Night front desk young lady was great and morning front desk lady was exceptional and both so friendly and helpful room deposit was refunded immediately and room was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed. Was a bit shocked when a housekeeper walked right into our room without knocking while I was getting dressed in the morning before I’d even eaten breakfast as was not close to check out time but I let the front desk know. Pitt putt and games they have on hand was great for the kids. Beds are great. Couch and chair great too. Plenty of electric outlets and two plug in for our cell phones. Breakfast had a lot of choices but no hash browns or potatoes. ( I’m allergic to eggs) coffee was good. And they have tea options. Loved the full size refrigerator in the room. Great for gallon of milk or drinks. Location is right by a blaze pizza I highly recommend to eat at and many restaurants and only a short drive to theme park. We usually stay at drury inn a block away but we tried this and we’re only disappointed they don’t have a hot tub and the pool water is very cold but we might be staying here due to the offers of putt putt for the kids and all the games and etc they have and the friendliness and help from the staff . Beautiful room honestly and you don’t need anything ( other than a hot tub or warm pool lol) Very nice place

The rooms and location are both ideal. We stay here a lot. The person in charge of breakfast both days needed quite a bit more help than she was given. We did not get housekeeping, either, for some reason. Baseball teams were loud and obnoxious on more than one occasion. Carpets need replacing, things like that. We really like this brand and specific location, it just wasn’t the best stay we’ve had at this property.

The fact that key system was down stunk! But the poor young guy that ran around did great job. The pool area was a mess, but I think the computers being down was a struggle. Breakfast was insane, they were not prepared for amount of people in hotel.

This hotel suites was a nice place to stay but not anymore for us , dogs barking , they walk the do on the property and do get the dog mess up and some people is allergic to animals so some floors or part of the place should be animal free.

Second time returning to this hotel. The breakfast selections and staff are great, beds are very comfortable, rooms spacious with refrigerator & microwave. The staff are super welcoming and very professional. We reserved 2 rooms and they made certain to place them side by side and conjoined which was greatly appreciated. Pool and gym are not huge but are clean and a good amenity for the price.

There computer where down could not check in and my cold in hall way. My toilet in my room would not flush properly I had to stick my hand in the back and pull the chain to flush

Trash hadn’t been emptied from the prior guests in the kitchen area. Housekeeping kept coming to the door the morning we were checking out to get in to clean our room and staff were rather reserved vs friendly but those were minor things. I would stay again at this hotel.

They have a great breakfast, and the rooms are very clean! My Mom was able to easily move her wheelchair into and around the accessibility room we stayed in. My family had a great time staying here.

I stayed here a month before and my stay was great. Unfortunately this time was not. The room was in need of updating, bathroom had water damage, furniture in rough shape, sheets on bed were too narrow. Room only serviced every other day yet then they didn't make bed or clean surfaces. I asked for it to be cleaned the next day then and asked for surfaces to be cleaned and supplies to be replenished, again it wasn't done. We said something to front desk at checkout and he could care less. Plus we could hear the people above us constantly walking around. This was a 4 day stay of a weeklong trip with 3 other hotels, this was the most disappointing. I know hotels are struggling for help but other hotels in that area are great.

We have stayed at Homewood Suites at least 7 times over the years. Overall the service is good, but this time in our 8 day stay we received no housekeeping!!! In addition the WiFi was spotty throughout our whole stay and would drop frequently almost every day except 2. Breakfast was good, but for some reason the coffee was never very hot. Front desk was friendly as usual. We will be back in the Cincy area next year, but want stable Internet service and the room cleaned more frequently if we are to book your facility again.

We had stayed at this hotel 3 yrs ago and thought it was a nice hotel. 2 yrs later there’s a lot to be desired. First the noise was unreal! People having a dispute or loud discussion in the room across from mine. It sounded like a constant heard of elephants on the room above mine. We stayed on the second floor. They must of had younger children that the parents couldn’t care less about controlling! Running back and forth, loud thumping noises. This was after 10pm. I almost call the manager but didn’t. There was also fruit loop cereal in the hallway by my room on the floor. My wife while trying to do laundry saw two men breaking into the dryer to use coins to dry their clothes. She did report that to the manager. Then the breakfast. No individual butter packets, instead they put out a large tub of margarine for everyone to use. I was told some new packets of butter wouldn’t arrive till Thursday. I was ending my 4 day stay on Wednesday. This hotel has sunk to a lower level no better than a Hotel 6 with more expensive rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The air conditioner broke and the Maintence staff tried to fix it but could not. I asked them what to do since it was 82 degrees in the room and they said “open the windows”. I then went down to the front desk to see about changing rooms and they it was “sold out” for the night, but after looking online there were multiple rooms stilll available. Will never be back to this property! I get it things break, but at least try to offer a solution.

Staff are professional and welcoming. Property is clean, safe and spacious. There was a slight mix up at check in however the manager Stephanie promptly stepped in and made sure everything was perfect! Free parking, hot breakfast, comfortable beds all without breaking the bank.

The property was clean and had great options for dining and shopping.It was also conveniently located close to Kings Island.The front desk and maintenance staff were so very friendly and accommodating.Although the hospitality staff who were over the breakfast was very rude especially one woman who seemed to be the head over the staff she was very rude to several of the guests.Other than that this was the best option and my family and I frequent this area we will be sure to book Home Wood Suites again.
