Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10. It was exactly what I needed after approximately 33 hours of travel. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 AM completely exhausted, and my stay here truly helped me recover and recharge. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and multilingual. I would especially like to highlight Bárbara, who gave us an excellent welcome. She was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made our arrival smooth and effortless. When I entered the room, everything was spotless, well-organized, and at a perfect temperature. The bed is soft and extremely comfortable, ideal for a deep, restorative sleep. The bathroom is also excellent, with large, soft towels and essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The highlight for me was the hot shower, after such a long journey, it made all the difference and helped me truly unwind. Another great feature is the 24-hour check-in. Since I arrived in the middle of the night, I was able to purchase water and a fresh sandwich directly at reception. There were also several other snack and light meal options available, which was incredibly helpful since everything at the airport was closed and the hotel is relatively far from the city. A very practical solution that made a real difference. Breakfast is delicious and...
