Nice room but no hospitality shown/displayed. Breakfast only available 5am -7.30am and it was Sunday! We were not getting up at that time after our long journey to get there, so no breakfast. Office was closed when we checked out at 10am.

The property was looking tired with damage to the ceiling patched up roughly, a shower head that sprayed water from the join in the hose and the mirror had the silvering around the outside on the backing peeling off from moisture damage. The walls and ceiling between the units can only be described as paper thin as you could clearly hear snoring from the next room and any movement in the unit above carrried clearly into our room. The property advertises Foxtel but upon calling reception as it wasn't working I was told 'your room doesn't have it.'

Kings Park is a hidden gem! You won’t find a better value stay. The rooms are new, roomy and comfortable! Kings Park is in a quiet location and has a bistro for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again.

Accomodation was nice! Parking right in front of the room you stay in. Room was mostly clean, some dust on walls and not frequently used items but nothing major. Bathroom was clean with plenty of toiletries. When we checked in the man asked if we would like some milk, such a good way not to waste unwanted goods! Bed was fairly comfortable and air conditioner worked well. The walls are quite thin, when in the kitchenette I could hear our neighbour snoring, luckily couldn’t hear them once I hopped in bed. Overall we had a good nights rest and it was for a reasonable price!

I had not stayed in accommodation like this before. Designed for the long stay worker in mind I believe. It was very quiet being a week end and sorry I missed the dining experience which is not available on weekends. Would stay again.

My room the seal in the glass sliding door was broken and the wind howled high pitched through the night, I also did not get any sleep due to the noisy couple next door to me in room 20, right up until 1am! Will not be staying here again, poor service and room was filthy.

The rooms are made from what looks like portables. Walls and ceiling is very thin so you can hear your neighbours. Shower had mould in silicone and air con heater couldn’t heat the room because it was registering the wrong temperature because of the way it was installed

This was my second stay here and unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good as my last. My room was only made up once during my 4 nights stay even though the please make up sign was put out each time. Still a decent place to stay but I think they need to improve on house keeping.

The property was very presentable. The use of a replica eames chair was a nice surprise. The room was quite spacious. The sound resistance between the units was quite poor. Whilst i couldn't hear voices, the moving of furniture and other impact type noises were quite audible.

Great overnighter on our way further west. The food smelt amazing! We had already eaten so unfortunately didn't try any. Lovely clean well equipped room, very comfy bed. Easy access. Will stay again
