Great customer service, spacious room that was spottless. However, the pool's water was green and this was the dirtiest pool we've ever seen. Morning complimentary breakfast was sparse, by 7am the juices were depleted and would not be refilled as we were told they were out of juice.

Great property that is well taken care of. Great location for a Snowbasin Ski trip. Right at the south end of town. Great Hot Tub for after skiing. The staff were all very nice and accomodating.

Nice property right at the mouth of the canyon. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Seems like a great property if you ski as it's not far from the resorts. Parking is a little tight but all in all we had a good experience.

Hairs were found on the bedsheet when we arrive, the night shift staff was sarcastic “ that’s you call hair? “ and asked us to go outside of the room while he change the bedsheet. The hotel was not very full, but he said we don’t have a room anymore , I can give the bedsheet so you can change by yourself. The night shift guy staff is very unfriendly and rude. The first floor room smells mouldy.

I usually love this hotel. It is usually very clean. The front desk person Dan is amazing! My room however had a few ants in the bathroom as well as what looked like poop stain on the bathroom door. It was also directly above the pool so it was very loud until just after 10:00 each night so there was no trying to go to be early for me. I had to get up early to drive home but was unable to go to bed at a decent hour due to the noise. It sounded as if they were yelling in a microphone it was that loud. For hotel food this place has some of the best compared to other hotel breakfasts.

Nice hotel, room very clean & bed very comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Breakfast in morning was good, buffet serve yourself. Eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, breads, waffles, coffee & tea, juice. I didn’t get it 5 stars because our rooms’ window rattled & shook all night resulting in a horrible nights sleep. It was quite windy as it is usually there, it was almost like the window was shaken loose in the frame.

Most things about a hotel were just fine here, but there were 3 things that disappointed me. I arrived in the area early and was hoping they would allow me to check=in early. They couldn't. No restaurants close by. I found one I liked on-line, but I had to drive 10 miles to it. Worse of all, the internet connection was terrible. The download was so slow that I spent more time waiting for O-Riley to continue than I spent watching it, and I had to reconnect probably 10 times. (At all my other overnight stops, there was no problem at all, so the problem wasn't my computer.)

It’s a fine hotel other than it’s a little dated. The only complaint is the walls are as thin as a piece of paper. We could hear the person above us talking, singing, using the bathroom until the early hours.

I don't want a room on the first floor and I don't want a handicap room but they insisted I take both and I refused I had to speak to the manager the front desk clerks were not very pleasant or accommodating I won't stay here again there's nothing plus about this Best Western Plus

This is by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The only down side for this particular stay, was my interaction with staff upon checking in. They were defensive toward any questions I had about their check-in procedure.

Comfortable bed nice hot tub and pool area. I asked to check in around noon and at first I was told there were no rooms ready then just a few minutes later they had a room for me but uncharged me $40 for the early check in. My base rate was only $113. I’ve never been charged for an early check in anywhere in my life and was disappointed here. Other reviews rave about the breakfast. It was nothing special. Powdered eggs and overcooked biscuits, very basic setup. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable and a good value minus the early check in surcharge.

It was convenient for traveling to Snowbasin Ski Mt. Breakfast buffet was also easy on us to fill up before the day skiing. Quiet enough even with our room across from the pool and hot tub. Cross the Hwy to Starbucks. Drive to anywhere else for meals.

This was a great place in nearly every way as far as the facility and the staff are concerned. They also had a very good breakfast. The only drawback was where it is located. It pretty much stands alone right where Highway 89 and Interstate 84 intersect. As such there is quite a bit of noise. Also no resturants close by. Other than that is a great place and good value.

Breakfast was good. Coffee needs an upgrade from extremely weak swill to something stronger. Towels were like sandpaper. Everything else was great. Lobby person was helpful
