This hotel has a great view and the rooms and spacious. The problem is everything on the property is unusable. And not maintained. First, it’s inside of a gated community at the top very tall hill. That gives us a good view, but it puts substantial distance from the front gate. And walking down is not an option. Which means you can’t walk to the nearest store or walk around at all. It’s all private property. Staff is very friendly, but not very responsive. The pool is unusable, dirty and many of the tiles damaged. There is significant water damage in every room, and they all smell like mold. And the water is unusable for a shower or even for brushing your teeth. It smells like sewer, water, or something died in it, which is not usual for the area. Even though they say it is. I stay with one of these once a couple months at a hotel none have this problem. Also, when I say there’s water damage, I don’t mean just a little bit in the ceiling. I mean there has been water soaking down from the ceiling in the closet not the floor carpet making everything smell like mold. This property needs a lot of work and it’s not safe or convenient. The staff I think is doing the best they can.

La habitación no podia estar mas sucia, las sábanas estaban todas manchadas y viejas, hasta las cortinas estaban manchadas, habia un sillón viejo lleno de polvo, el agua olía a agua estancada y el escusado no funcionaba, me fui el mismo dia, pero mecobraron una noche y en vez de preguntarme porque me iba aolo me coobraron y no les importó. La señotita que hizo el check in por lo menos fue muy amable pero cuando cambiaron de turno una hora o dos después supongo de la noche, bastante arrogante. Bonita vista un asco de lugar, preferiría un motel.
