El acceso al hotel y la salida en auto un poco compleja!

Muy amable el personal, muy limpio, todo funciona bien el clima, luces,control tv,el elevador todo excelente te atienden muy bien y cuidan los detalles.,buena plusvalía está cerca del metro y demás transportes nuestra estancia fue excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente

Pedí habitación con jacuzzi, solo te dejan 13 minutos el agua caliente y debes de marcarle a a las de recepción para que lo pongan, si no no tienes agua caliente, deberían de ponerlo en descripción, las de recepción son super déspotas, en ningún otro hotel me piden la llave cada que salgo del hospedaje, y aunque ya pusiste en la descripción 2 personas, piden reporte en la recepción como niños pequeños.

El personal muy atento; la habitación muy limpia. La factura entregada. Gracias.

Nice clean hotel located near the populated Tacubaya market area but with personnel not speaking English at all. As such check-in was tough and took more than 30 minutes because of the language barrier. Moreover, my room was never clean during my 3 nights stay at the hotel; even the food-plates from room service were left in my room for days - which was very surprising. The pictures say it all.

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias además de bonitas. A pesar de que en los alrededores hay mucho movimiento de noche no hay ruido y el precio es accesible.

Muy buena atención, con oportunidades de mejora en higiene. "Me voy muy agradecido por el trato recibido por los empleados, fueron muy serviciales. Mi única queja es el estado de la habitación: falta limpieza profunda en paredes y pisos. Si logran igualar la calidad del aseo con la excelente atención que brindan, sería un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por ahora, me queda ese sabor agridulce."

El precio es accesible, te atienden buenas personas y los cuartos son muy limpios y espaciosos

El hotel limpio y la habitación recién remodelada. Todo muy bien. Solo que el aire acondicionado no enfría lo suficiente y en época de calor si se requiere que trabaje bien. Pero es el único detalle que falla.

El hotel me gusta pero la señal de internet siempre ha sido inestable, y ahora tengo otro punto negativo: un colchón del cuarto 307 (doble) está vencido desde el año pasado y es día que no lo han arreglado o Cambiado.

la gente de recepción es cero amable. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy fea, pero del hotel hacia adentro todo esta en excelentes condiciones. Las habitaciones super limpias y bonitas, el internet funciona super bien y los baños limpios y con excelente servicio. La comida del restaurante se lleva las palmas. Es 24 horas y todo esta riquísimo!!!

Das Zimmer war wie immer sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. ABER: Das Zimmer war sehr laut, besonders wegen der blöden Knallerei die ganze Nacht hindurch. Dazu war das Zimmer wirklich kalt, unbedingt eine Zusatzdecke bestellen.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige was an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln ist ist der Lärm während der ganzen Nacht. Selbst die Angestellten die während der Nacht arbeiten sind sehr laut. Schade, ansonsten ein ideales Hotel.

la habitación asignada esta de frente a unos metros del viaducto , la madrugada y noche se oye todo el tráfico no se puede descansar. me dejaron un día sin internet.

People at the front desk need more training. I ended up having to wait over an hour during the checkin, and I later realized that the big woman at the front desk was (most likely) deliberately wasting the guests' time. I was standing there the entire time, while she wasn't making any effort to complete my checkin. What do you gain by deliberately wasting other people's time?

On my first night, the hotel was full, sold out, there was children running around the hall ways at 3 am.Impossible to sleep,I messaged the property at 3 am. The next day the very nice manager gave me, a private and quiet auto suite that was separated from any other room, and it was fantastic.

I don't know why the poor feedback on the receptionists. I have only had positive and helpful interactions with them, the staff is warm and attentive and rooms are impeccable!

Todo bien con el hotel, fue rápido hace el check in, asi como la entrega de la habitación, todo limpio, pedi cena a la habitación, me la llevaron rápido, todo bien, volvería sin pensarlo.

hay un problema con la recepcionista confunde las recervas y no lleva un control de las mismas asi tu ayas recervado una villa te quiere dar un habitacion normal y te cobra para darte la villa

EL HOTEL EN GENERAL NO ESTA MAL, DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR PÉSIMO LA ACTITUD DE LA SEÑORA DE RECEPCIÓN.

Fue una experiencia muy buena, el hotel super limpio, muy bonito con excelente decoración, todos muy atentos las recamareras muy serviciales y agradables. El único problema fue con la recepcionista de la jornada de la tarde, ya que no explico las indicaciones del cuarto, una actitud terrible llegando al punto de ser grosera.

Lo que no me gusta es ir a decir que tengo que salir y dejar la llave, es el unico hotel donde me piden eso. Tambien me piden corroborar, digo si reserve por expedia es porque voy a llegar y no tengo que avisar como niño pequeño.

Los alrededores muy sucios y se ve muy inseguro, el inmueble en términos generales bien, limpias instalaciones, yo creo que le vendría bien una remodelación a las habitaciones, y los blancos también reemplazarlos 4 estrellas en general

Muy buen servicio, la ubicación alrededor mucho ambulante lo que te hace sentirte un poco inseguro pero esta tranquilo; cerca de la terminal del metro. Ningun problema ,buen servicio.

Zimmer immer sauber und ordentlich. Restaurant gut und günstig. Sehr nahe an Metro Station mit drei verschiedenen Linien. Umgebung laut und sehr geschäftigt, was aber die Hotelunterkunft nicht beeinträchtigt.

Muy bonito hotel, personal amable, comida rica, solo los alrededores me parecieron inseguros y sucios, las estaciones del metro sucias, olor feo.

Es un hotel sencillo pero con todos los servicios incluidos, no es nada del otro mundo, pero accesible para estancias cortas. La ubicación es algo insegura por lo que me dijeron, pero no hay problema si es para no salir a los alrededores.

La zona está demasiado concurrida, el comercio y su basura generan un mal olo

My overall stay was decent. It was just me and my husband for a total of 5 nights and 6 days. The room was spacious, we had a king sized bed which we loved. We loved the fact that the bathroom was divided into two separate spaces, one for the toilet, and one for the shower. The sink was out in the open aside from the toilet and shower, that was pretty cool. There was air conditioning which was nice. We were not content with service from the kitchen staff. My husband and I had ordered food to be delivered to the hotel, upon opening the bag we realized there were no utensils. I went downstairs to ask to borrow utensils since it was a restaurant, the lady said there were none available. she also had a batch of disposable utensils behind her and she said she could not give those out. She suggested I go to the grocery store nearby to buy utensils. I was furious, I insisted that I needed utensils for my food until she finally gave me two of the smallest disposable spoons, and only spoons. At that point, I didn't bother to ask for forks and knives. In a hotel they are supposed to provide you with these sort of things, and I am upset with kitchen staff for giving me a hard time over utensils. I am paying for my stay, and I only asked to borrow utensils that I planned on returning, I even offered to pay her for the utensils and she still said no. She shouldn't be lying and saying she doesn't have utensil when it is a restaurant, how to people eat then? Unbelievable.

Muy buena eleccion para pasar unos dias en pareja, la verdad quedé muy satiafecho, la habitacion es amplia, tiene lo necesario, y el menu que manejan es amplio, y el sazón delicioso, el servicio a la habitacion exelente, 10 de 10, 100% recomendado, cuando vuelva a CDMX me volvere a hospedar ahi.

todo perfecto, supero mis expectativas, el hotel está muy padre la verdad, las instalaciones están de lujo, el precio excelente. Lo único es la persona que nos llevó los alimentos a la habitación fue poco amable, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. Felicidades!!
