Its a very nice hotel and the room i was in was very nice, but is starting to show some cosmetic problems. Wallpaper is starting to peel off the wall, and there was no night light in the room. Little things but necessary. Clock had the wrong time which cause some problems in the morning. TV has no channel guide so takes time to find something interesting. Again little thing, but needs to be addressed. Pool area was clean but hot tub not working and in need of some TLC. Looks dirty but needs a new paint. Contacted the front desk but nothing was done. Pool was the same - needs a new coat of pain.

I had a pleasant one night stay. Our room was clean and pretty spacious (it had a small kitchenette and seating area). The shower was awesome too - nice and strong! Staff were very polite and responsive. The hot breakfast at the hotel was also really nice and plentiful. There’s an indoor heated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed as well. The hotel is located just minutes away from the downtown area and hiking trails. I’d happily go back.

Water was rusty born colour at times and middle of my child’s brushing teeth water turned brown. Horrible a person didn’t feel comfortable to brush their teeth or even shower because of the dirty water. Air conditioning wasn’t working in rooms the way it should have rooms wouldn’t get cooler than 76 degrees horrible to try to sleep or even be comfortable. Management and front desk employees were not helpful or understanding at all. Only one elevator in hotel should have had more with size of hotel. Very very poor experience don’t recommend staying there at all. Stay at Hampton Inn hotel instead.

2 night stay at the hotel which is clean & comfortable. Pillows seem extra fluffy but too hard for my liking. Breakfast is fairly standard but shuts off right for 10am even while we were still eating as were a few other tables. Convenient parking, pool was warm and the hot tub hot but no working jets.

Breakfast was decently good. Hot tub was way too hot, pool appears as though it needs some tlc. Our room was relatively clean although we did find some food items under the bed and furniture that had not been picked up. Towels and sheets were clean but very worn looking.

The price was excessive for the state of the room. There was a great deal of mildew in the shower, and the desk chair was broken; the wallpaper was splitting along the seams. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was relatively clean. The space was very quiet.

Check in was good but found the room and much of the hotel needing repairs and updating. Awls in the room had stains and wallpaper coming off. The shower was dirty and the grout was starting to grow mold. My son and I spent time at the pool and found much of the same. While talking with other guests found the noticed the same issues. For the price of the stay it was not pleasant. But I have stayed a worse.

Given a free upgrade upon checkin as we're a senior couple and there were a number of young hockey teems booked on lower floors. Our floor was basically reserved for non youth sports teams. Room was spacious; condition was excellent and whole floor very quiet. Was a most pleasant stay.

Had a great first time stay. Our king suite with the kitchenette was comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location just steps away from the great restaurants and entertainment in downtown Orangeville. The facility was clean, lots of parking and staff was welcoming and informative.

Came as our friends had a buck and doe. The room seemed okay. A bit aged with wallpaper falling off the wall and random spots carved out. Fireplace in wall did not work: when turned on made an electrical noise and then didn’t turn on: beds are hard. Some people love that - others - not fans. I am not a fan. It was not my fav stay, def think the cost is super high for what’s provided and walls are paper thin listening to a domestic on one side and shrieking children.

The room temperature was to hot, even though I set the thermostat to 65° the temperature would only come down to a reading of 73°. It was 76° most of the night. Generally it was clean, but in need of a little more attention to the small details and some minor maintenance repairs.

When we got to our room, the shower head was broken. The fridge wasn’t working and some lights were also not turning on. I asked to be moved to another room and it was not a problem. Front desk was a bit slow and not overly friendly, but the hotel was clean and room was nice. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was amazing, especially to make separate eggs due to an allergy. Pool was good but hot tub wasn’t in service as it was undergoing repairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Loved everything other than the breakfast. The eggs tasted like they came from a carton, and everything was cold, barely warm. The toaster was not working. The selection was great, just needs a huge improvement on taste and temperature.

Check-in was very smooth & receptionists girls are nice; however, the kitchen & housekeeping service is terrible. We were told breafast is from 7-10am. It was a long weekend already, & NOBODY informed us that it’s 7-9 on weekdays. It’s Monday of Canada day’s long weekend; we went for breakfast at 9:15, to find that they were removing all the food!! I asked the receptionist & explained that we were not told it’s till 9. I spoke to the receptionist, who was really nice & made a call to the kitchen & asked them to make us something to eat. We went back to meet an old rude lady who literally said: “I have no time to cook for you!!” & she pointed to the pan where there were white beans, & wanted us to eat from it!! I told her we have a medical condition & we don’t eat beans. She was extremely rude & was not willing to help at all, & for the sake of not ruining our day more than it’s been already ruined at this hotel, we just left & checked out. The receptionist promised to deliver what happened to the management, which I doubt she will. We’re definitely never going back there. Moreover; we haven’t had any kind of housekeeping service at all during our stay!! Nothing special about this place; no nice views, no beach!! Literally nothing!! U’ll feel like imprisoned in there!

Breakfast should be open later… stayed New Years Eve and not up at the crack of dawn to make it to breakfast. Disappointed to arrive for breakfast at 10am and not able to have anything to eat.
