Our 1 night stay was excellent. Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was very spatious, clean with a lovely comfortable bed. We enjoyed the swimming pool/turkish bath and gym. The spa treatment of an hours massage was the best I've ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location with a view of the beach. Walking distance to good restaurants and gelato. Safe area for us traveling as three women. Elevator situation was a little crazy. Too many people sharing two elevators. Excessive waiting times. Took the stirs minus when we had our luggage and we were on 9th floor.

Everything is up to our expectation. Nice staff, room is clean and roomy, half board meals are great. Take a walk in the morning along the broadway and the beach to watch the waves is a good experience. I only stayed one night this time, should stay one more day to enjoy the pool on top floor with great views and tour the neighbourhood.

The hotel was well equipped and cleaned to a high standard. The food, particularly the evening meals, was superb. The staff were well trained and very obliging. The swimming pool was a little bit too small and became rather crowded at the weekend, however the view from the pool was amazing. We will definitely return.

Everything was nice and the staff very helpful. The only thing definitely not functioning well were the elevators. Two elevators for 16 floors is not a lot... and if one doesn't work, it's terrible. They should get two more elevators installed

Soooooo clean, and spacious. Our room was a suite with twin beds in bedroom and table, sofa, and chairs. Small fridge and tv. Underground parking odd massive, I'm sure this place is crazy during the summer. We dined in the bar, had grilled cheese and ham sandwiches. Came with country potatoes. Service was 👍 fantastic. The pill is wonderful, raining so not much off a view as the window Fogged up... the balcony view cannot be beat. love this brand. They're the best!

The hotel room was dated. Floors need to be refurbished. The bed was not very comfortable. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in the room. I liked the size of the balcony, however the balcony glass was not clear not sure if was becuz of ocean mist or just needed to be cleaned. There was a good ocean view. The shower in the bedroom wet the floor every time you showered. I was not impressed and actually disappointed for a four star hotel.

The hotel charged a breakfast fee for my 4-year-old child that was even higher than the adult breakfast price, which is different from what was stated on Hotels.com. In addition, a staff member who said they had been working there for only two months was rude and unprofessional in their attitude. This was a very disappointing experience and I regret choosing this hotel.

Grosszügiges Zimmer, welches sehr sauber war. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Strand und Sonnenuntergang. Die Bar kreierte sehr feine Gin Tonics, während wir auf unseren Tisch im Restaurant warteten. Die Karte ist einfach gehalten, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, nur die Kaffeemaschine hatte ein paar Startschwierigkeiten. Das ganze Personal war vom Check-In über die Gstronomie bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen, nicht alle sprechen gut Englisch. Den Spabereich haben wir nicht benutzt.
