities provided. The Reception is only staffed in the mornings. When we arrived around 7pm there was no-one available to check us in. We had not received an email with an access code, so had to phone the number on the door. "Daily housekeeping" was not provided for our 4 night stay. We had not been informed that this is only on request! There were no laundry facilities, despite the description of "washer/dryer in room". There is a chargeable laundry service (price per item) ... this is not the same thing! There is no cafe. The "bar /coffee lounge" is not staffed. There is a kettle and teabags provided with a sign saying "kostenlos" which we used once each day. Upon checkout, we were asked to pay for these. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Also no "free bottled water" as advertised. The layout of the rooms is strange. There is no private bathroom, just one glass door that can be used for either the shower cubicle OR the toilet, which means there is no privacy at all for 2 people sharing. This hotel is clearly designed for solo business travellers, staying overnight, not for couples. The description needs amending!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent. It was about 1,5 km from the city center but convenient with free parking and a 40 minutes drive to the airport Munich. The price was affordable. The reception is open only daytime for later check-in there is a code. The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet and shower with CLEAR glass. If you are more than one person in the room it doesn’t feel comfortable to use either of them.

Camera ok,non pulitissima. posizione ok. Colazione non ricca e anche se paghi la colazione la caffetteria è addebitata a parte. Niente minibar in camera, il frigo è in reception. Anche se sul sito degli Aria condizionata e parcheggio inclusi, in struttura diranno che è errato il sito e la camera con condizionatore costerà a parte (30€). Senza questa aggiunta anche il parcheggio viene addebitato a parte.
