Conditions: Our prices are per person (except the private suites) and they include: Bed linen, high-speed internet and much more. At check-in we hand out a kit of bed-linen in case of reservations for the dorms. You can get a magnificent breakfast as a service (additional charge) between 7:00 and 9:00 o'clock. Reservation guarantee: We ask 50% deposit for early bookings as a guarantee of the vacancies, in case of a one day stay 100%. (Only for those who have a bank account in Brazil). We accept credit cards, bank transfers and Pix, the total payment must be done upon check-in. We do not accept checks. Return policy: The cancellation of booking must be done within 48 hours in advance to guarantee repayment of the total amount of the deposit made in our checking account. In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours there will be neither a paid refund, nor a part of it. Partial cancellation during the stay: In case of partial cancellation of the total of days previously reserved while the guest is already checked in, there will be no refund of the amount already paid, and any debt will have to be cleared before checking out. Check-in: From 2:00 pm Check-out: Until 12:00 noon Minors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their mother or father in private rooms.
